Pros (+) Very convenient to downtown. Pretty clean. The staff was quite nice and patient.
Cons (-) The facility lack resources such as kettle and blow dryers. The security card didn't work well. And the first unit they gave me the door was defective. The security card didn't work with the second unit as well. The third unit finally worked but you have to put in the card multiple times before you can lock or unlock the door. Took over an hour to resolve the issue.
