Very colourful and vibrant. The bamboo trees are just amazing. Otherwise nice hospitality & cooperative staff.

Poor service standards of Mayfair. We had a horrific incident on first night itself. Hot water needs to improve. Few staffs are helpful. There are lot of things to start with, rooms are not well checked and my room had plumbing issues, housekeeping was bad they missed toiletries each time and didn’t check the shower gel being empty or not, food service in orchid take time for live counter, even the tv volume was minimal they other guest who had issue complaint, we requested staff to visit our room to check the volume but they kept calling to lower the volume without validating themselves. Not at all happy as a 5 star property and even after complaining at reception they were unapologetic. They never inform that casino and hotel is separate..so if you want to enjoy casino then do not eat in hotel restaurant as casino has buffet as well. The service at the hotel is phenomenal. In the restaurant you will be taken care of very well. Renuka and dhananya are excellent hostesses and they make you feel very comfortable. The rooms are decent and resort is very nice. Power cuts twice every night. Staff was slow to respond, room call often not reachable, noise in the middle of the night was not contained even after calling multiple times. Food was very average for a 5* hotel. Inside comod looks dirty. Room no 423. The staff. Too much decor, spraying cheap room freshner everywhere. mattresses and pillows in room.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.

If you prefer fewer crowds, consider visiting in July, which is the low season, to enjoy a more peaceful experience.

May is considered the high season, so if you prefer a livelier atmosphere and don't mind larger crowds, this may be the ideal time for your visit.

If available, consider booking a villa for a spacious and well-equipped accommodation option, as mentioned by several guests.

If you plan to enjoy the casino, it's advisable not to dine in the hotel restaurant, as the casino also offers a buffet.
