It got a nice location right at London bridge. Nice place to stay, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast that changed daily. Slide pool not working, gym not working the first day we were there and it's small. Water dripping from the second floor in the main entry. Although they have a bucket but it still Bounce and some can get on you when you walk by. The day we left they had it covered the whole entire hallway so it's terrible.
Went for memorial weekend . Great location ! I'm sure it is much more chill and family orientated during the rest of the week . Can't wait for July 4th! They need to upgrade the rooms and resort a bit . They also make you put all of your trash in one huge trash bag or else the charge you a cleaning fee .
Staff was nice, view of bridge. The bridge view rooms are right above the club. We didn't know this. We heard the music pounding till 2 AM. The this walls allowed us to be awakened by the pipes with water rushing through. The pull out sofa couch was extremely uncomfortable .Rooms are dated. Not sure I would stay again knowing this information now.
I dont even know where to begin..the front desk staff was great. Checked us in in less than 10min and were very friendly. We stayed in the inferno suite and OMG COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!!!! We had the best time..all we wanted to do was stay in the room and relax..we rented a boat and had a great time but it was just too hot so we decided to head back to our room and didnt want to leave. Bath tub, shower, bed, kitchen..EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!! I can't even give one bad review. NOT ONE.
Few steps from London bridge and shopping area, staff were nice and helpful, the hotel is more likely for adults not for families with young kids. I didn't like the check in area where people were drinking, at first I didn't know it was the lobby and I thought it was the bar.
the band played well into the morning and very loud. We were not able to sleep!!! very annoying
Super friendly staff, perfect location, and inexpensive drinks No pool, onsite eating facilities, or fitness room; outside noise each night; could improve cleanliness
Beds are Killer Bar crowd was a little rough.."Spring Break.."
Very nice rooms and friendly staff. I reserved and paid for a king room with balcony and a view of the lake, 2nd floor with a view of the pool. I was a little upset.
Loved the location. There was no remote in the room.
Location was good for why I was there (Balloon Festival). I walked all around the bridge and Rotary Park so it was convenient in that location. Did not have the breakfast so can't comment on that but was busy each morning and looked well stocked. Did not swim but pool appeared to be heated and clean. Fitness center was very nice. Decor for the main lobby and rooms are very well done and very clean. Towels were like sandpaper.
Convenience of location Very dated accommodation
Good hotel! no comments
Ample parking, easy to find and has local eating places, easy walk to london Bridge
Lake Havasu is not known for hi-end properties. We just needed a clean place to sleep and this met the need. Front desk was happy and helpful. Rooms were clean. A bit noisy from the street/parking, but I think this is normal for Lake Havasu.
Everything was great. Bed was large & comfortable. Shower was clean. Room was in great condition. The shower heads could use an upgrade. I'm 5'5" & found myself having to bed down most of the time b/c the shower head is so low. But nothing major to complain about.
Friendly staff. Ok room size. Close to centre and restaurants. Very good value.
Clean and well maintained Smell. The room had an awful odor. A bit noisy but it was the tail end of spring break.
Decent size clean rooms, friendly staff, had everything you need including refridge and microwave, plenty of parking, good location, near lots of restaurants. Its not a luxury hotel if that is what you are looking for, it certainly filled the bill for us. In a few years it will need an upgrade, like everything else.
Clean and conveniently located Second time staying there. 1st time my room was on other side of breakfast room wall and this time was on other side of housekeeping office with washer dryer going all day. I need to sleep in and both rooms were very noisy and staff was noisy too.
Time to build a new days in. Same location. New hotel
The rooms are large and include a separate bedroom and a kitchen. It has a "mom and pop" feel and it can be hard to find a staff person when you need one, but our stay worked out fine.
Rooms were spacious and have been remodeled with Pergo wood floors, new kitchenette cabinets and countertops. We stayed for one night as booked, but would have been comfortable for several nights. Nice pool area. Easy check in. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again. Nice price . Shower temperature was hard to adjust. Continually went from hot to cold. Tub was old. Rooms aren't real sound proof.
Units where clean, adequately supplied. Pool and laundry where well maintained and functioned well Units are older and decor out dated. Lower units subject to noise if upper unit occupied.
Very quiet and clean. Great value. Very friendly helpful staff.
Fully furnished condo units. No staff on duty at check in. No one there until next morning.
good value old facilities
Some guys being loud at 1am through 5am
Breakfast and location. Was there for London Bridge Renaissance faire and they were very close to the fair grounds. The bed was soft and the shower was weak.
I found my room to be very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The facilities are completely adequate for how inexpensive the place is, and was a decent value. Location is pretty good, kind of away from high traffic areas and somewhat easy to get to. It is an older building, with single pane windows, and a front door that doesn't seal well, so all night long noise was coming into the room keeping me up. The noise from the road was very loud, people going out to the bars and coming back- very loud. The room does nothing to muffle the noise at all, you might as well be outside. Recommend requesting being on the end that is away from the main road and bringing ear plugs. Also, I was on the second floor, and the floor squeaked a lot (I weigh 140lbs), I imagine staying on the first floor is also undesirable unless you want to hear someone walking around all the time.
The view of the mountains from the pool is nice. The hotel needs renovation, including serious rug cleaning. It must certainly have seen too many spring breakers; you can practically feel the suntan lotion on the carpet. The hotel is fine in a pinch if you find nothing else for the same price. The breakfast was also quite pitiful, neglected, and unappetizing.
This Hoetl definitely needs to be renovated. The hallway carpet has stain all over. The cable doesn't work consistently. The ice machines don't work. They only give one face Towle with 2 beds. It's ridiculous
We got to the hotel around 10pm and the lady at the front desk was rude to start. We get into our room, realizing that the room wasn't what I thought I had booked. I thought I had booked for 2 adults 0 children standard king room. However the room was a standard double room booked for 2 adults 2 children. No big deal, my fault. I go back to the front desk and tell her I must've made a mistake and asked if there was a king room available. Supposedly there was only the deluxe room available for a $15 up charge. I ask the front desk of there was a microwave and she said "I don't know, you will have to check for yourselves, I don't know what is in which rooms" SERIOUSLY????. This was after she rolled her eyes at us for making her do a little bit of thinking. We decided to check the room again to see if it would work for the night. After going back to the room, the tv didn't work, the walls and chairs were stained and there was no microwave as advertised. i go back to the front desk about 10 minutes later and say "I'm sorry to be a pain, but I would like to upgrade to the deluxe king room for the extra $15. Supposedly we were in the room for "too long" and that we were not allowed to upgrade because the cleaning service would have to clean an extra room. Even though all we did was set our bags down and discuss the room situation. The lady at the front desk continued to be rude and roll her eyes at me as if I was asking her to build the Great Wall of china. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again unless some serious changes are made and that girl receives an attitude adjustment or is reprimanded.
This hotel is perfect, within walking distance of beaches, park, exercise path, London Bridge and shops! Very friendly staff, great pool & hot tub, breakfast, pet friendly, kid friendly, quiet rooms. It was an older property, so not luxurious like modern hotels, but the price more than made up for it!
Price was good compared to other Motel/Hotels in the area with similar accomodations and breakfast. Stayed there 10 years earlier and this place was very nice. It appears nothing was ever done since and this place is dated and pretty worn out. Of the 4 floors with Ice makers only one on the 3rd floor actually was working. Since I stayed at 6 motels in 6 days while in Havasu I found that none of the places offering pools heated them. The Travelodge was very nice but was higher in price then Island Inn. All-in-all, I'd stay here again at $47 per night.
The place was nice and clean . The owner was super nice . There is an excellent restaurant right behind the hotel . The London Bridge was very close , within walking distance if it's not hot . I wish that it had a pool .
After arriving 10.30 at night the owners gave a a very warm welcome. As a quick stop off its a great place to stay. Breakfast was ok but could have been a little more choices. 8 out of 10.
No room when we arrived. I was very impressed with the support from Booking.com and their work with a 'not very supportive' hotel owner. Day old and boring breakfast.
Continental breakfast Centrally located.
Staff was very friendly, even when we had problems with the toilet they gave us a new room.
The mattress was very good. The room was dingy, dated and smelled like it used to be a smoking room. The furniture had burn marks on it. There was no kitchenware as advertised and the Continental breakfast was extremely limited.
the location It was very dirty, there was food in the sink when we arrived, hair on the bathroom floor and everything had a film over it in room like they sprayed air freshner on everything.
Small breakfast room. Would have like to see fresh fruit and yogurt as food options.

Good size room and bathroom with plenty of counter space. Great little kitchen. Halls smell a bit musty/smoky as they do have some smoking rooms, but inside my room it was fine.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with a room where we wanted it (1st floor, by the pool), gave us extra towels, and didn't kick us out of the pool area 'after hours' since we weren't being loud. We wanted a suite so that we could let a toddler nap in another room and close the door. Unfortunately, there was no door between the bedroom and front room, as well as a large cut-out in the wall where the TV was shared between the bedroom and front room
na towels thin and not clean--coffee pot not usable---general rundown of facilities---half a star is more appropriate
Price and location No
Lovely outdoor pool away from traffic area, OUr 2nd visit here, suite space more than needed; has furnished kitchenettes in every ste, two room suite, free wifi, adequate free breakfast; Soap only in restroom. Need shampoo in r.r.
We had a room with a separate sitting area and a small kitchenette. The room was a nice size. We were not tripping all over each other. It was adequate for our needs. Our view was of someone's fence and front yard. The other side of the hotel had some views of the lake and mountain range.
Off season great rates; We arrived at 11:30a.m. but check in was at 3pm, our room was ready upon our arrival and they checked us in at 11:30a.m.; They were very helpful with directions to the London Bridge and information; Worth the rate! It is an older hotel, old tv not flat screen but our room was very clean and we were in our room only to sleep.
No safety non slip mats in shower

The fact that they are making upgrades to the hotel is very nice. Last year the TV's were tube type & now they are flat screen. They are putting roof extensions in place so you have more shade at your door. Worth the price.
The affordable price for all of the accommodations you receive. Couldn't get in contact with staff before I checked out. I just dropped off the room key in a slot and left. I wanted to talk to them before I left.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a complete kitchen, wi-fi, and cable TV, all for a very low cost. The area was quiet and near to highway 95, which made moving around easy. I was very pleasantly surprised and recommend the Inn highly.
The 2-room suite set-up made this hotel stand out from the others when you consider the price. It was perfect for the situation (business trip with co-workers sharing a room). The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help in any way possible. The only negative thing I can say is that there weren't any napkins, paper towels or dishes in the kitchen area. Decor was a bit outdated, but the price and convenience made up for it.
This place was a pleasant surprise. Not expecting much from the start, we found the room to be clean, well appointed, and uniquely decorated. The two queen. Eds we're in separate rooms and there was ample space. It took about two full minutes to get anything resembling hot water out of the tap, and it wasn't that hot. The carpet in the back room was pretty trashed, but did not smell.
Large, well equipped, clean room Friendly staff No
Awesome staff friendly and helpful! Clean rooms and perfect location!
Location, price, staff, cleanliness, condition of room.
Price No ice machine
Big room, fridge, kitchen. Big tv. Great service and experience Everything was great
Smell of marijuana, carpet torn and falling apart. Not the safest feeling staying there. Need serious updating!! Way better options for the same price range. Won't go back
Clean room and manicured property. Our stay was short, but room was nice.
Nothing I slrpt on top of the bed cover. Need I say more
It's a fairly old hotel in need of updating. They may be in the process of that as the rooms had an old TV stand/dresser that had no drawers and no TV, but had a different dresser next to it with a small TV on it. The carpet, drapes and comforter were all old and worn. The bathroom was falling apart with old paint, mold, and peeling counters. The second floor rooms have strange balcony that connects to the room next door. For the price it's prett much what you would expect.
I like the view from where I stayed. During the night time, I can see the lights from the city. I like the swimming pool that looks clean and the yard is neat. It allows to have pets. I wish the swimming pool that has lights at night time. The rooms are about the right size. The room has little refrigerator and coffee pot, microwave, and hair dryer. The beds are comfortable and has a TV. The location is okay in the back of the motel. However, it is closer to restaurants and stores across the street that is nice.
The postive points of this hotel was the price of the room and the decent televisions. The bathrooms were standard, and the room is general was spacious. The cons of this hotel follow suite with the rest of the reviews here. When I checked in A very helpful lady helped me and all was going well. Later that evening my wife had a hard time sleeping due to the pancake flat pillows. I called the front desk to ask for a few more pillows and ended up dabeting with a very rude guy over why I needed more pillows. So the rate is great but customer service is awful.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly wasn't free. That effected my bill greatly. There was no way to let them know I was bringing pets on the site I used. I asked for an accessible room, there was a tub instead of a roll in/ walk in shower. No handheld shower hose, there had been one at one time. It was missing! The doorway was too narrow to navigate a wheelchair easily. No outlet on one side of the bed or wall for my breathing machine or to charge tech items. The back door was not secure, it didn't lock.
The price was reasonable the front desk person was very nice and they have free breakfast. The hot tub was not heated and there was not an elevator to the 3rd floor
The bed! Not clean at all! A dog messed right outside our door and it was never cleaned up! Not really a Hotel for vacationers! People live there in the rooms! Overall not happy at all!
Close to local bars Check in from 10am to 4pm...staff was everything but accommodating, we seemed to be a hassle
The place was filthy, half the hotel and all of pool was burnt down, the other half had holes in roof and peeling paint. My room door had a big hole in it, the window was broke. Mold all over the walls, carpet had holes and rips in it, the room smelt like death. To top it all off there was meth heads not only running around but they also lived there. Worst place ever, did not stay left.
The staff was nice Over priced. Pillows were not comfortable, towels had blood & yellow stains, cockroaches in the fridge & bathroom. The pool was empty.
The location is great and the pillows were comfortable. When we walked in the place smelled like sewage, the guy behind the counter wasn't friendly, TV control was awkward, light switches were backwards, the curtain didn't cover the window all the way because it was broken, no shampoo for the shower.
nothing Staff was rude..Put us in one room then came and changed rooms and was mad at me for taking a shower because they had to clean the room again. Told it was a queen bed NOT full size had no queens available. Never again
