Pros (+) The location is amazing - a 2 minute walk to the lake and a 5 minute walk to the old town. Lots on that actual street itself. Staff were very helpful and stored luggage for me when I went on a trip, booked a taxi to the airport for me and even called my next hotel in hoi an to ask a question.
