Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Arrived very late at night. The person at the desk was great. Very efficient and pleasant. The room was nice and comfortable. Location was easy to find and convenient to the highway.
Cons: The only thing that tainted the stay was the gruff attitude of the woman cleaning the breakfast area in the morning. We arrived at about 3am. We were told that breakfast was 6-10am and coffee, tea and juice were available 24/7. Came down to lobby after 10 to check-out and grab a cup of coffee to go. The woman was cleaning up the breakfast area and was totally annoyed by our presence. Everyone else and the hotel itself were great.

Pros: Clean, friendly & kosher options at breakfast!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Not much.
Cons: At check in I was informed that at about 7:00 am the next morning power & water needed to be shut off. It was shut off about 8:00 am. For the price it should have been a better maintained place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect because we were there for a surprise birthday party for my brother. His party was at a restaurant closer to Penn State and we decided to stay at a hotel further away from State College and this worked out perfectly. We arrived early, and sat in the lobby to rest because we were traveling by motorcycle and right before we decided to perhaps take a scenic ride somewhere, the registrar announced that our room was clean and ready if we wanted! That was awesome!
Cons: It was kind of inconvenient that our room was located in the very back of the hotel in section E, but, other than that, all was pretty much okay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The TV wasn't working so they move me to another room. No problem.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendliness
Cons: The bed in our room sunk way in the middle, so it was like sleeping in a hole.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: They had a planned power outage but we were not made aware by staff when booking and arriving. Powers went out in the middle of a shower and I still had soap in my hair. Also breakfast was scarce bc of the outage. Had we known we would have gone down earlier.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff amazing!
Cons: Was no housekeeping on Jan 1st, and wasn't told there wouldn't be any. Ran out of towels and toilet paper. Breakfast not worth eating.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent staffing. The front desk lady was so friendly and energetic. We like the service

Cons: Everything was good and as expected.

Pros: The location (mid-Pennsylvania), suited our travel plans - and has for the past 40 years. But MOST - the staff was helpful and honest. When I forgot an important item in the room, house staff turned it in, and management promptly shipped it to me at ho
Cons: It's under cosmetic construction in the general hallways, which is unattractive temporarily. But this will pass, and looks will be improved.

Pros: Large spacious room. 2 Bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready in the morning. Everything was excellent and would rebook there if we return to the area.

Breadsticks buffet had plenty of options. My son loved the pool. Food locations were very very close. Walking distance it is was a warmer month. We will be choosing this hotel again!
Cons: Doors slam shut loud. Some guests obviously didn’t care and kept letting it slam.
