Great location. Good choice for breakfast. Manager Anna went out of her way to ring Vietnam Airlines to see about moving our internal flight forward. We ended up having to go down to VA office which was busy with tourists changing flights.
I stayed here on two different occasions. The first morning I arrived at around 9 am, way before check in and was still allowed to check in and shown my room. The breakfast is included and great, free juice and fruit bar (free water for your bottles too!). Bathrooms are very clean, soap/shampoo/towel included. Beds are big and curtains block out most of the light. The entire staff are all kind and courteous, willing to help out with anything you may need. I enjoyed my stay- would (and will) recommend anyone to stay here for their time in Hanoi Old Quarter. Thank you Ms. Chau!!
If you are looking for a social hostel vibe, this is not it. I wanted some r&r though so this was okay with me.
Amazing little hostel on old quarter. Staff all really friendly especially Anna who couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and very acceptable. We stayed in a twin, balcony room which was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend without a doubt
Nothing not to like.
- Very centrally located in the Old Quarter. Loads of delicious food spots right outside your door (literally right outside). - Nice big window balcony for the room facing the street. Means you can see the daily life outside and also let in plenty of fresh air. - Excellent staff team, always helpful in recommending places to visit / helping to organise transport. - I particularly enjoyed the nice touch of including rubber slippers to use in the shower! Not the typical cloth hotel slippers.
Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay here
Location/in the thick of old quarter Hanoi, clean as can be, staff helpful! Thanks Anna & staff!!
