Pros:Location is good close to many attractions
Cons:From the beginning of my arrival to the hotel and my worst experience started which made my vacation is really bad. The check in experience was bad where the staff were not welcoming and not friendly at all. The room condition is not up to the mark where the bath tub water was yellowish and rusty, AC was not cold enough and when flushing the toilet you would smell the whole city sewage in the bathroom. On top of that there was not variety of the free breakfast and not good quality of food. After the first night I had to move to another hotel and kept my booking till the check out date since I have already lost my money by paying up front and the hassle to get refund. Came on the night of 12th of April to collect the remaining of my stuff which were personal items in the bathroom and when I went to get into the room, the key didn’t work so I went to the front desk to solve the key issue and found out that they checked in other people in my room based on their assumptions that I removed my stuff which means to them that I left where I didn’t checked out. That wasn’t professional at all. I don’t know how to explain the situation but that was the worst part of my vacation and had already ruined my short break in Thailand. They don’t deserve any single star rating. Two huge thumbs down. Not recommend at all.
