Pros. The location is amazing - a 2 minute walk to the lake and a 5 minute walk to the old town. Lots on that actual street itself. Staff were very helpful and stored luggage for me when I went on a trip, booked a taxi to the airport for me and even called my next hotel in hoi an to ask a question. Room was clean and well furnished and bed very comfortable. There is a rooftop pool but unfortunately I never got a chance to use it. Breakfast was extensive and tasty.
Cons. My room had no window. A light was fused. They came up straight away to fix but would have been nice if done already.
