Pros (+) Friendly and courteous staff. I love the dining room, breakfasts and dinners are absolutely amazing. The chef is so very friendly and made the new restaurant a dining room to be proud of. Excellent selection and all tasty. Thumbs up Chef!! Room are generally ok. But all clean with all amenities. It's my go to hotel in Gurgaon.
Pros (+) I visit Gurgaon quite frequently and Marriott Courtyard has become my home away from home. The staff is simply top notch, at every level. Helpful and very pleasant. I'm eagerly waiting for the end of the restaurant renovation and complement the management for the interim setup.
Cons (-) Please, please, change the lounge music at the lobby. I'm sure you can find better chillout music. But I do acknowledge that I'm being a little bit picky as I know I'm the only one that pays attention to this...
