You will find a kettle in the room. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bath and shower, with bath robes provided. Extras include slippers and free toiletries. Pros: Lovely spacious well equipped room. Quiet area with resteraunts and shops within easy walking distance. 50 Mt's from seafront. Wonderful hosts. The lady even drove me to the railway station easiest to get me to my destination, not the nearest as would be expected. This saved me carrying luggage between platforms, bravo
Pros: We had a great time in Fujisawa and a big part of that was the service we received at Hotel Laguna it was excellent start to finish. The staff are friendly and spoke very good English. The rooms are clean, comfortable, bigger than normal for Japan, and as we had been touring around the country it was a pleasant relief to have some space and a sofa to sit on. There is no breakfast but there is a kitchen with ample facilities including free coffee and tea. There are shops and a Boulangerie close by where food can be bought to take back. The Hotel rents bicycles for free to residents and Fujisawa is a great area to cycle around. When we left the owner gave us a lift to Fujisawa station, you cannot ask for better service.
Pros: Arriving at the hotel, surprised to learn that it was a typical “Love Hotel” in Japanese. However, the lady at the reception was kind and even offered a ride to the nearest station or a free umbrella when checking out, because it was raining. The room was very spacious as well. Overall speaking, the stay was satisfactory.
Cons: The window was very small, probably because it was a “Love Hotel”.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff (dropped us off to train station with our luggage), quiet peaceful location, free bicycles to use, good value for money, clean and comfortable.
Pros: It’s spacious. They have free bike rental. Free coffee and sweets in the spacious cafeteria. A nice massage chair. Free shuttle service to near by train stations.
Pros: The service was great. They left a little gift as it was my partner and I's joint birthday. They gave us a nice room with Jacuzzi and mini sauna. The bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen area upstairs with free coffee and facilities to make your own breakfast. The room and bathroom were large. Free bicycle usage. And they even offered a drop off to town too.
Cons: There wasn't too much to dislike. Perhaps the rooms could do with more natural light. It's on the edge of town but then it's still very close to the next metro line. For the price range I think it's a great place.
Pros: Staff were very good. Even drove us to the station. Good english as well. Has kitchen area where you can cook and have free coffee.
Pros: We enjoyed the level of service, it was over delivering at every corner. The location is right next to an amazing surf beach. We were looked after incredible well. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
The Hotel Saika is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The hotel is just 4km away from JR Fujisawa Station. The hotel is just 1km from Enoshima Island and 3km from Fujisawa Station, making it an ideal location for guests looking to do some sightseeing. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and the room very clean and well furnished. The breakfast included with the stay was just the right amount with boiled eggs, soup and really delicious freshly baked croissants. We will definitely stay here again!
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful: one girl seemed so excited to be of service, and the other was very determined to help us find good restaurants. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was simple, but great! Location was also excellent.
Cons: Shower curtain seemed a bit funky. And they played Abba non-stop in the lobby LOL. At one point, I don't think the receptionist realized the same song was on repeat and had played 5 times in a row, haha!
Pros: Hotel in the Pedestrian area, near restaurants, bars and the sea! Also near the Enoshima train station an Enoshima Isle you can do by 15 minutes walking.
Cons: The wardrobe is minimal. No really breakfast.
Pros: Staff are very nice & helpful. Hotel is close to station, very convenient - highly recommended. They provide light breakfast + have facial masks in the bathroom.
Pros: The young lady that assisted us was so nice, she spoke English so it made it easy for our visit. We will visit again.
Cons: It rained the day we visited and the front entrance of the hotel was very slippery I think some type of slip protection should be applied to prevent someone from falling.
Pros: Absolutely perfect
Pros: Staff are very nice to help us for parking and breakfast.
Cons: matress too soft
Pros: Breakfast croissant & breads, served warm! Neighborhood restaurants. Short walk to 3 train lines.
Cons: Internet wifi unreliable, but since I have backup connection, was no inconvenience.
With a stay at ALMONT INN SHONAN-FUJISAWA in Fujisawa, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Enoshima Aquarium and Great Buddha. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities.
Pros: A great place to retire for the night. Room was small but cozy and more than sufficient for solo traveller. Most importantly toilet cleanliness is great.
Pros: Cleanness, convenience, location, and stuff's attitrude.
Cons: Identification. If they have more recognizable sign, better, easy to find.
Pros: The hotel is 5min walk from Fujisawa Station, surrounded by shop & restaurant. We visited Kamakura & Enoshima, Fujisawa likely a transit point for short gateway from Tokyo. Capsule coffee maker was provided in the room. We were offered free flow of drink at lobby too. Good breakfast served
Cons: The room was pretty tiny. I guess this is common in Japan
Pros: Room was small, but that's fairly standard. Everything was clean with no real issues to speak of. Staff let me leave my bag when I arrived well before check-in. It was already in my room when I got back. Location was close to Fujisawa station, so it was easy to get around the area (Kamakura, Enoshima, etc).
Cons: Nothing in particular. Met expectations and had no issues.
Pros: The location near station
Cons: Very small room with high price.
Pros: The Hotel is located nearby the JR line train station (Fujisawa station). also nearby to the City hall.
Pros: Room amenities were very good. Good breakfast.
With a stay at Hotel Shiosai in Fujisawa, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Enoshima Aquarium and Shonankaigan Park. Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in a common area.
Pros: Great breakfast, good location, room was clean and spacious, but a little tired looking.
Cons: Not being able to pay with a credit card was inconvenient.
Pros: Clean and cozy. Good location. Nice breakfast. Awesome sea side view.
Cons: Staffs are not good at speaking in English.
Pros: our room is face to the sea. can see the sunrise and sunset. very nice landscape. the room is very very clean. facilities are sufficient.
Pros: As for English, there's none. So, I recommend only staying if your Japanese is sufficient. Staff is very kind and helpful. Located right across from the beach and a short walk to Enoshima. Large rooms compared to most Japanese hotels.
Cons: Not a hotel for young people. There isn't even wifi in each room, you have to go to the front lobby on the first floor for wifi access.
Pros: The friendly polite staff. The amenities.
Pros: It was very close to the beach with an incredible view.
Pros: Listed right across from the beach and close to Enoshima Island. Breakfast included, convince store, and restaurants close by. Walkable trim train station. Only a short train ride to Kamakura.
Pros: The private hot spring bath was a nice surprise!
Pros: Everything is great. Only slightly far from train station. To be fair to the hotel, I was walking with a 3 year old. :)
Cons: Does not accept cards.
Pros: Location was near to bridge that connects to Enoshima. Rooms are clean
Cons: Facade under renovation so sea view rooms are not that good. Staff was not very friendly. The so called free breakfast run out of food & they do not top up. There was an Onsen on the 3rd floor but no one inform us until we found out when we are leaving. Reception more interested in collecting payment.
Located in Odawara-juku which was the first post station that travelers came to when they exited Tokyo in Edo period, this hostel and bar which provides excellent access to Hakone is popular among travelers as well as locals.
Pros: Host was super friendly and the place was really clean. The bar at the hostel was amazing.
Pros: Pretty good location. About 10 minute walk from odawara main station which makes it great for accessing the hakone loop. Host was very friendly and there was an area for luggage storage although didn't look very secure as no door/ lock on the shed. Shower and bathroom were pretty good
Cons: Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed by the room, especially for the price. It wasn't particularly clean and there was a cockroach in the room. Stayed in October whilst the weather was still warm and the air con hardly worked so the room was incredibly stuffy and hot (much warmer than outside)
Pros: A very charming hostel equipped with a small, cute bar downstairs to socialize with other guests and visitors. It was located in a pretty convenient location too - on a quiet side street about 8-12 mins walking distance from both the bus stop and Odawara Station. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this place!
Pros: Charming place, lovely people. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from start to finish of our short stay. I would recommend The Good Trip Hostel.
Pros: Really clean and great hospitality! There are shampoo, towel, toothpaste at our disposal!
With a stay at IZA Enoshima Guesthouse&Bar - Hostel in Fujisawa, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Enoshima Aquarium and Shonankaigan Park. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and microwave in a common area.
Pros: Very nice atmosphere, comfortable rooms and beautiful wooden furniture, near the sea and very nice people
Cons: the room cost a little more expensive than in other hostels, but I did not regret it)
Pros: lokation and atmosphere
Cons: breakfast is quite basic
Pros: Good location and price
Cons: So many rules and noise
Pros: Really convenient location, situated very near Enoshima Island. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great coffee and liked the avocado on toast very much! It was quite and clean. Ikio was particularly helpful.
Cons: Thought it was a bit unnerving that there were no lockers for valuables and no space really for luggage. None of this caused any issues but might be an idea to get even some small lockers for money/passport etc.
Pros: Loooooved the location! Super close to the train and very close to the beach! Overall would love to stay again!
Pros: This place was an absolute paradise, for the price you're paying you get an absolutely clean place with great mood and tons of smiles. Staff is extremely pleasurable to deal with, had no problems helping me out on everything they could and the place is located in an absolutely great spot to both enjoy the city and the island itself. 5 Mins walk to the closest beach and has many great places to eat and try food specialties of Enoshima. They can also make you a tasty breakfast and a satisfying drink. The girl at the desk was always happy and smiling and i could really tell she loved her work, like the rest of the staff. For as cheap as 15$, this place was probably the biggest surprise i had in my whole journey. Wanted to stay one night, ended up staying one week.

Pros: 1. Location is quite good, just beside the Fujisawa Station, it is so easy to go to Kamakura, Great Buddha of Kamakura, Enoshima Island and Shinjuku, etc. Meanwhile, there are department stores nearby, and LAWSON & Family Mart are the neighbour to the Hotel. 2. The room is clean and tidy, especially the bed sheet and bathroom, which is exactly conformity with our requirements. 3. Self check-in machine is quite easy for us to check in, under the help of the kind and nice staffs.
Cons: The room is a little bit small for us two, and we almost cannot open 2 suitcases at the same time.
Pros: Quick check in procedures
Cons: Limited space and can’t open two suitcases
Pros: location is perfect. breakfast ia little bit disappointed.
Cons: more choices.
Pros: Right near the JR station and Enoden line to Kamakura. Very central, very clean
Pros: Comfortable room Hotel is adjoined with Lawson store 100m to the bus stop that takes you to Enoshima island Just around the corner from the station
Cons: The staff steer you to the direction of a check in machine! This means they have nothing to do with you, which I found a little unwelcoming. I wouldn’t stay again for this reason
Pros: very near train statin, and near most scenry!
Cons: No free breakfast
Pros: Close to station, there are two convenient stores near by.
Pros: The breakfast is served only till 9.30am. Seriously, on a weekend who wakes up at 9.30am especially if you are on holiday.
Cons: They charged me 19K JPY. Restricted breakfast timings, smelly room, the pillow is as hard as rock. The room was not properly air-conditioned too. It's like a capsule hotel. Definitely not worth the tariff charged
Located a 7-minute drive from Fuji Speedway, Fuji Xiang Rong Kaikani is a hotel surrounded by the nature. This hotel offers a shared lounge, free on-site private parking and free WiFi. Pros: It's very good hostel.
Pros: Staff was very very nice and friendly.
Cons: Need to clean a bit more the dust... Location maybe difficult without a car!
Pros: Spacious room, friendly staff
Pros: it was quiet
Cons: The mould smell, very uncomfortable traditional room beds although I did book these. Having to pre book times for everything such as breakfast and the very run down feel of the place, it felt like a hotel in receivership being ran by an appointed manager.
With a stay at FUJISAWA HOTEL EN in Fujisawa, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Enoshima Aquarium and Great Buddha. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: This hotel was just a one night stay for us. It was, as promised, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. There were even signs on the roads in English giving directions. The rooms were spotless and well appointed for a value hotel. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The morning breakfast of soup and salad was a good way to start the next morning. Highly recommend!
Pros: Reasonable price and clean facilities
Cons: Bathtub was smaller than expected
Pros: On the edge of the downtown Fujisawa, walking distance from the train station and good bus connection to Kamakura and Enoshima. Our room was small but very comfortable and the dining room was open for guest use all the time with coffee and tea available. Breakfast was healthy combination of delicious salads and soup and the staff were very accommodating. We were treated to a jazz concert in the lobby one night while our stay.
Cons: The rooms are adequate but small.
Pros: Need to change breakfast .
Pros: Free good quality coffee
Cons: The breakfast was not included and expensive
Pros: Reasonably close to Enoshima, which is what we were looking for. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Extremely over-priced for what was received. We paid 15000y for one night. The hotel room was one of the smallest I have seen in my almost 2 years in Japan, doing lots of travelling. The room was clean but very plain, there were a number of small defects such as a loose doorknob, and bathtub that filled up painfully slowly. We also had to pay overnight for parking in a nearby lot because the hotel's lot was full when we arrived. If we had paid less, I would have no complaints but for the price, the quality was very low.
Pros: Atmosphere in the room and comfort
Cons: Tv chanels may be improved

Pros: Very convenient location. Super clean . The staff are super nice and very accommodating. The common area is very well design and relaxing atmosphere.
Pros: The host of the guest house was so kind! He leaned us beach mats and offered to keep our stuff for ya so we could go to the beach even after we checked out. And he made a delicious breakfast in the morning. We were very happy with the facility and also the location is super convenient.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: Very close to everything
Cons: The smoking area was just outside one of the bedrooms, if the window is open, smoke enters the room.
Pros: Good location
Cons: BED BUGS!! In the 6 bed dorms on all beds I didn't sleep at all
Pros: The kitchen is amazing! Everything is there- the washing machine, microwave, stove, even rice cooker! The swing couch gives the common room its personality. I noticed the little train on the wooden beam too. Lots of nice little nooks for reading a book. The bathroom and washing basin are perfect. I hope the facilities stay great like this always. Thank you for the power points and lights in the bunks!
Cons: Maybe a rail handle needs to be installed to help people from the upper bunks come down the ladder.
Pros: Very nice guesthouse ! Staff very friendly and helpful, beds and equipements comfortable. Just close to the sea. Spacious, and good breakfast ! I recommend
Cons: Maybe a table is missing ?
Pros: It is quite near Katase-Enoshima Station by walking 30 second. We visited the hello kitty cafe and Enoshima island.

Pros: Nice property with very helpful and friendly staff. Very relaxing space and excellent spa and onsen. The room was comfortable and clean, except for the hair I found in the bathroom. Great view. I totally recommend it.
Pros: Our stay was great at this property. Lovely staff, lovely venue and an amazing view even though it was the day after the typhoon hit up north. Easy walk to the supermarket for supplies but there is also a shop on-site. Would recommend.
Pros: Lovely hotel, great spa and hotel room
Cons: Bar times not as advertised, closed at 20.30
Pros: It is newly renovated and exceptionally clean. It’s beachside location is a lovely and scenic location. Need a car because it is fairly remote.
Cons: The front desk staff had muted English speakers except for the morning checkout staff. The hotel guide and TV we’re not designed for English speakers. The beds were extra firm, not very comfortable. There were no English instructions for TV, thermostat, etc. Also not within walking distance from any convenience store and gift shop was full of mostly souvenir items.
Pros: I 'm just happy for the renovation, very different from the old one. It's indeed the best hotel in Kanagawa in summer. Highly recommended
A stay at Hotel Hokke Club Shonan-Fujisawa places you in the heart of Fujisawa, a 5-minute drive from Great Buddha and 5 minutes from Hasedera. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Everything, the facilities are just as same as the pictures on website of booking.com
Cons: If the owner can make more shelves on the wall, it will be perfect
Pros: Spacious room, clean, open plan. Friendly staff.
Cons: Could have been closer to station, late check out and earlier check in would have been a good feature for travellers
Pros: Really love the public bath (artificial hot spring). The room is small but very comfortable. And there is a huge supermarket downstairs where sushi and sashimi are on discount every night. The fried lamen they provide at the supermarket cafeteria is also very delicious.
Cons: A little bit far from the JR station.
Pros: Great location, great public bath, and very clean rooms. We loved the shampoo/conditioner bar in the bath, as well all of the amenities! You basically don’t have to bring anything of your own.
Cons: The breakfast buffet wasn’t very great (it’s served at the Saizeriya on the 2nd floor, which is known for its cheap food).
Pros: Location and the room is clean
Cons: No free tea or coffee
Located in Ebina, Hotel Vista Ebina is within a 5-minute drive of LaLaport EBINA and Kenritsu Sagamisansen Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location. Very near to Ebina stations. A convenience store near by. An air cleaner, a kettle, a cup and a glass, a hair dryer provided. An airconditioner which can adjust temperature.
Cons: The hotel is an Eco-friendly hotel, with green tea toilet rolls that smell green tea, switches of a fridge and toilet were turned off, staff even hesitated to print a receipt. Only 2 sockets at a desk. A very think duvet with a firm mattress. You have to switch the TV on to see the Wifi password.
Pros: The location was handy There was a parking structure close to the hotel so it made for a good second option when they had no parking spaces left.
Cons: The room needed a thorough clean.
Pros: The hotel is in a really good location near Vina walk. The WIfi was really fast.
Cons: Room needs to be painted and you need a coin machine in laundromat room.
Pros: Very convenient location. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay again.
Pros: big bath, independent toilet, nice and clean
Pros: Separate toilet and bathroom.
Pros: close to facility I NEEDE TO VISIT
Cons: Difficulty speaking with staff as no one spoke English. However, they did work hard to meet our every need. So I am thankful for that.
With a stay at Guest house Tsuu in Odawara, you'll be a 2-minute drive from Odawara Castle and 6 minutes from Hakone Hot Springs. Featured amenities include laundry facilities, microwave in a common area, and refrigerator in a common area.
Pros: We only had a brief stay here, but it was probably the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in in Japan. The room was big and it’s pretty straightforward to get there from the station. The shower is probably also the largest shower I’ve ever seen in Japan! Super clean and it was nice to use the washing machine.
Cons: A little bit of a walk from the station, but we didn’t mind it.
Pros: Good facility, bath, cleanliness
Pros: The owner sent pdf file with lots of explanation about how to get to the guesthouse, how to access the room, etc, which is very useful.
Cons: I don't like separate toilet and shower. I don't like sharing toilet and shower with other guests.
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfy, as was the communal area. Communication from the host was good.
Cons: There are very steep stairs to access the property, this could be an issue for some people, especially getting luggage up. The cleaner started cleaning the one bathroom before we checked out so we were unable to use it.
Pros: Wow what a deal, close to the castle and station, and very cozy. One of the best stays I've had in Japan.
Cons: Laundry was expensive, 300 yen to do laundry and an extra 300 for the detergent.
Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Hot springs; Car Parking Charges; Access to Multi-Pool Facility; Pool Chair Rental; and Dog Run Enjoy views over Sagami Bay from the Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa, just 60 minutes from Tokyo. Twenty minutes from Hakone, this Odawara hotel is the perfect base for exploring both Hakone and Atami. Stroll through the hotel grounds and discover the picturesque gardens and ponds or visit the hydrotherapy spa pools, where hot spring waters will cleanse and rejuvenate you. Play a game of tennis or practice your swing on the driving range at this Odawara hotel. Dine at the Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa's Brasserie Flora or The Lobby Lounge.
Pros: Property provides a shuttle bus service from Odawara and Nebukawa train stations; they leave on time. It has a very nice, well-illuminated large lobby area. We arrived early which gave us time to eat our lunch and explore the property. Staff took care of our luggage in storage, and also informed us that we could relax in the onsen prior to checking in. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the waters and property. There is a church on site. Lounge staff would not allow us to walk through the lounge door to the patio area. We had to go to an exit door that led to the outside beyond the lounge area which we thought was a ridiculous rule. Later in the evening roommate and I were bitten by unknown bugs. We contacted the front desk and someone immediately brought an insect repellent device and ointment to soothe the itchy bites. Breakfast had a good selection for my preferences - Western and Asian fare provided. Staff personalities were polar - some were extremely nice and wanting to help while others had a sour unfriendly face and stuck to the rules.
Cons: TV Channels are all in Japanese. No English. No world news. Only front desk had staff that could speak a bit of English. Be prepared to have a translator device with you when traveling Japan. Guests should have the liberty to go out to the patio via the lounge doors.
Pros: Facilities we're great, especially the pool. The on-site shop was good value.
Cons: Only one tv screen in bar on show for rugby matches. Bar food was expensive
Pros: Staff were great. The room and facilities were also really good.
Cons: I understand it’s Japanese culture so not really a fault with the hotel, buts wasn’t allowed in the spa and had to wear a t-shirt in the pool due to my tattoos.
Cons: The swimming pool was under maintenance and I was not informed earlier, very disappointed
Pros: the ocean view
Cons: the dinner buffet extremely expensive not worth foods
Pros: We got the 6000 yen ocean lounge which included breakfast which was enough for us to manage with snacks through the day and limited range of free alcohol and food 1700-2000, the restaurant was out of our price range ! Its the Hilton! Outrageously amazing view, tirelessly helpful staff, Aziz and Narita being the two shining stars. Gym was excellent, free weights plenty cable machines in addition to the usual. No barbell except a Smith machine. Pool was excellent ! Rooms were fantastic !!
Cons: Very expensive food.
Pros: The shuttle bus is great
Cons: To pay for Internet access - too old fashioned for me. Welcome into 21st century Hilton. Change policy
Pros: Staff are very helpful. I am especially happy to have been served by Aziz who enthusiastically helped us to arrange our breakfast.
Cons: Nothing so far.
