Good hotel and staff nice service. Nice place, near the beach and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable. Great location for Takiab beach. Room with pool access was perfect. Able to walk to the beach in just a few mins. The room at the first floor with swimming pool is really nice. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent place to stay. Quiet in the evenings. Near beach. Really clean hotel with amazing staff. The location is perfect for the beach with some great seafood restaurants.

Furniture in room old. Did not have warm water. Thai style maintenance. No elevators, then it's not friendly for anyone which require wheelchair like the elderly. The additional bed is too soft and not worth for 800 THB. The area of shower and toilet quite mix, when you shower, your toilet could be wet. The overall room is quite dark. The room is not same as picture. Don’t expect too much about the room and view. The color of the room somehow make us dizzy. Terrible breakfast which is not a buffet so has to wait very long time. Very old and noisy A/C. Not working in one of the 2 bedrooms. Parking lots are limited. Maintenance and cleaning of the sunbeds should be improved around the pool. i don’t think the structure is not so good. Dragging and running sound from upper floor all night long. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the photos do not accurately reflect what the hotel looks like, there is no view of the golf course from the pool and the rooms were not the same. No hair conditioners provided. There was hot water shower, but it did not work. Built-in A/C is noisy and inefficient. The pool on the ground floor was under renovation, you wouldn't be informed until you have booked and paid for the room. However, you may use the 4th-floor pool but it was small and rather dirty.
