Pros (+) We are an American family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 3). The location was great since we were 2 minutes from the underground/subway and a short walk to the University campus. Cons (-) We were in a room next to the front door of the hotel with poor sound proofing to the reception. Our bed was very uncomfortable; we felt every spring and it was noisy. The shower was a bit sporadic in temperature. Simply, the room felt cheaply decorated and tired. Regardless, we'd probably stay here again (but ask for a different room if available) since it was a good location and a good price.
