The staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any request. The staff at reception Kell, Leo, and Nini were exceptional! All were very friendly and competent at their jobs. They always went out of their way to help and assist everyone's needs. The rest of the staff, as I observed, operated in a similar fashion.

The bungalow rooms are outdated and everything in them is in a very bad condition. After 2 nights we changed accommodation to a pool room and that room was much better for a small extra charge. The cleaning could improve. The bathroom floor was not very clean. I think the rooms can definitely use some maintenance and upgrades.

The location on the beach was stunning, perfect for a sunset. The resort is in an incredible location. The front beach is the best place to stay and have a great time in Koh Phangan. The water is so calm, and the beach is empty, with only guests from the resort. Location on the beach is perfect for serenity and privacy but you are also only a short walk from the busy area and Haad Rin beach where the noise is, so you can enjoy the party and have quiet evenings.

The breakfast was amazing. The food, both at breakfast and in general, was excellent and always plentiful. The omelette for breakfast was good. The restaurant for 75% of our meals on the island as the food was incredible. Pang, her brother and all the staff were so welcoming and went the extra mile with everything. The resort is surrounded by a number of trees in a natural climate. It is just on the side of Lila beach and 2-3 mint walking distance from Had Rin beach where full moon party takes place in every month. The breakfast can be selected from the menu after coming to the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner can be done in front of the sea beach. Two swimming pool are there in the resort area. Fitness centre also great and there are two A/C in the fitness centre which make the room comfortable.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the beach comes highly recommended.

May is considered the low season, which could offer a quieter and more relaxed experience, although it's important to be aware of potential downsides such as maintenance and fewer services.

The hotel is conveniently located near various beaches, including Haad Leela Beach, Haad Rin Beach, and Full Moon Beach, providing guests with a range of options for beach activities and exploration.

Some guests noted the presence of mosquitoes, especially during May. It's advisable to bring along mosquito repellent or check if the hotel provides it in the rooms.

If available, consider upgrading to a pool room as some guests found these rooms to be in better condition and more comfortable than the bungalow rooms.

The hotel's restaurant received positive feedback for its delicious meals and stunning beachfront location, making it a convenient and enjoyable dining option during your stay.

Guests appreciated the spa and wellness facilities, including massages and sauna, for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service, which could be convenient for guests arriving by air. Additionally, the free parking and car rental services provide flexibility for exploring the surrounding areas.

If visiting during the high season in January, guests can take advantage of the hotel's proximity to the Full Moon Party area, providing an opportunity to experience this renowned event.
