Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of certain staff members. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and service, including rude or inattentive staff, unclean rooms, and malfunctioning amenities. While a few guests found the facilities clean and enjoyed amenities like the pool, others noted problems with breakfast, lack of elevators, and overall upkeep. The hotel appears to offer good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
