Cons (-) The lounge:- The log fire was only lit for short periods of time? For a winter resort this was very disappointing, as the latter was the main focal point of the whole room. The lighting was far too bright at night - needs to be more relaxing - side lamps perhaps? Also charging to use the Jacuzzi / steam rooms was extremely unusual and not good value?
