Good size of apartments. Nice view from the room of the sea. The doors to the apartments are old, and let all the noize from the hotel lobby and doorways inn. And there are some noize from the local dogs (barking)and restaurants(music) on the nearby beach.
we were six all friends stayed for three days at Tuntas, found it good 5 mins walk from ladies beach kusadasi. Staff was gud. we didnt like the aparts on ground floor and 1st and 2nd flr. There are no fans and only one aircondition in the apart. most importantly they charge additional money for a/c remote and for safe box also and this is bad
staff very helpful and friendly
The location is great, and the view from the room is lovely. I love the private beach, where is wonderful for swimming in the Aegean Sea. The facilities in the room is too simple - almost nothing! We did not have Shampoo in the room from the begining to the end although asked many times, then finally, we gave up!
the facilities and location. They have a private beach and was an all inclusive hotel the facility is terraced.
Very helpful staff; extensive buffet.
Great Hotel, new managment, lovely views
Nice design though no lift. Watching the daily cruise ships go past early morning and late evening was interesting. This is not a 4-star hotel - at best 2 star. Room lighting is poor, there are no towel rails and bathroom products are minimal and not replaced. They say they have facilities/services, but they are with a fee, often quite high - they even charge 2Euro/day to give you a key to the safe deposit box! The airport shiuttle does not exist - they will book a private car for you at 50 Euros! The free wifi in public areas in usually only possible near the reception desk. The hotel was only available on a half-board basis, but the food was the worst I ever had in Turkey.
Comfortable, clean, beautiful hotel, with an interesting design. Friendly and helpful staff. Quality and tasty foods. Nice view from the terrace restaurant. Large pool. Hotel for a relaxing holiday No glasses of water in the room
I didn't like anything. I'was very dissapointed about the hotel and staff. Terrible hotel! The hotel is old and shabby. Rooms are dirty. All the windows in the hotel are dirty. The hotel should be renovated as soon as possible. Bathroom was horrible. This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is inpolite and they don't care about anything. Especially recepcionsts. The towels were old. It is incredible that you can not turn on air conditioning during the day. It is the hotel's policy that you can use ac only during specific time. I would never go back to this hotel.
many facilities too busy, it was like being on a cruise;; too far from city;;and the air conditioner was only on part of each day? We did get a room transfer finally and the air was available at all times?
sorry but I cant say anything good about this hotel. The advantages of hotal is to be near the beach.ledies beach. First of all hotel uses old photos in bookin.com we were completelly disappoitment. Hotel was awful. The staff was rude and not helpful. and most important this is room was not so clean and the bathroom was terrible when you ''try to'' take dush everywhere getting wet. and the breakfast was so poor just jam olives cheese and tea and bread. the dinner was so simmple and just one choice... never ever I recomend this hotel to nobody...
I had a suite, with a french bed, kitchenette (single electric burner, dishes, refridgerator, silverware, sink and hot water kettle. worked The air conditioner worked perfect and I had a balcony with a table and two chairs, the free WiFi worked on my balcony. The hotel receptionist charged my credit card for the room without verifying that was the method of payment I chose. Would have prefered them to ask at check in what method of payment I would be using.
excellent hotel, very clean and cozzy
The public areas (ie: pool) were very nice. Room was quite large, with aircon. The room itself felt very budget - no TV, poor mattress. Did not have a proper bathroom - a basin in the corner that only had cold water. Wireless internet did not work in the room - had to sit in the pool area to use it. Pool usage times were very limited.
Big enough room, with a balcony. Other than that, nothing much to like. Our experience with the hotel stuff was quite unpleasant. They were almost rude, not helpful and couldn't care less if we were satisfied with the services or not. The rooms have old furniture, the cleanliness clearly suffers (dirt on the sink and in the shower cabin); when we arrived there were no towels at all (and we had to ask for them 3 times, before getting a couple ourselves from the receptionist). The matress is hard as a rock. The wi-fi only works in the pool and reception area, not in the rooms.
Very short stay (1 day) but everything was perfect, a good feeling. The hotel is in a pedestrial area with bars, pubs, supermarkets, restaurants and souvenirs shops, and is on the beach, so if you are looking for an holiday relaxing, on the beach, this place is perfect. There is also a car parking! No negative aspect, maybe just there is no lift but it's not a problem
comfortable value for money experience
Location amd staff hospitality bathroom
This is my 5th time to stay at Minay.....I Enjoy this hotel, it's a great value....can't beat it, close enough to the beach, shopping, pubs and eateries all on the boardwalk at Ladies Beach, you just walk about two blocks and your there. Every night the pool lounge chairs are put away and they bring out different seating arrangements, real relaxing and a great way to talk to other people from all over the world that stay at this hotel...BRAVO Minay!!!!
The pool/bar and the Turkish Bath!!!
The price for the stay (halfboard and breakfast included). For 1 night is OK. First time in hotel in Turkey we have seen the cook who was rationing dose of food for each guest during halfboard dinner. It was impossible to pay by credit card although on the booking.com reservation it was wriiten - possible payment by credit card.
150 meters from beach??? Off the beaten path. Parking is easy... Pool lifeguard/DJ was nice and likes to party... So go there to go wild it's ok. Hell he will help you put together a party, and I think carry you to your room... No problem... Snacks or waters bought very fairly priced... The room needed a deep cleaning.... Not sure if hotel uses bleach or some kind of disinfectant.... Make sure your shots are up-to-date. The pool is nice. The inclusive food was limited, don't stay there for the food. The bathroom is so small you can brush your teeth, sit on the toilet, and take a shower all at the same time....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kusadasi is a very nice place... When the Turkish as you "where your from" reply with a question like what time is it, sometimes they are relentless...
The hotel is near the Ladies Beach (but in time, we were there, this beach was very crowded). There is no problem with parking. Bathroom is very small and unpractical. Also room was very small and if we wanted to go to the balcony, we had to move bed.
