Pros (+) Great extensive breakfast menu in on site restaurant. Room in the European style, new and modern. Great hotel, close enough to walk anywhere in CBD.
Pros (+) Central location. Staff were very helpful when approached. Room was clean and sufficient.
Cons (-) Unfriendly station cook in restaurant Freebies avg - soap didn’t lather, no conditioner, shower cap, or hand towels. Difficult to find information (eg phone nos, facilities). In-room booklet incomplete.
Pros (+) Extremely helpful staff and great value for money
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) We really enjoyed our stay: the room size was adequate; great river view; great food in the Asian style restaurant; undercover parking; and wonderful pool and gym.
Cons (-) Some teething problems given it's only a new hotel, but quite minor.
