Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE. Pool design good except loud music detracted from experience. Par 3 course very nice. 1. Key cards failed repeatedly 2. Shower flooded bathroom. 3. Sink drains clogged 4. No way to transport guests in rain to villas 5. Food mediocre and outdated and overpriced 6. Staff rude from reservations through every encounter, except housekeeping and wait staff in Sports Bar 7. Long line at Morsels 8. Did not work well with wedding group 9. Annex at Crocs was hot and fly infested
Pool, restaurants, amenities Paying $18 a day to park
We love the pool, lazy river, and the friendly staff. We have made it a tradition to stay at the Omni at Champions Gate every year. Perhaps the location.. Only because there isn't much in the area. Other than that (which is so minor) this is a wonderful place to stay
I love their pool area. They have a family friendly pool with a slide, a lazy river, and a spa style pool. The staff is friendly. The beds are really uncomfortable and really firm. If you like mattresses with pillowtop, then this is not the place to stay. It is at least 20 minutes away from all theme parks and the downtown area. The only other issue is it has a lot of hidden charges.
Very little, the ground appeared luxurious, however there was construction and there were unkept areas that need attention. The pool area was a madhouse chairs were packed together, yet unavailable covered by towels unoccupied. Not enough tubes in lazy river. No supervision or coordination at the pool. The staff was unconcerned and unresponsive facility wide. Iwill not bother to return.
I visited Orlando for a family reunion and trip to Disney for my grandson. Mystic Dunes is an amazing resort! Beautiful facility and grounds! We were able to save a ton of money on food, because each room had a stove, microwave and refrigerator. They also had a washer and dryer. i went through a timeshare presentation while I was there that wasn't too bad. I got $50 and $25 visa cards and a 3 day 2 night trip. the cards came in handy for gas and Disney stuff. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Honestly they exhibit the customer service you'd expect from such a beautiful resort. You feel like a rich person! I so glad I stayed here. It made my trip!
How the iron caught fire and almost burned me
We got a free upgrade to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. Just so you know, the 1 bedroom only has a queen size bed, the 2 bedroom has 2 queens in one room and a king in the other. There is so much to do there, but we had plans already so couldn't enjoy all the resort has to offer. If you need a crib, make sure you ask ahead of time and follow through. Took them til 1am to bring ours
Spacious apartment. It had everything I could think of even dish soap!
Plenty of space. Having laundry machines in your room is so helpful with kids!
Everything excep. I was missing two pillows. My missing pillows
I liked everything about this Hotel/Condo. I felt right at home because they make you feel at home. As a matter of fact, when you drive up through the gates, they great you, Welcome Home! Hotel/Condo was clean and had everything we needed... EVERYTHING I didn't like that I had to go.
Very clean and extra towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms were very big and the spa in the room was excellent. Was planning on staying just 1 night and we winded up staying 2 nights. That I had to go home
Fifth stay at this resort. Love proximity to Disney parks. Room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Love having full kitchen and washer/dryer. Reasonably priced for all that they offer. Wi-fi in room worked well but you can only connect 4 devices and there were 4 of us in the room Decor needs to be updated
Nothing Unfriendly staff. I did not like it
Multiple spiders upon entering hotel room and throughout room..
The resort had am abundance of family friendly activities. 10:00 am checkout
Roomy & nicely appointed More trash receptacles needed (Dumpsters)
Spacious Very weak water pressure in showers Carpeting was very stained Road noise
Cooking availability to give choice of staying in or not. Too basic
muy agusto si me gusto el lugar Lo que no m gusto que page con ustedes y en el lugar me hicieron otros cobros eso no m gusto
The rooms and bar side pool was very nice. The channels for the television were not good at all also there was a 300.00 dollar deposit requested for your stay at the resort.
Excellent space, convenient location, and very clean. Some staff member were quite aloof and disinterested. The "business center" is 2 computers in a very small room. They nickel and dime you on everything. They would be better served to just build some of these silly little fees into the price.
Very helpful staff, good room set up, nice pool Quite remote so you definitely need your own transport; very basic breakfast which did not get laid out until about 8.30am - too late for those using this as a work base....
Staff was friendly, excellent pool for childern and adults, rooms (including kitchen) were well furnished, and grocery store was close by. No.
Position and proximity to the centre of Celebration for restaurants and relaxed walks. Also very convenient for the Disney Parks. Did not like the Resort Charge added to the bill.
Clean beautiful area. The room was perfect. Lots of resturaunts to choose from across the street. Parking was a bit confusing around the hotel. We never really knew if we were in a tow away zone or not
meals and view non applicable
The staff were friendly and as helpful as they were able to be. Views over the lake were restful and beautiful. Breakfast service was excellent. More of a conference hotel than a boutique hotel. Block bookings meant there was little choice of room type and my son and I were unable to secure the twin bedded room that we had requested for our 11 night stay and on the last day all the furniture was removed from the main areas to accommodate the new block booking. Air conditioning was very noisy. Not 5 mins to Disney, 20 mins in a taxi!
The balcony Beds were very uncomfortable
Clean pleasant facilititis with quiet surroundings. Lots of room. Convenient location. Good value for the money.
The room was great! It was so nice and so spacious. It was nice at the end of the day everyone had space to stretch out and relax.
Very comfortable suites, look quite new and very well equipped. I was lucky to find it at a fantastic fare. Perfect for long stays.
The facilities , comfort, size of the rooms A little far from the east, the people on the front desk needs more training to be in contact with people.
The hotel is new, and as a result, very clean. Our apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is quite remote, and the view on the construction side didn’t impress us. Also we had problems with internet connection.
The facilities and cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort and the value...Its a great experience.. THe front desk staff, because i from for pr and i talk with her i need some three hours befor iwanna pay for that services and she say no. I fly to pr at 11:30 pm and leave the caribe cove at 10:00 am..I stay in the airport a long time..
We loved the spaciousness and the location. The amenities were terrific, everything we needed to make our two married children and their daughters and our grandson happy. We used the washer and dryer and dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, blender, terrace, pool and sauna. No availability to get extra towels nor an option add-on daily clean up.
We only were there for one night and still were required to pay a $65 cleaning fee. This was not prominent on the web site, but it small print at the bottom.
Spacious, very clean A bit far from most attractions
I love the spacious rooms for the price I paid. I would recommend this to everybody that want to spend quality time in a quality place.
Besides the fact that the pillows were dreadfully thin, there were no extra blankets for the chilly nights, and breakfast was tolerable at best, the communication at this hotel leaves much to be desired. For example, when I realized our blow dryer did not work, I told the front desk, and they said they'd send someone up to bring a new one. When I got back to my room, the front desk called to tell me that no one would be coming until the following morning. Ok; but then there was a knock on my door. A large man was there and said he brought a blow dryer. I said I'd take it, but he insisted he had to come in. Looking back, I never should've let him in for safety reasons. My husband was out on errands, and this was almost 10 at night. It was a very awkward few minutes. He left abruptly and said he'd be back. Twenty minutes later (it's now after 10) we needed to get to bed. I called the front desk to tell them I no longer wanted assistance, and the front desk person had no idea what I was talking about. He was also very rude to me. Why exactly, I don't know. The communication here was not impressive. There are so many hotels in the area to choose from, we will definitely not choose this hotel again.
The lobby was the best thing especially when it came to checking out. The hotel was absolutely dirty. Staff was rude.
Great value! Fridge and freezer plus microwave and everyone we encountered was friendly. This is our new go to place for a quick trip to Orlando.
Room was clean. Stay was quiet. Ample parking.
The hotel had a great location. 3 minute drive from animal kingdom. Room clean, breakfast good Hotel beds were lumpy, not super comfortable
Just about everything! The rooms were clean with nice decor. Location was excellent. Free breakfast offered much more than I expected. Staff was helpful and even seemed to do a little extra. For example, the staff at breakfast worked hard keeping stock up while while maintaining friendliness. Also, housekeeping took to daily positioning my daughter's stuffed animals. Two downers: the elevators were a little shoddy in function (did not "need" them, just took them because kids wanted to, but if you have mobility issues be on the first or second floor), and the fitness center was all out of order and not remedied during the course of our stay.
Picked it for the price and the proximity to Disney area. Over-all it was close to what I expected. Breakfast is very basic with cafeteria style eggs and heat to serve sausages along with some pastries, cold cereal and juice. Not a lot of space to sit and eat if you get there at the wrong time.
Breakfast was very limited in options, also the plates forks and cups provided were of very low quality. The beds were too firm for my taste. Towels were too rough.
Nothing The carpet was so dirty it was turning black, the room smelled bad and the breakfast was inedible and gross
Very comfortable. A nice location and attractive rooms. Also very friendly staff! There were some maintenance issues which required me to switch rooms twice (one leaky faucet and one broken lock). But the staff member who helped me with that was very courteous about it! It all worked out fine. Also the breakfast isn't the best, but also not the worst and is nice to have included.
Awesome front desk service! Clean rooms with plenty of things in them (Fridge, microwave, etc). Very affordable, and near a lot of food and stores and not to mention a 10 minute drive from Disney. Nothing notable to complain about, especially when you consider the awesome price.
They did not clean the property. The same trash was in the Walkways/Hallways for the 5 days I was there. Employees just kept walking by the over loaded barrels. NO PRIDE
The mattress's in both bedrooms were HORRIBLE, besides that the place was nice
Great enviroment staff was friendly no issues with the stay the place was very clean this was my first time taking my family out of state this was a great place to go not far from disney world as well I have no problems with this place
Need maintenance Pri e
The cottage/bungalow concept was a great idea. There were lots of activities to participate in. The price was very affordable. The bedding was old and torn in places. The sheets smelled dirty. The furniture was also old, worn, and smelly. All of the blinds were bent and let light in at night. There was no tub for our toddler to take a bath, only a shower. Also, there was an iron provided, but it stained my son's clothing. Our vacation package included tickets to a dinner show and when we checked in, they would not give us the tickets. My husband had to show them our confirmation email to prove that we were telling the truth. They finally gave us the tickets, but they were not happy about it.
There were activities for my 5 year old to keep busy, either at the pool, or the mini-golf. The cottage concept was a nice idea for those without campers. The location right off of 192 is great. The space was tiny and very tight, there was only 4 of us, but we had to keep our luggage in the car because there was no where to put it in the cottage. The bedding was thrown on and was old and torn, so we had to make the beds when we got there. The blinds were all broken and the door was very difficult to open and close. Considering we only paid $60/night, we got what we had expected!
We stayed in the deluxe cabins. got 2 bedrooms and a kitchen for less than the price of a disney budet hotel room, which are very small. Much better for familes than staying in a single hotel room. Everything was clean, and the kitchen came with cooking utensils. Would definitely stay again. We were close to the pool, and it was loud in the evening (pool is open until 11.
I liked the location. Right off irlo Bronson, you can't beat it. Quite. You have your own space. The rooms were tiny, the couches were filthy, a strange smell stayed throughout or stay, even after we started a generous amount of frebreeze. No water pressure.
Loved everything about the resort!
We had more than enough space in the platinum cottage. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located. My husband travels a lot for work and stays in Hampton Inn more than 3 times a month, he commented that the cottage was cleaner than 90% of the rooms he stays in with Hampton Inn. There was ample closet and storage space and with the deal we got from Kayak, the price literally could not be beat!! Especially since there is on site laundry, a bark park, mini golf, a pool, a cafe, and a small "general" store in the office. We stayed here to go to Disney and it was easy to get on and off property from this location. We will be back! We are even considering buying one of the smaller cottages they have for sale on site. Our three year old loved this place as well, she called it her green house the entire stay. The beds could use new mattresses and the cottage needed extra pillows but it's not like we lost any sleep over these two things. The only other thing I might add is the cottage needed an informative guide inside. We didn't know how or where to get fresh towels, where to take the garbage, check out guidelines, etc. But all we had to do was ask/explore a bit. I rated the staff at 4 stars because they were not very professional (I only encountered the night shift at the desk) otherwise, we really couldn't find anything to complain about!
Clean cabin in great condition
We got the room at Magic Tree Resort at a great rate through Booking.com. The room was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed. The staff was friendly and courteous and even allowed us to check in a little early. Overall I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Our beds were never made and the kitchen or the rest of the room was never tidied up after we left the room for the day... not a deal breaker though
pool, landscaping rooms furnishing is old, room requires renovation. No Wi-Fi in room

The best was it's location. Near all the parks. The employees of the resort were kind, curtious and helpful. The parking. We always had to park far from our room. Trying to make a u turn when there was no parking on our side of the building was difficult considering everyone double parked there. Not being able to circle the building is the biggest problem. The resort needs to open that up.
the comfort, facilities inside the room and cleanliness i liked all
The beauty of all the trees surrounding the resort and also the pool, the water tempature was just right!! I didn't care for the pillows, but other then that everything about the room was great!! In the game room they could use some chalk for the pool sticks.
Swam, went to Disney and parks. Had a great time. Would stay again. The only thing was the tiles floors were pretty dirty. Other than that it was great. Just left my flip flopes on.
The location of the Magic Tree Resort is superb. Only minutes away from all the famous parks. Shopping is nearby. Very small and quiet resort. Ideal for families with kids (we were there with a 1 year old). Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are comfortable. Fold-out sofa is not very comfortable, but for us that didn't matter, we were with 2 adults and a 1 year old. Housekeeping didn't change bed during our 2 week stay, but I guess that if we had asked they would.
A very pleasant experience. the hotel met our needs and was affordable. liked that it was away from a main highway, was quiet; yet convenient to eating and service areas.
The room was very spacious and comfortable.
I like how the hotel was located near restaurants. I think the bed was comfortable. I didnt like the bathroom wasn't clean, we change rooms 3 times. The shower head has black molds in the first 2 rooms, and plus the first room's toilet floor was very slippery and smell like pee...
It's not terribly centrally located but still alright (Disney etc.). Hotel must have been refurbished lately, comfortable room, very clean and nice. HBO and good free wifi connection. It wasn't the warmest welcome at a reception, but far from unfriendly. That's the only negative thing I can think of!
Our group included 3 adults and 3 children. After researching online and reading many reviews and decided with Sun Sol Boutique because of the excellent reviews and price. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Eddy. He checked us in, accommodate us in two rooms next to each other and on the first floor. That really helped us a lot, especially when loading and unloading the minivan. The rooms were spacious, with two queen size beds, nice size bathroom, the beds and pillows were really comfy. One of the maintenance girls: Sunshine went above and beyond as well making sure everyone in our group was taken care of. Everyone was very friendly, right across the store was a pizza place, great for a quick meal after a long day. We researched for days and this hotel was by far the best for the money. We are traveling from Miami to New York, and Sun Sol Boutique was a Great Start to our Family Vacation. No complaints.
It was a great 1 night stay.beds were comfy, breakfast was no frills cereal, toast, oranges, milk, juices, coffee.but great for 60 a night.. The bathroom was clean but hair on floor from previous guest.
Staff is very nice, good location Bathroom is not in the best shape
we did not enjoy the swimming pool, it's not clean
La linpieza no es profunda. Olor a humedad y encierro. Desayuno muuuuuy pobre.
Price of room and location. Don't Advertise Contenial Breakfast.
Room was clean Hidden fees. They say they will charge you for leaving lights on, leaving things plugged in etc. we encountered hidden fees upon check in. The walls were paper thin and we were awakened by a couple having a vulgar argument at 3 am. We will never stay here again
After reading a couple mixed reviews I was a little nervous for what i could expect to see in the hotel, to my surprise this cute little subsoil boutique has great location near everything you may need, it is also updated and chic. My room, although request one king size and got two.... Was clean, comfortable and updated! Would definitely stay again!
Surprisingly clean.the price we were quoted on paying. We thought we would have to bring flea powder and mace. But not only was it very clean. The cleaning lady went out of her way to be extra courteous. The complimentary breakfast
Rooms were clean/ pleasant staff and breakfast was good Didn't find ice machine anywhere
