Bugs everywhere. Small room Bed extremely hard. Horrible bathroom Nothing like the pics Tiny pool For the price you can stay at many more much better hotels in the area. We booked it for two nights, we left as early in the am as possible after the first night. They didn’t refund me but I rather loose the money than stay there another night.

Nothing obvious but the location itself is sheltered from the monsoon season flooding.

Location. Since its my maiden trip to Koh Samui, I didn't realized that the location of the Villa is quite far from the nearest point of interest. Therefore, most of the expenses that I saved from staying here is translated into higher transportation fee.

De location was pretty good and the hotel not that bad but nothing special.

De outside bathroom, the impression that everything was left with no taking care ... De expensive price compared to others hotels in Thailand. It was quite ok but for this budget you can get better.

It is in a very calm and quiet place, almost nothing will disturb you there. The beachfront bungalows are almost on the beach and you can see the sea from the window or the small terrace.

From home it seems like cheap, but trust me you can find much cheaper upon arrival, so think twice.

the hotel staff where very rude and did not have the time of day vto help. we were booked into the wrong room and the staff where not willing to change it untill the last night of our stay even though they promised a change the second night. the toilet flooded and they did not fix it immediatly.

Very quiet area, friendly staff, the room was really close to the beach and clean, the hotel is located in a not so touristy area

You will need to rent a car or a motorbike because the hotel is in a quiet area, bophut is about 3 kilometers far
