The bed was comfortable.
I booked this hotel stay online and the called the establishment (as recommended by the website) to request a pet room. There were several issues with our stay and we were referred back to the website for reimbursement. We paid for a king bed room, with soaking tub, and anticipated extra charges for a pet. The room we stayed in had a king bed, but only a regular shower tub. Also, our room was under construction, in substandard condition, at best. There were exposed sprinkler pipes with open holes around them, which is a fire hazard. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. Wallpaper was partially torn from walls. A half inch gap above the front door, a huge privacy and security issue. We also discovered (after spending the night) that our door didn't lock at all unless we were in the room and locked the deadbolt. For the two of us and our 11month old son, we were given 2 towels and washcloths. That's not enough. Upon checkout I tried to discuss the issues with the front desk manager. She was unwilling to help with the issues whatsoever.
