Pros: This was our third stay at the Dorfstadl Apartments. Always a wonderful experience. Beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and evening meal options and close to the slopes and local amenities. Transport to and from Ishgl is very easy too. The whole family love it here.
Cons: Private transfer to and from the airport at Innsbruck is fast and efficient, but rather expensive at €160 each way.

Pros: The pictures are nice, but the appartements are actually even better in real life. This is a place where you could live ... high quality materials, wood, indirect light, designer furniture, nice beeds etc. all makes it very cosy and comfortable. The best holiday appartement we have ever lived in.
Cons: Not exactly ski-in ski-out. Doable, but a bit work to get to and from the piste in Kappl ... and if you are good skiers you'll want to get to Ischgl after 1 day in Kappl. An easy walk to the ski-bus so no serious problem ... but again, not ski-in ski-out.

Cons: Hotel itself was great. I regret that we didn’t pay much attention to the review, which said that guest belongings were lost from the hotel. In our case, we moved from two smaller, to one big room. as it was made in a hurry, we forgot some clothing on the last shelf of the wardrobe and when we asked two hours later, staff said they didn't find anything, even though we were sure we left it there. at the same day, we left not expensive, but very important bracelet in the other room, which was also lost. We have doubts that this bracelet, as the clothes could have been stolen.

Pros: Arriving early in the morning half a day before our check in time, we were warmly greeted and enjoyed a very good breakfast. After skiing the day in Ischgl we were shown to our comfortable room and enjoyed the Sauna. The room was somewhat dated, but the beds were extremely good. Location is close to the ski bus and very good local restaurant Hotel Post is just around the corner.

Pros: The landlords are great people , helpful and very kind. We had a delicious breakfast with fresh products, varied and vegetarian friendly. The room and entire hotel was very clean, daily they cleaned our room and change the towels. Furthermore we benefited by a sauna and we bought the sky pass from the hotel reception. A great and cozy accommodation.

Pros: We stayed in this awesome property for 6 nights with my three boys and husband. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful view of the alps, easy access to area attractions and they have us an all inclusive card to all the cable cars and transportation and even the high alpine road. They were super friendly, fast to respond and very accommodating. We definitely will be back i the winter during hiking season and will surely re-book here. My son has allergies to most things and he found a cereal he could have and the owner just game him the whole box all to himself. I recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Austria’s alps!

Pros: The breakfast was fresh, delicious and diverse. The staff was super friendly and always welcome to help. I left my sky gloves in the Skiroom and they sent it to me free of charge via Austrian post. The room was spacious and with a nice view over the village and the mountains. Location is excellent - 5 minutes walk to the Skibus stop with direction to Kappl, Ichgl and See Bergbahn.

Pros: The breakfast was decent, good crusty bread and a decent variety of food. The Sauna area was clean and well maintained.
Cons: The bed sheets and pillow had stains and I had to request them to be changed. The response that they are clean was the first response had, expected, not sorry for stained sheet covers. The fact that stain sheets are acceptable is worrying. This is not what I expect from any hotel. Stained bed clothes should be thrown away.

Pros: I stayed for 4 nights and used the hotel as a base for skiing in the area. From the moment I walked in nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff they helped with questions about the ski resorts, the ski bus and passes all were sorted out with no problem. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the spa was wonderful. Their website said that the bathroom was shared, but it wasn't the room I had was en-suite and I suspect they all are, but best to check.
Cons: The only thing I missed was the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room, but I suspect if I had asked a kettle would probably appeared in the room.

Pros: The design of the hotel is amazing, love the darker atmosphere! The spa is excellent, the beds are super comfy and the shuttle service works impeccable.
Cons: The hotel is not ageing very well. Scratch marks on the walls, mainly due to the sensitive dark matte colors where you can see every stain. The reading light next to the bed had a broken glass cover which looked quite sharp, hanging beside my head. The restaurant staff was pretty inexperienced or at least gave that impression and we had to wait for an hour and a half for our room service.

Cons: I am a huge fan of Ischgl but this hotel made me to think about staying in Zhero Kappl rather than Ischgl for my future regular yearly visits to this ski area. I didn't like this idea that Zhero made me as I feel I was betraying Ischgl friends.

Pros: Really nice hotel with a good restaurant, excellent breakfast, nice bar, great service/staff, good spa, clean rooms... Really good experience. The shuttle to and from Ischgl was great. Very little waiting, no queues for that. We were able to move quickly to ski, enjoy from apres ski, return to the hotel, and then back to Ischgle for dinner each night. Being in Kappl wasn't a downer at all thanks for the good shuttle service. Was great to be able to get ski passes on site and even rentals if we wanted (we rented in Ischgl so we didn't have to schlep skis back and forth). The spa, pool, steam room, relaxation area, fitness center, etc. were great.
Cons: The hotel was quite dark but that's the theme I think. I wish they has a hot tub.

Cobwebs everywhere and room wasn’t clean even though it took them 3 hours apparently. Would not recommend
