The location is perfect and quiet, right in the center of everything, and perfect for the market and restaurants. It's a good backpack to arrive alone, and you'll make friends the moment you arrive. The beach is only a couple of blocks away, and it's a great atmosphere with good people staying in the hostel.

The hostel has a lush little garden to hang out in, swing chairs in the garden, and a terrace/patio. It's a small hostel which makes it feel just like a big shared house, and there are lovely relaxed vibes and a lovely family vibe. The garden is perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful, with a lovely family vibe. The owner is super friendly, and the receptionists are always willing to help you. Vaughan, the owner, goes out of his way to make all guests welcome and organizes fantastic daily activities for the guests that cater for all tastes.

The bunk beds don't have ladders, the mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable, and there is no space in the dorms. The kitchen is small, dirty, full of cockroaches, and has not enough dishes. The whole building and facilities were a bit ramshackled and disrepaired, and the rooms were very hot and stuffy.

The atmosphere is amazing, with fantastic people and good energy. It's a great casual place that feels like home to guests who appear to live there. The hostel has chill and family-like vibes, and it's full of young adventurous and chill people.
