Cons. Hampton Inn has changed their standard mattress. They used to be firm with soft top., but that is no longer the case. I woke up with a sore back b/c the mattress is just too firm. Does not contour to your back/body.
Pros. Our stay was great! Taylor at the front desk was the shining star.
Pros. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean.
