Pros (+) Housekeeping, especially Librada, was extremely helpful. Appreciate that they provide you with an incentive to "go green." The view from the pool area is beautiful! Close to the beach with friendly shuttle drivers to take you to some limited destinations. Walking distance to some stores and restaurants. Really liked Hyde Kitchen!

Had to constantly ask and wait for the shuttle (although the staff was friendly about it) and it only goes to very limited places. Cons (-) You must valet your car (of course at an additional charge). Valet station was small. Spent in some cases upwards of 15 mins to retrieve/drop off car. This was inconvenient and inefficient. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. Highly doubt that I will stay here again. For the money, there are much better alternatives.
