7.9 Good
Pros: A very nice hotel with nice surroundings
Cons: It was a long walk to the central area. Almost 30 min walking, but very close to the airport
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was nice and the size of the room was big enough.
Cons: The breakfast was simply terrible, it was really expensive and it consisted only in bread with jam and a cup of tea. The WiFi internet was practically unavailable, shouldn’t be advertised with it at all.
1.0 Poor
Cons: I want hot water to eat cup noodles. But reception person say I can’t give hot water. I don’t know it’s mean. Of course, she has kitchen. She can get hot water. But she doesn’t give me hot water. I don’t know this hotel thinks what. I don't want to stay here again.
7.0 Good
Pros: To far from center
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good place to stay with natural environmnt even a bit far from beach & downtown. You can wake up with Chickens & Birds and sleet with dogs.
Cons: Unkind staffs, not good breakfast, no staffs staying after 8 pm.
6.0 Good
Pros: The cleanliness of the room, the price, and the room size were very good. Laundry service is good. Location is not that far from town only 20 minutes walking. Hotel has a great scooter u can rent, if you do not want a scooter you can go through them for others and the price will be cheaper! Understand that we are on an island so of course the wifi is so so same for the water it is not constantly hot. They offered to store the luggage for me until the reception closes at 8pm which is very nice!
Cons: Breakfast, the choices that were on the menu were not always available, and the continental was pretty expensive for what it was. It would be great to have more quality choices since the hotel is a bit further out, I am sure they can make good revenue on it. At night, it may be noisy since locals put music sometimes till 11 PM 12 am.Antoine the host was very knowledgeable, it is sad that he was not more often around because it would be great to have someone that share local culture with others! Since the hotel is low occupancy in middle of the year, you may want to make it an AirBnB since it is not 24hrs reception and as a guest you have to be pretty independent there!
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was ok, but thats it.
Cons: The hotel was far away from center, you need a car or scooter. The personal do not speak english and they where not helpful or smiling. The breakfast was also not good. They had nothing on the menu.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff is very friendly and nice to have a chat with. Good location if you don't to be in the centre of the city close to other tourists. Within walkable distance though.
Cons: Cleanness could have been better, found considerable amounts of bugs in my room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the garden and the people were friendly and I got used to the hens and began to enjoy seeing them - I thought that wouldn't be the case at first, but they're nice :D Like the flowers and the artwork outside and my room was like a little "hut" with a outdoor furniture on the veranda - I liked that and it was nice to sit there.
Cons: Some insects in my room - couldn't get used to them. Would have been good to have more variety in the breakfast, but it was not bad. The rooms could do with some freshening - but the bed was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Very good food.
Cons: Seating in the upscale restaurant was uncomfortable.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location is nice the architecture the quality and size of bed !
Cons: All around Hotel is full signs and metal items with black flags that covet the view ,because is a battle with a local family that said that hotel was bild on ancestry cemetery.....Stay in hotel is Tabu ! It was a little bit scaring when you read all the sign ! The service is like a 2 star hotel ! The cleaness and the service very basic ! You can not walk in the room without slipper ,you get in 5 minutes black feet. The quality of the food is poor ,at breakfast small fresh fruit choice ,no fresh juice ... When in the island you find plenty of Pinapple and Banana ...In 6 days we didn ‘t find at breakfast! The maintenance is very bad ,dirty pool and surrounding, the pool chair very old and with wet mattress and towel ! At 22.30 the bar was closed not possible to have a drink ! The sofa in the breakfast room and the chair in the room very dirty We put a towel to sit ! On our arriving we have to wait more than 30 minutes to get the transfer and when the bus is coming ,not hotels bus but Mahina travel bus ,we have to cross the airpot plaza with luggages undera big thunderstorms we arrive at hotel lobby wet with dirty lugguages and shoes ! Never happens like that in my life ! And if you think that you book and pay for five star service !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was great with all our questions, shuttles were perfect, breakfast offerings varied and tasty, the mattress was firm and very comfortable BUT the blanket much, much too heave for warm weather. Towels were large and absorbent.
Cons: The breakfast staff seemed totally disinterested and even after 5 days it was an effort to get a cup of coffee
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is the perfect place to stay while on Rapa Nui (Easter Island). The property is situated right on the ocean and walkable to HangaRoa. The property has a wonderful zen feeling and the rooms are large and nicely appointed. The staff couldn’t be nicer and are helpful with booking tours right from the lobby. I had one of the best meals I’ve ever had at the restaurant- desserts are incredible! If you’re looking for a full-service property that’s sure to elevate your Easter Island experience, Hanga Roa Eco Village is the ideal choice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is first rate - kind, helpful, professional. The souvenir shop is great, attended with professionalism, and with many great books about the island, impossible to find enywhere else.
Cons: There could have been more fresh fruit for breakfast.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room clean and nice. Good view! Calm.
Cons: The breakfast is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Give less but with good quality of food. Breakfast for gastro-ignorants!! The waffles were not even attracting the hungry street dogs! I have video of the sound of dry waffle on the plate if you want. Like Maracas!! Please do something to give to your guest healthy food... something YOU would eat. Do you want the video?
Cabañas Rapa Nui Orito - Hanga Roa - Building
3
9.1 Excellent (221 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast delivered promptly to the room on a tray each morning. Fresh bread, tea/coffee, juice, ham and cheese and butter/preserves. A different juice each day added variety. A real treat to have breakfast in your room, and the room had a full-size dining table and chairs by the window - bliss.
Cons: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and there were only a couple of TV stations that had an adequately good reception (the TV had a set-top aerial).
6.0 Good
Pros: Great place for families
Cons: No hot water. Shower was intermittent of hot and cold water for 5 minutes total.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You will be picked up from the airport, if you don’t speak Spanish- no problem Ignacia speaks perfect English! She will give a great advice on how to explore Easter Island and the restaurants. Thank you so much for that! You will have a breakfast in the room! Bed is very comfortable, hot water, clean towels and linens. The internet connection is better in the lobby, but hey you are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean!
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast delivered to the room everyday. Nice garden and amenities. Staff are nice and responsive. Kitchen is also in the room so you get to cook for yourself!
Cons: A bit far from town center and need to take taxi which costs 4k-5k CLP. Only old manual cars available to rent on site. Very weak wifi and it never works for me. Found a cockroach in our room one night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice huge garden. Quiet place. Big room. Clean. Nice stuff.
Cons: Wi Fi is only in rooms 1,2,3 in others - no. You have to go to lobby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything tbh. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Lovely room and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff who speak English. Quick transfer from and to the airport. There was a reception where we rented a car almost immediately. Location is quite convenient for rented cars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!! Don. Jorge y Ignacia very nice people. The place beautiful and comfortable. Totally recommend.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location. Their restaurant has a stunning view of the ocean. Close to walk to other restaurants. AC works well, bed comfortable and lots of hot water. New flooring throughout hotel and new tiling in our bathroom Nice sitting area outside each room. Very quiet. the staff very friendly and helpful and on the ball. We arranged for a car with insular and they coordinated with them to have us and our luggage picked up and delivered to hotel on their own. There is a nice pool area but we did not use.
Cons: Nothing. Really nice place to stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is beautiful, room was extra large, nice view over the ocean, nice pool. Friendly and helpful maids.
Cons: Staff was unfriendly and a waiter in the dining room was even rude, very politically aggressive, I asked to be woken up at 6 and they had their clock wrong (2 hours behind) and did not wake me up. Male receptionist almost rude. Dining room too far away from main building where my room was. No clear directions to the dining room, no info by staff about where it was, too far away (long blocks, lonely and dark to walk to town)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, good facilities, a pool, welcome drink-the best pisco sour yet! Beautiful gardens.
Cons: Walls needed a bit more sound insulation.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The convenience of its location was paramount. The food served (breakfasts) was varied and relatively good.
Cons: Bathrooms appear a bit outdated/rundown
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff were lovely and so helpful. Everything was really clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the seafront restaurant, which had glorious ocean views, and the cocktails. It was also a convenient walk into Hanga Roa. We didn't use the pool but this did look nice and had a pretty pool bar. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room/bathroom was tired and needed an upgrade. The food wasn't great but it's possible to eat in town at any number of restaurants.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were lovely, they were pristine in cleanliness, and the staff was friendly. We particularly enjoyed the pool as a place to relax, and the welcome drink at the pool was a nice touch.
Cons: Although it was walkable, the hotel was not in the middle of town. We had hoped to see sunsets over the water, but the water was only viewable from the restaurant. This hotel seemed to specialize in groups, did not have an authentic local feel, and the breakfast room was a mob scene. The water cooler at the hotel had a sign charging about $6 USD to fill your water bottle. That seemed unreasonable. The restaurant across the street is only open certain nights, and we found few options close to the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, the view of the restaurant and the pool.
Cons: They missed our key one day and had to sleep in other room shortly. When they found it they knocked our door giving apologies. Very unpleasant but this was the only problem we had during our stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: 2 steps from the airport (which is not disturbing, very few flights). A very nice family hosts you, warm welcome, ready to help you. The son in law speaks english. Nice rooms, very clean. You can use the family kitchen and bring your own food and drinks (supermarcket in the same street). Chicken and cats in the garden, very nice. Not far from the city center
4.2 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: When booking a 4-bed room for 2 people, the price is for 2 people and it says "Prices are per room", that is, we buy 4 bed rooms for the two of us for this price. Upon arrival, we were told a shared room and two people would get hooked to us, that is, we paid only for two levels, and not for the whole number, it turns out that customers are being cheated here.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved my stay here. I was made to feel like part of the family for sure. The location is very close to the airport and supermarket. No bunk beds in the female forbidden which is a bonus. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday and so is the kitchen which is also well equipped. Would stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very familiar and close to the airport and town. The hostal owners are great and lovely people!

Pros: Everything about Hare Uta was amazing. The room, the staff, the hotel grounds, the view, the food (breakfast & dinner). It was the perfect place to disconnect from everything and relax. It just doesn't get better than this. Sublime
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of the staff, especially reception Loved the chickens running free
Cons: Extremely slow service at bar and restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From airport pick up to drop off ( complementary), All the reception, restaurant/ bar staff were so gentle, kind and extremely helpful. The hotel is 30 mins walk or 3000-5000 peso taxi (€4/€6). Beautiful location, large rooms, large beds. Very spaceous and comfortable. Delightful lounging pool ( no lane swimming here).
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is fantastic!!
Cons: The staff at the reception in specific Mrs Consuelo, she was unprofessional and every afternoon she wasn’t at front desk so no one to ask information or have a chance to call a taxi... after waiting 40 minutes she comes up but it was so late.... but the location and the breakfast it was amazing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great small hotel convenient to the airport and only a short distance from town. We booked several tours that picked us up and dropped us off right at the front door. Rooms were clean and bright. The hotel consists of several small buildings each containing a few rooms. Our room was connected to a large common area (shared with three other rooms), which provided extra space for lounging and socializing. The restaurant was great with friendly and accommodating staff and good food. The tropical grounds were spacious with pool and spa. All the buildings and amenities were interconnected by wooden walkways. A unique and delightful experience!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful accommodation! This is a unique, beautiful hotel. Perfect place to stay on Rapa Nui. Staff is exceptional - always willing to help with anything we needed, (restaurant reservations, calling a taxi, etc.). Loved the roosters/chickens on premises - really added to the natural ambience. Restaurant was also great - delicious food and good service. Would love to return here for another visit and give it highest recommendation for those traveling to the island.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The setting was very much in keeping with the island
Cons: We would have preferred not to have shared the area outside our room when we wanted to sit outside
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It feels authentic and have a lot of local character while still feeling high end. The rooms is a good size, clear, well designed and comfortable. The grounds are pretty and the pool (though cold) is in a nice setting.
Cons: I didn’t realize that the bedrooms share a common space with other rooms. So it sort of felt like having a bedroom in a small house that I’m sharing with others. I didn’t love that aspect of it, but it didn’t bother me either.

Cons: All perfect for us.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable rooms and exceptionally property! Everything well thought out and practical for travellers. Each room had Mosquito net windows, mosquito repellent, clothes dryer, outdoor chairs, hooks and storage and Personal food storage as well as dedicated shelf in communal fridge. Big green field in front of the rooms with frangipani trees and chickens. An an outdoor movie screen! Ample parking for rented jimny!
Cons: Could have done with a bedside light.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Pepe is super friendly and gives useful tips on Easter Island. He can also help book tour on discounted prices.
Cons: Cockroaches are a problem in Easter Island. The owner and his helpers tried their best to keep the site clean but there are still cockroaches.
7.1 Good
Pros: It had a lot of open space and places to hang out. The kitchen is also organized in a way that everyone has their own space for their things. More hostels should have that. Also every room has their own drying rack. Got lots of information on tours and got good deals as well.
Cons: No microwave, toaster, or fans. Maybe they have an electricity issue. No screens on the windows either. So if you want to cool down your room, it’s leaving your window open without screens. WiFi is so slow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is just lovely, very clean and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The host Pepe is very friendly and helpful and the two house cats are so beautiful
Cons: We loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming hosts. Small, but clean and adequate room. Spotless bathrooms. Spacious garden area. Watermelon in the afternoons.
Cons: Worst WiFi ever. But apparently it is like this everywhere on the island.

Cons: Todo bien!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Adorable two bedroom cabin with living room, wrap-around patio, full kitchen, and washing machine. Spotless and new- extremely comfortable. Lovely, quiet location about 15 min walk south of town. Perfect for families. Christophe is very kind and helpful, and his restaurant recommendations are spot on.
Cons: Like most establishments on the island, payment is in cash only- so it's best to come prepared. Banks are only open for a few hours in the mornings and not all cards are accepted at the ATMs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful property, excellent facilities. Our bungalow was in fabulous grounds away from the noise & business of Hanga Roa town. Good walking from the door. Fabulous local fish restaurant 15 min walk from Cabanos Christophe. Owner very helpful offering lifts, advice, guide books & any possible information you could want 100% brilliant
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice cabañas, never found a place this clean. Thereby, Christophe is a great host, showed us the village and gave some very good recommendations. Also possible to rent a car. If we’re ever lucky enough to go back to Easter Island, we will definitely book here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Have traveled all over the world, and stayed at some amazingly well appointed properties. NONE have come close to the hospitality and forethought and attention to details experienced here. I can not overstate how lucky we were to stay with Christophe and his family.
Cons: If there was a downside, it is only that the walk into town is a bit far. There are cars to rent right here and actually cheaper than in town. Zero to complain about!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: gorgeous setting
Cons: Location is both wonderful and a bit remote from town. If no car, get ready to walk 1.5 miles each way. Doable during day. Avoid after sunset. Taxis hard to find and rely on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cabin was spacious, comfortable & well equipped. Christophe was really great & attentive. He did airport transfers & hired us a jeep at a reasonable price which made everything so easy.
Cons: Lack of bin liners & tea towels
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, parking, owner- very nice
Cons: Breakfast needs to improve- variety’s!! yogurt, maybe scrambled eggs, juice varieties Not the same thing every day, Bathroom smell- could be improved Screens on windows to keep mosquitoes out
Altiplanico Rapa Nui - Hanga Roa - Building
10
7.7 Good (131 reviews)
5.4 Okay
Pros: The hotel is clean and has a very local feel. The staff are nice.
Cons: The hotel is generally understaffed, and very few of the staff speak English, so it’s very difficult to communicate. For example, the breakfast is very limited and there only seems to be one person who prepares the food AND serves. There’s generally no one around to set up the tables to eat. The rooms are very basic (but relatively clean). As it’s on Easter Island I didn’t have high expectations, however I don’t understand how this hotel is a 4-star.
7.1 Good
Pros: The cabanas were great
Cons: Uncomfortable bed
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and out of the way of hanga roa. 5 mins away in car. The place itself is really nice but has lots more potential. Service was really slow. Bar and restaurant area almost completely abandoned and never ready or set up for service. Chairs abandoned everywhere and tables just not cleaned away nor drinks glasses. But the hotel has a nice feel, staff just need to be more aware and up there game. Restaurant prices were very steep. WiFi not available in rooms which can be easily fixed. Breakfast was great. Rooms really nice. Reception staff very welcoming and lovely. No water or mini bar or fridge in room which is not good. Little things that can be easily fixed which could make the hotel outstanding. But unsure if staff care??
Cons: No water in room. Bad WiFi and general service was very slow even when quiet.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was received with a delicious pinapple juice and the repectionist was very nice. Every room is in a sort of bungalow, very personal and private.
Cons: Even though the island is small, the hotel is a bit far away from the town and you will need a car to get around. If you are alergic like me, you might want to bathe yourself in mosquito repellent and make sure to keep windows and doors closed before going to bed, the area has way too many bugs and mosquitoes.
6.3 Good
Pros: Quiet location worked for us.
Cons: Property is rather run down and in need of redecoration and upgrade
6.3 Good
Cons: Old and not been maintained well
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the villa itself, they gave me the sea view villa. the food is excellent, service is good
Cons: cockroaches outside the restaurant path should give hotel guest the flower laces when check in
5.6 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was very good. We hired a car at the hotel which was very handy.
Cons: Airport transport should be included, all hostels and small guest houses were picking up their guests but Altiplanico didn't. The taxi from and to the airport costs about US 8 (don´t forget this a US 300 per night.) There should have had a bottle of water in the room and a minibar. The bed was pretty uncomfortable since it was two queen beds attached to "make" a king one which kept on splitting apart. Forming a gap in the middle. .
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is nice, even if far from town The units/bungalows are quite independent
Cons: Needs a bit of maintenance and some touch to improve room aspect No heating

Pros: Excellent staff with great advices, very good location, transportation between the hotel and the airport.
Cons: None.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A great place to stay on the island. Yvonne went out of her way to accomodate me, from an airport pick-up/drop-off to getting me settled in my room and providing all kinds of useful information to get the max. out of my stay. The rooms are all located around a quiet central courtyard, though the hotel is in the middel of mainstreet. At night, I didn't hear anything of the lively entertainment in the neighborhood. The rooms are SO nice : big, spotlessly clean and tatefully decorated in blue-grey and white - I even had a fridge. The breakfast that was included in the price was good (in the adjacent café). Yvonne, muchas gracias para su hospitalidad !
Cons: Really nothing at all !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners provided exceptional service. They picked us up at the airport and welcomed us with flowers, and took us back to the airport for our return flight. When we had a small medical problem, they drove us to a pharmacy. They provided advice about what were the important sights to see and what restaurants would serve a very special meal. An air conditioner was available for those who wished to have one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner gave us a very informative introduction about Easter Island, what need to be observed and where to go for sightseeing, etc. They are very friendly.

Pros: Spacious and attractive location
Cons: Long way from the centre though we managed to hitch lifts easily. The owner Mrs Jerome was quite rude unnecessarily to guests and the hotel didn’t have a welcoming feel a lot of the time. Jerome himself was nice.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Ocean (cliffs) & a cave with some unimpressive paintings are just a short walk away & face west - good place to watch sunset. Room has small refrigerator, hot pot, microwave, 2 cups/glasses/sets silverware but nothing else (coffee, tea, sugar, dish soap, etc.). A/C worked well & very needed. Large Room size. They did offer some room cleaning & fresh towels daily.
Cons: When I booked, requested airport pickup/bike rental-told no problem-sent reminder email for pickup within 48 hrs as requested. When we arrived, no pickup, no phone answering. When got to hotel, acted like they didn’t know we were coming-no apology. Room not ready at listed check in time. Told no bikes to rent there, despite bikes sitting right there under awning- told to rent in town. Not a great location -about 20 min walk to anything in town. Room not fancy & West facing-very hot in afternoon/eve- A/C did wrk well thank goodness but balcony too hot to sit on in afternoon/eve until after sunset & any breeze blocked. There was a sewer smell coming from our sink drain - did they not put a drain trap in the line? Bathroom door would not close. Neighbor just a few feet away had dogs which barked incessantly right under our window most of evening & intermittently through night. Bkfst basic - plate left on table (no one around) with 1 slice ham/cheese, 1/2 orange, 5 sweet cherries, sm container sugary yogurt, coffee, OJ, bread for toast, runny jam, butter, corn flakes, milk. No interest in any dietary restrictions. We were never greeted. Owner came through dining rm, 6 people there, never even looked at us although said something to other 4 in rm. No explanation on not being pickup, bike rental, not answering phone, or even good morning. Why we were lied to & treated like they didn’t want us there, I have no idea. Worst customer service I’ve had at a “hotel.” Obviously, since Easter Island small, they don’t need to treat customers well to get bookings.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Stephan was friendly and gave us advice about renting a car.
Cons: Ok, but not really good. Not clean and comfortable. Located a little bit far from the city center, but close to Orongo. If you rent a car, it won’t be a problem. But by foot you need to go about 20 minutes.
5.0 Okay
Cons: poorly maintained room in need of works. Not so clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady owner hates people. Owner -great guy!!!!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nice courtyard, good location
Cons: Bedding need upgrading, bathroom shower and cubicle need maintenance, room very dusty.. no coffee provided in the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - Very kind and helpful owners (especially for French speakers), who are flexible, fun, and offer a range of services (bikes/scooters for rent, restaurant, tours, etc.) - Good and filling breakfast - Good quiet location, slightly away from town. 15 min walk or 5 min by scooter/bike - Super friendly cats and dog - Large clean rooms with terrace/balcony - Overall great value for money for the island (which is expensive)
Cons: - If you care about wifi, note it’s a bit slow. I thought it was rather fast though, when you remember you’re on a tiny rock in the middle of the Pacific ocean.
6.7 Good
Pros: Rooms are very basic.
Cons: It is too far away from Hanga Roa. The breakfast isn't very good. There is no bar or restaurant.

Cons: Breakfast needs to improve- variety’s!! yogurt, maybe scrambled eggs, juice varieties Not the same thing every day, Bathroom smell- could be improved Screens on windows to keep mosquitoes out

The island is filled with magic and the staff is outstanding! Puku Vai is a special place within a easy walk to town and other activities. You are going to LOVE this beautiful island and hotel - www.WorldClassWeddingVenues.com - Say "I Do" Worldwide!
Cons: Our team at World Class Wedding Venues - Say "I Do" Worldwide just wished we could have stayed longer. Our next visit to Puku Vai will be for three weeks. WCWV is planning our next adventure with more allowance of time - need to plan to stay for two weeks in this hotel.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
5.0 Okay
Pros: They have a very well equipped kitchen, fridge and water kettle, you can prepare your food there. Rooms and property was cleaned every day.
Cons: Location is quite far from the main street/downtown area. It's 15 min rush walking - but there are a lot of street dogs, you need to be aware. Staff doesn't speak english at all and I had a feeling they don't care so much about you if you don't speak spanish. It was written on booking that you can pay with a credit card but actually you can not because their signal is so weak that you can't connected. (it's because they are located far from the downtown)
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Recepcion is open on certain hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, basically close to everything. Big kitchen, microwave oven would be useful. I loved hens and chicks walking around the house. I liked my room, and I had the best bed. Everything was clean every day. You can also rent a bike. I recommend and I'm sorry for the situation which happened on the day of my leaving, when the flights and bookings were cancelled due to corona situation. I wish the hostel good luck and quick recovery.
Cons: Maybe it was because the staff didn't speak English very well, but I would appreciate more communication and especially information when you come to such a place like Easter Island. They spoke French so they talked only to French guests.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean and neat
Cons: Not able to use the kitchen after check out while we were waiting for or flight.
7.9 Good
Pros: Free Pick-up and drop off at the airport, little gift at the arrival and at the departure. Staff very nice and friendly. Sometime they left avocados and bananas in the kitchen for the people
Cons: It’s 15 minutes walk to the center. Cleanliness could be better, in the room and also in the shared kitchen, towel with spots and smelling bed sheets.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Simple but nice and clean hostel located in a calm area. By foot the village center can be reached within 5-10min. The staff is very helpful and a shuttle from and to the airport is included in the price. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service by the staff with airport pick-up and info about my delay too. They were very kindhearted and the accomodation is so clean you can eat of the floor. Magnificent bathroom hygiene as well. The living room allows you to chill after a day of discovery and it's spacious enough for all guests.
Cons: Niets!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming hostel, staff is very nice. Everything is clean and well maintained. It´s just a bit far from the main road, but that´s not a big inconvenience to walk a bit more. For the price, great deal in Rapa Nui!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location. Very clean Well-stocked shared kitchen, good WIFI. Free Airport pickup and drop off
Cons: The staff speak very little English. With hand gestures and some body language... you can get by
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room/studio, lovely host, clean. In walking distance of nice bars and cafes of town. Near a small supermarket and good bakery.
Cons: WiFi/internet is slow but that’s on the whole island. It is not an issue that can be solved by the accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place and kind host during the hard time with Corona virus alert.
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable room close to the main street and sea front.

Cons: The internet connexion was slow like everywhere on the island...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Brand new guesthouse, although there's little smell. Room is big and the host is nice. 10 min walking to the town center and Ahu Tahai.
Cons: WIFI and ENTEL mobile phone signal are very weak.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect base for us in Easter Island. 5 minutes from the centre of town, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Lorena was a wonderful host while Delphine was away too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful Hostal. Top quality, super clean and very nice people. Perfect place to stay, very private and close to everything.
Cons: Nothing !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host, Delphine, was so kind and helpful. When I lost my debit card in the ATM machine on the weekend when the bank was closed, she even lent me money so that I could eat and get through the weekend. This kind of caring, generous hospitality you never get at hotels anymore. Staying here is the best way to experience the magical island of Rapa Nui and feel right at home.
Cons: It is true that wifi does not work properly here, but this is true for the entire island! If you cannot bear going offline for a few days, best not to travel to Easter Island
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was nice with good tips for visiting
Cons: Wifi never worked as advertised Expensive for the value

Pros: The view is excellent. The staff very very friendly. The cleanness was okay but could strongly be improved. Wifi is very good but only right next to the front desk (office)

Pros: Great location. Got locked up from the airport with a necklace of flowers Great staff really friendly Comfy beds and nice breakfast
Cons: The room was basic but adequate Shower was a bit temperamental Would have liked a kettle/ coffee machine in the room and extra towels for the beach would have been nice
9.6 Excellent
Pros: You arrived and instantly felt relaxed, the sound of the ocean could be heard (and seen as you walked to your cabin!) and you were just minutes away from Tahai (the perfect place to watch the sunset!)The breakfast was great! Every morning it was slightly different and obviously made with love! The airport transfer service was such a great bonus and made for a stress-free arrival! Perfect location, just a short walk along the waterfront to the town centre!

Located in Hanga Roa, Hotel Manavai is within a 5-minute drive of Ahu Tahai and Ahu Kote Riku. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available on request).
5.0 Okay
Pros: location perfect
Cons: Our room was in disrepair ….. bathroom no towel racks just holes in the wall, shower handle hanging off wall, entire room needing an update, only received one hand towel but when asked were given another each time we asked. It was definitely not worth $200 per night.
6.2 Good
Pros: The location to downtown is good.
Cons: If there is someone next door, you'll think you are sharing a room. So thin walls and noisy. Rooster crowed all night, neighbor snored and was hard to rest here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extrem friendly staff. The place is quit, but in center and near ocean with Moais (400 m), Shops, restaurants and car rentals. Hotel has a lovely garden, pool and sun terrace with ocean view.
Cons: The Time was to short. Next Time we stay longer!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast included, pool on the premises. Breakfast included individually prepared omelet or scrambled egg. Beautiful grounds, with luxurious vegetation. Easy to walk to Main Street and waterfront.
Cons: Hotel needs a bit of work. Obviously being worked on. Rooms were very humid, but did have good air conditioning. Staff a little reserved. No towels provided for the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location could not have been more perfect! The garden setting was charming, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very pleasant. We looked forward each morning to sitting in the open-air breakfast area and enjoying the garden view while we ate. Because of its central location, we enjoyed walking back during the day and relaxing on our porch or in the large common room.
Cons: We had no wifi in our rooms, but the sitting area with wifi was large and accommodating. Also, all of Easter Island has slow and spotty internet, so we knew that this was not a place to spend on our computers; there was too much to do. We are not a fan of bugs, but a few ants and a huge cockroach found their way in. The rooms are not well sealed, but the openness is part of the charm and we have to take nature in a natural setting.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful gardens relaxed atmosphere and close to Main Street and sea. Brilliant restaurant. Superb breakfast
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Manavai! I'm so glad I didn't pay attention to some of the negative reviews, as we have no complaints about this property. The receptionist Lander was super friendly and very accommodating, making sure our stay was just perfect. Maururu! We loved our room, spacious, quiet and comfortable (and bug free!). The restaurant located upstairs (Mahalo) is a must! Delicious food and great service as well. It also offers great views to watch the Tapati festival parade (another must in Rapa Nui!). The breakfast was good and served in a nice area, surrounded by Moais and lush vegetation. The gardens are lovely. We didn't used the pool, but it looked inviting. Next time!
Cons: That we didn't stay longer. We planned on a 3 night stay, and it should have been 4 or 5 in order to have enough time to explore the island better. There's so much to see! We'll make sure to book a longer stay at the Manavai next time around.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are amazing! Lush with vegetation, and the breakfast area is simply charming. The breakfast is very good and our room had a cute little veranda with a hammock. The staff was extremely helpful and made us early breakfast when we had early morning diving booked. Also fantastic location.
Cons: The bed was very hard and the room a bit dated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good, near main street and coast. Breakfast simple but okay. Super beautiful garden!! Staff are nice and helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location. Close to town centre and sea. Quiet. Fabulous gardens surrounding rooms and hotel. Nice pool Brilliant restaurant with excellent tuna
