Pros: Location is a bit problematic to reach by google maps, but the woman went to the main road to help us. The view on the beach is beautiful. Overall.. Very nice place
Pros: Nana, Elena and all the rest of the staff at Mana-Mana were wonderful...helpful, friendly and accomodating. They provided a tasty Georgian dinner for us and four of our friends with only a day's notice. It was beautifully served on the deck overlooking the Black Sea with wonderful Georgian beers and wines to accompany the delicious foods. Our room was clean, comfortable and provided an incredible view of the Black Sea. It was so relaxing to sit and listen to the waves lap against the shore. During our six-day stay, we had a different breakfast each day...all were very tasty with Georgian breads, cheeses and dishes.
Cons: If you have mobility problems, be aware the stairway twists around and was a little tricky for someone with bad knees. But please do not let that deter you. The view, staff and comfortable rooms make it a GREAT value!
Pros: There was clean room with sea view. Near by beach, offer meal. They has many facilities of all kind, good wifi. From the terrace we could see beautiful sunset. You can easily stop marshrutka to Batumi on main road.
Cons: Tiny room and non-flushing toilet, sometimes unpleasant staff, poor breakfast without any fruits or vegetables. We payid three times more then in others places in Georgia and we just didn´t feel "like home" in here.
Pros: Nice peaceful location ON the beach. Very nice for a one-night stop. The food is homey and very good
Cons: A little far from any big city. As it is a family house, at night there alot of noise bothering us to sleep
Pros: The position at the beach is very nice. We had car so we didnt mind that there is nothing around. We checked Ureki and in comparison with that crowded place this beach is like paradise:). Hotel provides beach towels, sunbeds and umbrellas so if you travel light as we did you dont need to bring your own towels. They let us check in earlier which was very nice.
Cons: This was our most expensive accommodation in Georgia and it is ridiculous that it was with the worst breakfast we experienced. Breakfast is very poor for Georgian standards. We had family room and beds for kids are made out of gauches - they are terrible and super unfomfortable. Our daughter´s back got blocked after 1 night. There is no sign on the building with the name so you have to check by number and/or by pictures.

Pros: They have heir private beach where you’re the only one. The staff don’t speak English but they patiently tried to figure out what I was trying to say. Super helpful.
Cons: The access to this town is a little difficult. Either taxi or catch a minibus.
Pros: The exceptional host and hospitality. As we departed early host provided us with late snack type dinner Kartvelian style and that was really nice. They have they own private seashore which is really great.
Cons: Grigoleti is very small village. In October as the tourist season is almost over there is nothing to here unless you want to stay in solemn solitude. However we did know and expect that so that was ok for us.
Pros: The staff which was very helpful. The positive thing about the beach is that there no other people so it is very nice to be in the calm.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: In general, we were very happy with our stay, we really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the property and the room, all the facilities were provided. Besides, all the meals we had were quite extensive and savoury, Madona, the Hostess, is a great cook and a very kind person. The location is also worth mentioning: Green House is 1 minute away from the beach, there's a huge National Park nearby and small forests with blackberries. To crown it all, the wood on the beach is all yours to make a fire in the evenings, which you can enjoy together with home-made wine.
Cons: The plastic coming from the sea to the beach is, unfortunately, hard to control, but it gets cleaned by the utilities services.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, cleaness, tasty meals.
Cons: The nearby wide and sandy beach with gentle access to water is unfortunately heavily littered.
Pros: Amazing place, right at the Black sea! Clean, big and great breakfast. Super friendly host :)
Pros: The host and the food. And you can build a fire on the beach in the knight .
Pros: + The only thing I liked about this accomodation was small fridge in the room, where we could keep our beers
Cons: - Cleanliness - room was ok, but the bathroom... Even it was new, looked little dirty, calc stains everywhere, on the shower and sink tap - it didn't look like a room for guests who pay money for it, it looked like you were invited to someones house - very unhygienic used bar soap! I will not use soap used by someome, even to wash my hands! Who knows what was the last thing the previous person washed before me... Ewww... - no toiletries, no shower gel provided, no shampoo, just that old soap - the owner - once we arrived, she showed us the room, which was not ready for guests arrival! (at 4 pm!!) We got clean bedsheets and "help yourself" - so rude behaviour for guests... We needed to spread the sheets on bed by ourselves! So what the hell did we pay for 30 €?!?!? Such a behaviour never ever happened to me before in any, even much cheaper, guesthouse - no Wifi!!!! I got the WiFi password, I managed to connect to router, but the router was not connected to Internate! So no internet at all during our stay - no AC neither fan in the room! And it's very hot region. I couldn't sleep cause of heat - opening the balcony door didn't solve the heat problem - it was massive thunderstorm at night, during all thunderstorm the windows should be closed for safety reasons, but it was just impossible to not die from overheating with closed windows, and it was very dangerous to have the window open. Seriously, no fan?? - the worst beach I have seen in my life! Black and dirty! Pieces of wood, branches, twigs and trash everywhere! After a long drive I wanted to have relaxing evening at the beach and instead I was afraid to sit on the sand to not get injured by some trash, broken glass or anything. It looked avan worse, more dirty than on that picture from blog: goo.gl/safweV - location - far from any grocery shop, no restaurants nearby, just view over loud main road - very basic breakfast. I was missing local bread, fruits etc.
Pros: We were the only guests in the hotel and basicly lived in two rooms :). Since we were alone, it was like living in a mother's house. Owner Madona lived in the first floor and did not interfere with our plans, but was always ready to prepare food, talk to us (in russian) and take us anywhere by her car. We have spent two days there and was very happy in her company. Actually it was pretty hard to leave. If you go there, please, give a hug to Charlie - homeless dog, living in front of the house and rating leftowers. We loved him, as well as we loved the stay.
Cons: Lots of small problems just because the family which owns the hotel has not enough experience, they open it just for two months a years. Big problem was no air condition, so you have to keep windows open and hear the noise from nearby road. Solution is to ask for room without balcony, which is aimed just to the sea. You can listen to waves instead. There were more troubles, like no shop or restaurants around, but you learn to live with them and just enjoy this place with no tourists and beach only few minutes away.

Pros: Very nice location. friendly and hospitable staff
Cons: The food is without taste, not very georgian. Some maintainance needs to be done
Pros: Friendly staff. It is a hotel that does not leave for their services, good pool, good games room, spa area. In his restaurant we ate very well and the room was very comfortable with views of his private beach.

Pros: Privacy. Location.
Cons: Not so clean.
Pros: We could use the shared kitchen
Cons: The room only had a small space heater and it was not enough to heat up the room for the whole time we were there
Pros: Nice villa with a spectacular view of the sea, just by the sea, good breakfast, very good conditions to rest from a big city.
Cons: Maybe a lack of restaurants nearby or places for shopping - you need a car if you intend to eat out or go for little shopping, not many things to visit around.
Pros: Desolate area at the Black Sea. We arrived one day early and that was no problem, after calling with the host. We were the only guests at the time, and there was actually nobody around in the property after check-in. In the morning a very nice and cute lady prepared us a fresh breakfast! Free parking space.
Pros: The location is good. The beach nearby is one of the best for this area.
Cons: The smell was not so good probably bacause of some piping problems. The air conditioner was very bright at night.
Pros: Great location, lovely family and staff.. comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Cons: Shower could have been more energetic.
Cons: Beach in front of the hotel was not clean as was not expected.. Breakfast was poor however staff cleanliness and rooms vere very nice as well as the location.
Pros: Its next to the beach, women that worked there are realy nice and helpful
Cons: Garbage in ther beach, beds horrible and old,, toilet not atached to the floor, rely unstable. Kind of funny but... the guy made us feel like we are paying to little, though the price was the one we got from booking. Only one restaurant in the area with poor food quality.
Pros: The house is located at the beach, perfect location! When we wanted to extend our stay the owner made it possible (in hoe own house next door)
Cons: The location marked on Google maps isnt the right one, it’s located 700 meters further in the direction of Poti
