Cons (-) The hotel claimed to have no record of my booking on arrival despite having responded to an email about that booking. The hotel located a room at another hotel for me after I made it clear I wasn’t just going to go away. No other help or apology was given. It was a busy weekend and I could just as easily have been left with nowhere to stay.
Pros (+) This hotel was perfectly adequate in every way. There was nothing that jumped out and screamed excellence, nor anything severely wrong with it. A good value.
Cons (-) The door to our hotel room stuck open and was difficult to close. Also, when I called hours in advance to request an early check-in after a lengthy day of travel I was rudely rejected and when I arrived, still early, it suddenly wasn't a problem.
