10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had two couples, two rooms, for a weekend casino trip. This was SO much more interesting and less expensive than staying down the street on-site. Each room had a comfortable 4-post bed, clean bathroom, TV and automatic temperature controlled fireplace. Being a 260+ year-old home, it's rustic open beams and wood floors gave a "step back in time" feel. Hosts Ted and Carol made us feel right at home, and breakfast of baked apple, pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee/juice was delightful. They also have refreshments available 24/7. This was our first trip, but the four of us already decided we'll definitely become regulars.
Cons: No complaints. My only regret is that we didn't notice the diary in every room where the past visitors recorded their paranormal experience. We heard stories at breakfast, where another couple filled us in and showed pictures they'd taken that captured floating orbs. Not that it made any difference to our wonderful time, but evidently the Inn is haunted, so keep that in mind if that sort of thing bothers you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ted & Caroll were just delighful. Would go back again. Evergthing was just perfect.
Cons: nothing to dislike

Pros: A mile from Foxwoods! Breakfast served until 11:40. Bar in hotel. Very large room and bathroom. Toiletries like makeup remover wipes in the bathroom ! Dunkin donuts across the street.
Cons: Small TV. We may have gotten a handicap room but we enjoyed the space.

7.7 Good
Cons: I thought the room looked clean but me and my husband both had bug bites on us as soon as we woke up
6.0 Good
Pros: The employees were all friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and Norwich spa is fabulous
Cons: The shuttle service was slow and unreliable, customers were rude, didn't,t follow rules, yelled and screamed at customers and employees and nothing was done about it. The adult swim hours were 6-9 and we waited all day to use pool when children were gone. Children stayed in the pool area, despite numerous complaints by many adults using pool. In an attempt to keep one customer happy with her three children, they alienated the 20 adults who paid and waited to use the pool. It was disgraceful on the customer and employees parts

6.0 Good
Pros: The spa is amazing
Cons: The restaurant selections were same. Not really healthy options The wait for housekeeping and them not showing up was unacceptable at 500.00 a night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel package we used for the weekend there was well worth it. Even though our time was spent roaming around and exploring as many places as possible it was nice to return back to the Fox Tower. We also met a guy by the name of Michael H. Gaudreau and he is the Concierge Representative. Very awesome guy! He helped us out with our bus information and was very welcoming and calm during a stressful situation.
Cons: Time flies when you're having fun. :(
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Beds unfortumble room noisy
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: The staff and the casino
Cons: So noisy i could hear the club from my room on the 14th floor. And price was not worth it 681 for 2 nights now good
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great time!!!
Cons: I wanted to win more money lol....
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We loved the view from our room on the 30th floor (top floor). If I were to do it again though I would reccomend future guests to ask for a "woods view". The bed was extremely comfortable & the bathroom was spacious complete with a glass enclosed shower and separate toilet area. Unless you were to use your Foxwoods points Kayak was a much better deal. It was better than the quoted nightly rate (w/ AAA discount applied) that I received from the hotel itself. Also the newest addition to the casino, Tanger Outlets, has an entrance very close by. It's to the right of the small food court & you can't miss the Broadway inspired marquee sign. If you or whoever you're traveling with are shoppers then this is definitely the place to visit. Stop by the Information counter first to inquire about their coupon books for additional $ savings if that interests you.
Cons: I didn't like the additional up charges from the property $19.49 per night extra & $100 (refundable) security deposit. It felt like I was getting nickel & dimed before I even got to my room. Then come to find out the pool on property is seasonal & the only other one on property is inside the GSpa located on a lower level. So I go there with my girlfriend & there's another charge; $15 a piece for day passes to access the spa ($25 for non hotel guests). I mean what the hell DOES the resort fee cover then? The only other point (for which I removed one star) is location. Fox Tower (formerly MGM Grand) is a hike from the main gambling options & action @ Foxwoods. Although there are slots, table games, multiple dining options & a nightclub right downstairs the real heart of the casino (in my opinion) is on the other side. It's a lengthy walk or grab the free shuttle that transports guests all over the property (every 10-15 minutes from hotel lobby). Overall though, we had a great stay at the property & the likes definitely outweigh the dislikes. Just good to know all the fine print & details before you get there so I figured I'd share.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The lack of cleanliness on the beds ans furniture. Nobody wants to lay there head on other people's hair. I was moved and the next room had stains on the couch and a bit less hair on the bed than the one before. My family member had the same issue in the other room we rented.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I always stay at the Fox Tower when visiting Foxwoods. I find there to be less children and family running around because it is not directly near the outlets . Love playing the slots here and black jack tables are not always super crowded . Great spare of the moment trip on a Thursday because hotel prices are not to bad .
Cons: Hotel check in is always so slow Everytime I go besides that Fox Tower is my favorite.
6.0 Good
Pros: Views, comfort and amenities
Cons: I asked for a non smoking room because I have a respiratory issue. Even though the room had no ashtrays and the sign in the hall said no smoking it was obviously a smoking room recently. There were no other rooms available. At checkout I complained and they acknowledged that the floor had recently been changed to non smoking. Unfortunately, I was sick for 3 days after checking out... If it wasn't for that, our stay was wonderful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice large shower. View was nice. Ability to smoke freely almost is great.
Cons: Coffee in room terrible. All gambling machines same. No real coin slots sucks. Computer games no fun. Big mistake to not have real slots.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful clean room. Amenities were great. Table games affordable.
Cons: Waited in line at least 45 minutes to check in - unacceptable.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice, valet is very convenient.
Cons: Pillows were flat and not comfortable at all. Very expensive and looks nice when you walk in, but then they cheap out on the bedding and shower didn't work well. The tv was placed awkwardly at the foot of our bed. Foxwoods is HUGE... I think we walked 2 miles to get to a restaurant for dinner. Intense workout.

7.7 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, jacuzzi in room, seemed over all clean.
Cons: Stand up shower is tiny and outdated. Cheap and skimpy on toiletries. Did not have extras like razors or tooth paste. (not even for sale) Also only provided 2 in 1 shampoo / conditioner. Wish the shuttle ran later. Staff was borderline ruse, but kept enough to make a huge issue.
6.0 Good
Pros: Close to Foxwoods
Cons: Worn down room. Expensive.
6.2 Good
Pros: Was close to the casino
Cons: Bed was real hard and showers was small
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room and arrive was great I'd def book there again
Cons: Noisy neighbors
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: Little to no water pressure (they provided a written explanation as to why this was at check in, but it would have been nice to have this information up front when booking the hotel room). Rooms weren't very clean, the bathrooms didn't even have a counter or anywhere to put your toiletries, and the shower had no barrier to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. The TV remote didn't work either.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: We got to check in at 11 am. Close to foxwoods, free shuttle
Cons: Website said free continental breakfast but it was not true.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Jacuzzi tub was definitely worth the money. It looked like Caesar's in Atlantic City, except much more personable.
Cons: Had a leak right outside our room, but we're glad it was outside and not inside the room. Breakfast was not included.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Clean quiet and close proximity to Foxwoods
Cons: First receptionist was rude and short 2nd receptionist was really polite
7.1 Good
Pros: Liked free bottled water and coffee daily. And mints left daily. Cleanliness. Quietness. Lounge area was nice.
Cons: Shower was too small/cramped. Switch for fan for bathroom was outside of bathroom in entryway. Fan was vibrating noisely. Asked for adjoining accommodations so didn't get the Sicilian room as reserved so ROOMS WEREN'T AS NICE AS ONLINE. Breakfast wasn't available on 7/5 as "kitchen was closed". Didn't eat there at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice the hotel is in a very good location we took a uber to the casino was only 5 bucks cery close to foxwoods the do offer a shuttle at certain times
Cons: We were woken up at 3am because the walls are thin and the neighbors thought it was a great time for some wild sex!!! And the breakfast omg worst food ive ever eaten in my entire life they use a microwave for the sausage and the hashbrowns and a little counter too bur er for the eggs it was absolutely nasty the toast was the best part id stay away from the food
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I spent a little extra on this hotel because it got good reviews and I will pay a little more for quality. I was grossly disappointed with this hotel. We pulled in, and were literally the only car in the hotel parking lot - and it was midnight. There was no hot water for a shower in the room so we suffered through freezing cold showers. When we checked out, we told them about the cold water and they just made a bunch of excuses as to why the water was cold without any apologies or reimbursement. A truly poorly managed hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and informative staff.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location and views
Cons: Slow room service
8.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked to be in the middle of everything. I like that there was room service! They also give you free bottled water during your stay in your room. All the staff that I encountered were fabulous and I liked the free valet parking.
Cons: The enormous amount of walking. Even though you're in the middle of just about everything it's a lot of walking. I was at the end room and it literally was a quarter mile walk just to get to the elevator. Then once you're out of the elevator it's another quarter mile to a half mile walk to the restaurants near the casinos. I also did not like that there are no microwaves in the rooms. It was explained to me that they created "problems".

6.0 Good
Pros: Room was better than expected for money we paid. Room was very clean and queen beds were comfortable.
Cons: The staff/service is terrible. We booked the shuttle to a casino for 930pm but when we arrived 5 minutes early they left us while claiming the people from our room had already boarded the shuttle. They had no way of verifying and making sure the right people boarded. My girlfriend had to wait in -2 degree weather for th next shuttle. Also there's breakfast until 11am amd we arrived at 1055 to get something quick to eat for the ride back and they said it had already closed. Why say it's opened until 11am but close earlier than the advertised time. Entire staff and manager seemed unorganized and unprofessional.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The casino shuttle and waffle maker in the morning make this place! Less then half what you pay to stay at foxwoods. I'd definitely go back.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Mattress did not fit the bed frame, and they used queen sheets which did not fit the king mattress.
