Room/car park keys were temperamental, the size of the room was pathetic, additional charge for parking, the WiFi wouldn't work, bathroom was a little small, bathroom was a bit pokey, the windows aren't completely soundproof, but it wasn't too noisy apart from usual street sounds, small rooms, very dirty beneath the beds when they shifted, it was very clean and comfortable, a little dated, bathroom was tiny, none, no slipper in room for use, breakfast wasn’t great, some food was stale, bathroom was a bit pokey, the small bathroom, a bit noisy, they gave us the wrong configuration, wish we could have stayed longer, room was adequate but small, particularly the bathroom, the small bathroom, the tea and coffee offered in the room were not quite as I like, clean and comfortable, having to pay $15 per day for parking when most hotels have free parking, found the room very warm overnight, only one face washer for 2 people, no dinner plates or bowls supplied, yet there were knives, forks and dessert spoons and a microwave, room was a strange layout making it difficult to access the wardrobe, the nightstand was very small and didn’t hold much, lounge was very uncomfortable, only one chair, no desk to work at, cleaners didn’t vacuum or replace towels, tea, coffee etc., no facilities, i.e., bar or lounge, parking was an extra charge, very expensive for what we got in an “executive queen room”, shower was very small if you dropped the soap you had to get out of the shower to pick it up, surcharges, only one light in the room near the entry door, rest of the room relied on the light of lamps, shower so tiny even though we had an upgrade plus only one ply toilet paper, bins hadn’t been emptied from previous guests, shower too small
