We found fleas in our private room and my wife had a bad allergic reaction to her bites. We asked for a refund to go somewhere else, but we were not given one. We were offered a different room, but we just wanted to go somewhere else with out fleas. Even a partial refund would have been acceptable, but we didn't get anything back. The insult to injury was that we left the premises for another place, but we didn't check out, as we didn't want them to make double the money on the room. A visit back a few days later and there was a key in the door of our room. They put keys in all the doors that are free to rent. They were going to try to make double the money on the room. Also, the kitchen was too small for more than 2 people, and there was no free breakfast as advertised.
