Cons (-) The floor was a disaster. The carpet was worn and I was not even going to walk barefoot on it. The room was freezing when I got in took a while for the heating unit to get anything going. The tv was a blank blue screen and had 7 channels. I could barely fit in the bathroom and had to leave the door open to use the toilet. Had to step into the shower to close the door.
