Pros. The hotel has a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off from the airport which is great. It runs 24 hours a day. The AC is amazing. If works very well in each room.
Cons. First, there was no toilet paper in our room and the English of the staff is limited. Good thing we carried some with us due to lack of toilet paper in public restrooms. The room we had is street side, so it is LOUD until 2am. The floors are all tile in the hotel, which means you can hear every footstep and echo. The staff is not good at requesting people to be quiet in the halls after 10pm, but that seems standard throughout Peru.
