We always enjoy the hospitality and our room with a private balcony. The pastry and coffee and juice in the morning are also a pleasant treat.
Hotel employees are very kind. The room is very confortable also (I had choosen an ocean view room) The breakfast could be better, they offer only some cakes, croisants, orange juice and coffee. During the last day of my stay I wook up 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast and there was almost nothing to eat. They should have planned better the amout of food to supply all gests.
great location, nice front desk staff never sure a parking space would be available when returned to the room
Stayed at Hofsas House before Christmas. My stay was very nice. The hotel is well located to shopping in Carmel ....very convenient for walking. The rooms are very clean, but quite dated. Also, my room was near the stair, which was noisy. Also, there was a group in the room above me that was very loud. However, what was lacking in the room was made up by the absolutely wonderful staff. After the first meeting the owner knew my name and my preferences. I was highly impressed. I suggest that they do a little refurbish and insulation in the rooms. With those changes, this would be an almost perfect place to stay.
Friendly staff. A bit run down, Bed could be better. Many stairs. Pool very run down
Great welcome, very comfy (just what we needed after a long flight).
Wonderful beds and high quality linens, cheerful staff, clean quarters, nice small touches
Proximity to attractions in the Carmel area and location in Carmel itself.
Very quaint and pretty decor... reminds me of grandmas house. Great bathroom in our room + gas fireplace. The room was clean and cozy & had a little view of the ocean. The staff are accommodating and nice, will stay here again without hesitation...
Courteous, professional staff, Kari was wonderful providing information regarding local attractions, restaurants etc. Great hotel, good prices and proximity to town. Thank you all again. Greg Holden
Getting a reasonable room for very reasonable price. Staff very nice. Enjoyed the view. It was also peacful and we felt safe. For my friend too many stairs. She needed handicap accomodations. But she loved it anyway. She liked everything actually.
Charming place with the most attentive staff I've ever encountered. Stay in Carmel often. First time at La Playa. We'll be back.
Charming historic hotel with fantastic service and location. We traveled with an infant and had a very enjoyable stay.
I loved the location. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable, what more can you want from a hotel. Everything went well so I have no complaints
The views are stunning and the property is a gem. Gorgeous location off the main road but within a super close walking distance (and if walking isn't for you, there is a shuttle provided). Clean rooms, comfortable beds, extremely wonderful staff. The extras are at every turn - free wine tasting, chocolates on the pillows, hot coco when we checked in, etc. One of the best breakfast buffets I've had. I've stayed here twice and plan on returning every time I visit Carmel.
The atmosphere was charming, and the staff was welcoming and generous! We were upgraded and treated to champagne because it was our anniversary. The views were magnificent, and everything was close by! The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were kind and attentive. I was very pleased with our experience! Thank you to the staff for making our experience an anniversary to remember!
This is a beautiful property, with very accommodating employees and easy access to the beach and downtown. We plan to return someday! Have no complaints!
It was just beautiful and romantic in every way. Staff was incredible. Nothing
Proximity to downtown restaraunt a and shopping, golf and ocean. Rooms a little small
Beautifully restored older property with incredible grounds. Great location, very close to beach, shopping and dining. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very professional and courteous staff. Free shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go. Terrific place for a romantic getaway. on-street parking only.
Hotel tried to portray a high end experience by providing milk and cookies at check in. Wine reception in the evenings. Turndown Servive at night and a decent breakfast buffet that is included. Their premier ocean view rooms looked like a holiday In or 3 star hotel at the best. Very poor design and ambiance. Bad holiday in furniture , plastic trees and plants. I expected more for $500 per night, at least rooms that looked better. Also, rooms have no balconeys and hotel does not have a jacuzzi. It is possible that the hotel is offering value for the budget traveller (hard to imagine at over $500 per night). I did notice that better hotels where 30% more expensive when I was in Carmel. I would have preferred to pay about 30% more for better accomadations.
Needed a room in Carmel. RIght on busy road. Tiny room. Crappy wifi.
Wine and cheese between 5-7 pm and homemade hot breakfast. Small room, street noise
We were a little skeptical, but were pleasantly surprised! The staff was great, the room was very nice, the fire pit was fun and the breakfast was above average. Nice extra buffet touches like quiche and croissant egg and sausage sandwiches. Yogurt was in nice glassware and fresh cut up seasonal fruit, versus just bananas and apples and oranges. Like I said, were pleasantly surprised and will be back!
We upgraded to a King suite, which was a clean room, though not particularly sizable. Staff was very nice and efficient. It was a quick walk into town, and the grounds of the hotel were lovely. There was also no refrigerator in our room, though we thought we saw one in another room. For our room being a suite and upgraded, the lack of the fridge was a little bizarre.
We were spending the week exploring Carmel and this was a very convenient and clean-looking hotel. We'd read some reviews about the missing cheese hour, etc. and scoffed at people being weird about their missing amenities; generally if a place is clean and pleasant, I don't think there is much else to comment on. But I have to say, it was a sore disappointment that we booked two King rooms for two couples (a deluxe and suite) and in the early, cold November morning, I reached for the bathrobe I'd read so much about (it was constantly in the advertising for the King suites that there are these great thick robes) and saw...there was none. In either King room. So I'm listing the amenities as OK because honestly, it was really chilly in our room and I think that when you book deluxe king suites, they should come with bathrobes if that is advertised everywhere and it's quite chilly. I got ready that morning in my husbands sweater and we left the next day.
Beautiful. Clean. Friendly staff! Will come again but ask for a room that isn't close to the road. Noise. You can't sleep with the window open due to to the cars on the road. No AC which wouldn't be a problem however noisey road had to close window.
The service from Tom was the best I've ever experienced. He was extremely polite and very friendly. The property is beautiful and very quiet. A nice Romantic setting that is a short 15 min walk to all the shops. Gardens are beautiful and the firepit was a nice bonus. Wish they had more wines in our room to choose from.
We enjoyed the recently updated rooms including the very nice bathroom with vanity and open shower. We enjoyed very tasty room service meals (dinner and breakfast). We also used the pool which was pleasantly warm. The toilet was a bit of a tight fit with walls on either side. The air conditioner was a standing machine which had an exhaust that was separated form the back and until we reattached it poured hot exhaust over the air-conditioning.
Super nice staff. The $22 resort fee includes parking and internet. A little farther from the wharf/tourists spots.
My wife and I live on east coast and celebrated our 25th anniversary in California. We stayed at a Hyatt in 3 out of the 4 cities we spent time in. We started with the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco for 4 nights which was fantastic! We then stayed here at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey which was not what we expected. We upgraded to a room facing the golf course. The view decent. The staff were very friendly. The location is good if you're a golfer. Otherwise, I would rather be closer to the beach. My primary complaint was the lack of central AC. I don't know if all rooms are setup this way but our room had a portable air conditioner. It does the job to cool the room but it is extremely loud and the compressor kicked on and off all night. If you can sleep in 72 degrees, you won't have a problem. If you are like my wife and I and like it 67-69 degrees, you may want to consider another hotel. It has a huge impact on a good night's sleep which is the main purpose for renting a hotel in the first place.
I liked the outdoor area. There is a large pool, hot tub, games, and communal fire pit that was a lot of fun. I really dislike the bed covers. You are either way too hot or freezing. What happened to old-fashioned blankets?
Checking in was not only expedient but flawless. Had no issues at all, was in my room within 10 minutes of pulling up to the front door. Room was excellent and I do suggest the pool view.
Very nice grounds. Facility and staff were very nice. Rooms look nice but not very functional. Modern hand shower makes a mess and not easy to use. Indoor free standing A.C. unit is needed but is as loud as a train. Closet door won't stay shut. Ceiling fan wobbles and makes noise. Soda machines were down. Stupid small things that could be easily fixed.
Everyone from the front desk staff, the servers and bartenders, and the housekeepers did an amazing job. I work in the service industry in a casino/resort, and yet I experienced better service and a better experience with the staff at the Hyatt than where I work. A+++. The only things I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel and its staff. It isn't located downtown, so it is a very short trek to the festivities in town. Also, it sounded like a large man was doing burpees in the room above us.
Loved that they had live music. Restaurant had good service for breakfast and dinner. Food was good as well. Did not like carpet in bedrooms. Bathrooms a bit small
Beautiful room, beautiful view and very convenient to all of down town It seems the nicer the hotel, the less accommodations. No free coffee or breakfast, business center computers needed to have browsers updated, too many kids in the spa
No AC in room.
There was very little water pressure from the shower. Also the heater thermostat did not work. We set it at 80 we were freezing and went to bed, when we woke up the heater never kicked on but the ceiling fan did? So weird
Location, comfortable bed, nice shower No AC, internet slow and frequently drops out, old TV
Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Great restaurants. We loved the nice touch of delivery to our room for the mornings coffee or tea with croissants and fresh fruit and juice. Rooms were older, not updated. However, the bedding was a pure delight.
staff was super friendly and the bed comfortable. location is close to the main street. breakfast in the room was nice (but only to the fact that there was no lounge or lobby, more pragmatic than anything else). Walls paper thin, breakfast itself was nothing really, noise in the streets, bed quite small for a queen sized, curtains didn't close entirely, bathroom super small! Way too expensive for what you get. Pool was drained and looked horrible.
The rooms were very clean and quaint. Balcony was a nice amenity. Wasn't very expensive at all and was perfect for a golf trip on a budget or just to have a centralized location to enjoy the town and beach--which was within walking distance. Room could have had a little more space in it and a refrigerator and/or fireplace (like some of the others have) would have been nice but no complaints.
Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast- said continental breakfast but it was more like a morning snack. Don't say breakfast included if it is not breakfast. Bathroom sink is just that a sink, no counter space for toiletries. Made it difficult to brush teeth, put on make-up, etc.
Location Old and musty smell
Great location and very clean. Very noisy, walls are very thin. Street noise is very loud. Did not sleep well during my stay.
Our only complaint is that the noise of the village and the parking lot found its way into our room.
Perfect location in the heart Carmel. Center of all shops and restaurants. Slight ocean view in our room and could hear the waved when it was quiet at night. Great service, free breakfast delivered to your room, tremendously clean, cozy and comfortable. The structure is outdated and the bathrooms feel very outdated, but you'll never really notice or care due to the 5 star cleanliness, service, location and value. Breakfast could be better, but right next to plenty of great places to eat that you can walk to.
Location, staff, free parking, comfortable and clean. Decor a bit dated but attractive.
Terrific location with a short walk to the stores and restaurants of Carmel, or a short drive to Pebble Beach. Private, quiet spot with clean, crisp and romantic rooms (some with fireplaces). Very friendly and helpful staff - swing by the lobby for wine and cheese in the evening. My only issue was the thin walls - we could hear the "activities" in the next room. Otherwise a great stay, comfortable, classic, and well located.
Very comfortable bedding. Slept great. Nice pool. Location, location, location was great. Able to walk where ever you wanted. Not too far from anything. Nice eateries just around the corner. Breakfast location was extremely cramped for those eating. Overly simplistic breakfast meal. Warm food should be kept warmer. No news papers for quests? Picked one up from the corner grocery store.
Our room was clean and had a nice view. There was a city water main break that cause half of the hotel to be out of water from 8am-5pm. I understand that it was not the hotel's fault but it was dealt with very poorly by the staff. There was never any notice given and after a few hours of it being off I called the front desk and all I was told was that it would be on in a few hours. At 2:30 when it still wasn't on, I called again and Bill was so very rude. No apology when I called and was he said that I could check out and find somewhere else to stay. There was no notice given, no apology, no attempt to provide water bottles and no effort to make up for the lack of water. Sush poor customer service. I would never stay here agin and would not reccomend it to anyone.
Location was great Wall allowed you to hear conversation in next room plan to park on the street
I told the hotel that it was out anniversary and they upgraded our room! Staff was very nice, from receptionists to cleaning and maintenance workers. You can't beat the location - right in front of the restaurant and very short walk from the main strip! Layout of the hotel if poet bad
Great location. We also had an ocean view from both our room and balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking. Grocery store right next door. The free full hot breakfast sucked.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was better than average. Great location to walk to Carmel stores, restaurants, beach. Very clean room. No problem parking. An excellent value. Would stay again. Wish it had a hot tub to go with the pool.
The location can't be beat - the staff impeccable. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful The rooms are small, but that is to be expeected for an older property
The hotel was beautiful and the service there was amazing. I would recommend this hotel.
the room the food the staff the service the building - it was all excellent - very upscale european with laid back california feel no
The service was outstanding. All of the staff are exceptionally well trained to be unobtrusive, polite and anticipate every need They are on par with the very best hotels worldwide (the Oriental,Bangkok , the Imperial, New Delhi and the Connaught, London) The restaurant is very creative and the food very good. We were not too fond of the color/fabric choices, not a real issue.
location, quality Room on ground floor with no view/privacy
Good service and good location - restaurant good but expensive Room was very dark and not enough lamps - it is my experience that when you book through booking.com you always get the "secondary" rooms.
Elegant and sophisticated, old world charm with a modern bathroom. Rooms are small and a bit musty.
The staff were excellent the restaurant was absolutely excellent. The room was good but a little small for the price. No nothing we disliked.
Everything is perfect! You're treated like royalty all the time...
Staff was welcoming from check in to check out.
Just stayed there this week and what a wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly and the rooms where nice a clean. We took advantage of the complimentary wine and cheese at night. Perfect location near shopping areas and near beach. Will definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff and breakfast included Parking but that's just a part of being in Carmel we had to park a couple of blocks away one night

Incredibly friendly staff welcomed me upon arrival. The snack baskets in the room, complimentary brandy (!) and adorable/delicious breakfast baskets filled with smoothies, fruit, and pastries were a great touch. The sound travels throughout the hotel pretty easily, so you'll be able to hear other guests. And this has less to do with the hotel, but Carmel as a town closes down VERY early, so make sure you arrive before 7pm to get to experience any restaurant/shops
Rooms were nicely renovated, nice details in bathrooms, pleasant balcony, convenient access to shops on both sides, great courtyard in front.
Great Inn with a nice staff and comfortable facilities. Location is great, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful as well. Don't get the breakfast buffet, the food served was the only downside of an otherwise great stay.
It is easy to find, well decorated and good value (for Carmel). Would have liked an inclusive Continental Breakfast
The room was very attractive and staff were very helpful. Good restaurant close by It was expensive and no breakfast included in our rate. It was also too far to walk to the centre of Carmel.
Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Parking difficult later in the evening.
nice , clean hotel,, no charge to park,, room was easily accessible from car,, quiet and comfortable overall not in Carmel proper, had to drive and park, too far to walk to town,
This little hotel was clean, neat, stylish, family and pet friendly. The staff was very nice and incredibly accommodating. The restaurant wasn't half bad either. Its a drive to Carmel-by-the Sea, but only steps away from the shops and restaurants that locals actually frequent. It's right off of a major road, which is convenient but not as quaint and quiet as the rest of Carmel. Still a great value!
We loved the seafood buffet Would only stay at fourth floor. families are too rowdy in pool.
close to field good locale
easy access to main roads
everything but the sleeping accomodations because of the noise Yes we were not able to sleep because of the constant noise and the vibration of some kind of equipment in the room.
Pretty room with nice balcony, free wifi, & good location. Heater was on full blast on arrival, thermostat issues, TV needed to warm up before working properly, very poor customer service, & there was suspicious "stain" on comforter. They did end up giving us a 20% discount off room rate for the thermostat inconvenience at time of checkout.
Location 1/5 of your cost goes to the hotel, other 4/5 for the view. Facility is meh.
We selected this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary--it was well worth the cost. The service is outstanding, the view really beautiful, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We were disappointed with the service at the restaurant. Made a reservation and mentioned it was to celebrate our 25th anniversary--no acknowledgement, no congratulations--we were disappointed.
The place is very good. The wifi needs more improvement.
It didn't feel like a hotel. The rooms are spread out into different buildings, felt like an apartment complex. It was busy, but since everything was spread out, it was quiet. Quite was very comfortable and clean. Ate at restaurants on site a couple of times. Good was pricey and not all that good. I suppose you pay for the view and convenience though.
Awesome view of the ocean. Love the wood burning fireplace. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very professional and attentive
View and fire place in room No
Views of the Pacific Ocean. Had to wait one hour for our room, even though we arrived at 3:30. The wait staff in the dining room was totally disjointed and seemed to lack any direction by a manager on duty.
Perched atop the Pacific Coast Highway right outside of Carmel, this place is spectacularly beautiful even when the weather is cold and rainy. In fact, it's almost better that way, because you can take advantage of the in-room wood burning fireplaces to make your stay as snuggly as can be. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway - you might not want to leave the room!

Loved it, finally a hotel up to my standards!!! It is for rich people only.
Geat ocean view , nice evening music , the staff was helpful , we love the restaurant , we love the valet parking . and the price of the room includes it The price of the ocean view rooms is very expensive , and it doesn't include the breakfast
Excellent customer service by all staff.
Location Room service
We enjoyed the spa and the attentive staff. Please write at least 15 words Valet
Very clean & well appointed. Nice live evening music. Convenient peet's coffee on premises. Nice outdoor firepit and beautiful "plaza area" / patio for all to use....very open-air views of the bay. Spa facilities did not accomodate the numbers of people using, it very well. Overall, hotel was a bit over the top for our needs, and I hate always having to figure out tips without feeling like a cheapskate, but I guess that's just part of "high livin". On the whole ,staff was extremely understanding & accommodating of a few problems that arose and were more than fair in resolving them.
I liked it's location and convience. Bed uncomfortable and gave me backache.
Very nice decor in room and everywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice view of Monterey Bay from lobby and lower level lounge. WI-FI is free and works well. Expensive! Breakfast not included, 10% extra tax, and $25 extra for 2 queen beds instead of the default 1 king size bed. Only one night table. Parking is valet only, front bumper came back with a dent. I prefer to self-park. Getting my car back took 10 to 30 minutes. Driver expects to get a tip each time. There is a spa but it is not free. Someone placed a couple of calls from our room, I had to prove they were not mine.
Beautiful hotel, great location. Comfortable beds. Rooms need maintenance. Lock didn't work and needed to be replaced. Phone wasn't working properly.
This place is amazing. Although ostensibly it doesn't look over the top, it is a quietly classy place. Our receptionist, Tiana, helped us throughout our stay and she is the sweetest and most accommodating representative (although everyone we met just went over the top, from the concierge to the bellhops to Ryan the cars concierge). The rooms are huge. They easily fit all of the stuff for our 8 month old with tons of room to spare. His packnplay was no issue at all. Everything is very clean and it was quiet and relaxing. We ordered room service , and it was pricey as expected, but the food was DELICIOUS! I doubt we would have found better food elsewhere - the crab cake Eggs Benny was delicious! We checked out and had our car brought around (valet parking is surprisingly included in the resort fee) and Ryan, our car concierge , told us if sightseeing (we were headed to the aquarium), to feel free to leave the car there, no problem, till 5. That was really nice and we did not have to worry about parking. Overall this is right on the end of cannery row and is apparently about a 10 minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf as well (we didn't have a chance to get down there). You can't beat the location, the customer service, or the amenities here. We would only stay here when coming back. Thank you!! Nothing!
Staff The price!
the bed was very comfortable charge of $25 resort fee.
View was AMAZING! Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! Bathroom was beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond! The room came with robes which is a plus, but they were very itchy so I didn't end up using it.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was okay for one night, but very outdated.
It was a fantastic location within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Room was clean, had a portable heater inside it, and bed was comfy. Parking was pretty limited. There were not enough spaces in their parking lot for each guest to park one car. There was street parking, but you had to be careful of parking times. Room was small, but perfectly suitable for a nice place to sleep.
Perfect location: next to downtown, but off the main streets enough for quiet and parking. Good value - not forced to pay extra for "frills" not really needed in Carmel.
Close access to downtown restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast. No coffee in the room. Bathroom shelf restricted ability to fully access mirror. No vanity area with electrical outside of bath for women to blow hair etc to get ready.
Hotel is very cute and has a lot of character. The gardens are beautiful and easy to walk places. We had problems with the heat. The first night it was not turning on and we were freezing. The owner fixed it but then it was over heating the following night and we had to to turn it off. They need to fix their thermostats.
Location, room size Breakfast
The location is excellent. Similar to a Motel 6 but at about four times the cost.
Just like any other hotel or inn in Carmel it was a stones throw away from the center of town. Everything is within 10 minutes walking. Complimentary wine tasting was awesome for my girlfriend and I whom celebrated out 1 year anniversary. The continental breakfast was lacking but there are many places to eat so it wasn't too much of a problem
Friendly/Helpful Staff Complimentary wine from 4-6pm Comfortable room and bed - nothing "posh" but very adequate Slatted blinds over the windows Wall-mounted thermostat to control the gas fireplace Quiet, comfortable location with great laid back "energy" Breakfast better than many; not as good as others - but very adequate, and you get REAL plates, cups, glasses, and flatware!! Linens and towels getting a bit on the thin side Really lightweight single ply toilet paper Limited parking
John at the front desk was so sweet, helpful and nice. Give him a raise. Customer service at its finest. Overall, a decide price for a room in that area of Carmel. Close to lots of great shops and restaurants and the beach. The guy at the front desk on Friday morning was much less pleasant. I had to ask for a receipt when I checked out. The pet fee ($35) is pretty high compared to other hotels nearby.
Super friendly staff, Barbara was incredible! Easy parking, great location. Walking distance to everything you want to see in downtown Carmel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and very well stocked as well. Complimentary breakfast, chimney in the room, sunny and nice decor. I would come back. Unfortunately, wifi didn't work. But they are supposed to be looking at changing providers, hopefully this won't be an issue much longer.
Right in the heart of Carmel with plenty of parking and an easy walk to the beach.
This was a last minute reservation after our initial 3-day weekend trip was canceled due to snow blizzard. this was a pleasant replacement in a tourist type locale. We'd return to the Pine Inn. Certain furnishings in the room had not been dusted in quite awhile. Metnion this to hotel staf and this was corrected. Also the bed sags in the middle.
Great location and friendly staff!! Pretty lobby Smaller bed room even though it s ocean view
We liked the proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Overall it was a very lovely and charming hotel, perfect for the area!
The location of the hotel was great and the room was clean and comfortable two flights of stairs to our room and no elevator. Breakfast could have been more varied
While not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, the slanted doorways and crooked walls gave it a quaint feel. The extras were great...loved the weather report provided the night before, the mint krispies left during the turndown service, the newspaper provided in the morning, and the bottle opener fastened to the bathroom door. The staff was very friendly and helpful, helping us with our luggage and the transport and storage of our bicycles. We were able to leave our bikes in the manager's office, rather than chained to some unsecure bike rack outside or in our own room, which made us feel safer about leaving them and we really appreciated. Showers are awful! Hardly any water pressure so I had a hard time rinsing out my long hair.
The staff was very friendly and helpful to every need. The restaurant was excellent. Although old, the hotel is in excellent condition and well maintained. Not a big deal, but it was a little warm and the hotel has no air conditioning. Of course in this area, many do no not have AC.
Location, Oceans Ave. The lobby was beautifully done. There is also the excellent Il Fornaio restaurant in the premises. The room was really small, the bathroom claustrophobic. We had 3 large suitcases but barely had room for 2. There was no fridge or safe in the room.
Friendly staff, best location in downtown Carmel, comfortable beds. Tiny rooms, extremely out dated bathrooms, difficult to get a parking spot in the Pine Inn parking lot, faded red carpeting on stairs upon entry.
The entire staff was gracious and helpful during our stay. The room was beautiful and attention was paid to every detail.
Beautiful grounds and a truly relaxing atmosphere. A romantic getaway spot Service at breakfast was excruciatingly slow. We had to ask for the check 3 times before receiving it.
The accommodations and location are stunning. The hotel is not yet ready for their reopening so they have not fully staffed as of yet. I look forward to CVR being back in top form.
There are so many wonderful activities, everyone was beyond friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Plus you can't beat the gorgeous scenery! Nothing!
Everybody was so nice We like everything !!!!
