Clean and walking distance to the city and the staff were very friendly.
We had a power outage 1 afternoon which was a bit negative.

Staff are nice and helpful, we have been upgraded to suite!
Toilet is separate from bathroom and the toilet doesn’t have sink, which means u need to go to the other side of the room to wash ur hand, but probably not all the rooms are the same .

Difficult to avoid flooding the bayhroom floor while using the shower.

Extremely friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Location perfect - 5 minutes from the lake and also really easy to get to CERN.
I can’t fault the hotel.
