Ferraretto is a very good hotel located at the best place in Guaruja (very near Pitangueiras beach). Personnel, services and the hotel structure are also very good and price is fair. Althought we've been told some rooms are being refurbished, the one we got wasn't good at all, the gym room at the basement was smelling bad and looked very dirty, and the windows are too large and low, in such way if you have kids, better keep it locked or ask the hotel guys for some protection fence to be installed at your window.
The bedroom was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the shower was ok. Some of the personal of the hotel wasn't so friendly. The bathroom is old and the fridge doesn't stop to make noise during all the night. We can also hear a lot of noise of the different bedrooms.
Good breakfast and nice pool area. Rooms needs a renovation. And it looked like they have started renovation of the rooms.

Great location in the centre of Guaruja and only a 2 min. walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money. -
Clean rooms and good location very near the beach.
Clean, new tidy good service great if you have own transport. Didnt like the weather not your fault......not a lot to do if weather not good maybe need some ideas to give to tourists like us. Poor ( and expensive) overpriced eating options maybe the hotel needs to look at providing more meal options?
The Oceanside rooms present a wonderful view of the entire beach area. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar area was a pleasant surprise. The water was warm and the staff friendly. Lastly, the direct connection from the hotel lobby to the shopping mall was a welcomed bonus as well. Alcoholic drinks in the hotel lobby were outrageously expensive. One commonly found drink was $29.00 usd! This same drink is found for less than $14.00 usd in all other Brazil locations. During check out time clearly ask the attendant to present you the invoice prior to completion of check out. If not done the hotel attendant will close the bill and possibly add extra "fees" without your ability to dispute them. Even the manager would not support a dispute process once closed. The check out process, and how it was handled by the entire hotel staff, so upset me it gained a negative review from me and thus lost my entire company's business in the process. a real shame for an otherwise good hotel.
The swimming pool was very good, breakfast was good and the room was nice. Maybe a little noisy, but we were in Brazil!
