The staff was great and helpful. The location is perfect. It's close to the river walk. It's older than most and needs some repairs but overall a good location and less expensive than other hotels near it. The best thing about the hotel was the young lady that works the day shift at the front. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and is their biggest asset.

The place was old, musty, and dirty. There was a leak under the bathroom sink. The property wasn’t kept up. The smell and the employees. They were not nice when we asked for towels. Having to pay extra for parking in the hotel parking lot. It smelled of cigarettes everywhere. The room was muggy and dirty. The sink was broken and dripped all night, the water was barely warm in the shower, the bed was lumpy and hard.
