Pros (+) The hotel was pet friendly and very clean.
Cons (-) We did have a leak in our bathroom. It was quickly resolved by the night manager and we moved to another room. It was only a minor inconvenience as we had our dog and we were moved to the second floor. Otherwise we had no problems.

Cons (-) The floors and carpet were dirty when we checked in and not vacuumed during our stay. The heat was very noisy and because of the cold weather came on frequently during the night and disturbed our sleep. Coffee only available in the lobby and no brewed decaf. Sound on TV vacillated.
Cons (-) There was a strange tapping sound coming through the wall all night. In the morning I told the staff at the front desk about it and said I couldn't get any rest. They said that there was no tapping. I had a video and audio recording of it. They basically said to get lost.

Pros (+) It was good overall , the only problem I had was that the AC went out in the morning and we couldn't get it back on , then we had to put it on cold fan and eventually it started working again, later in it happened again
