Pros: Maison Carles BnB exceeded our expectations in every respect. Gregoire with his quirky sense of humor made our stay so enjoyable he also went out of his way to accommodate my vegan daughter for breakfast, which was excellent! The view and setting of the BnB was breathtakingly beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about this place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location but would have been greater if the beach would have been near :) Great host and clean room - 300-year house, which gives a historical and authentic feel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, lovely common areas, the host is very nice and attentive.
Cons: The bathroom door looks provisional and one of the room’s window faces directly to the street being exposed to occasional noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great - the room is spacious and well equiped, the breakfast is very tasty and the owner extremly friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is ideally located in a small village nearby St Paul and very quiet. The atmosphere is absolutely relaxed and you will be welcomed by a great & fun dynamic host :) Their breakfast taken in a beautiful patio is excellent to start a good visiting day in the area.

La Lezardiere - La Colle-sur-Loup - Building

9.4 Excellent (92 reviews)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners despite having very little English made us feel truly welcome and at home (which it was, 'their home'). Without their e-mailed instructions we would have had difficulty finding it but the location added to the charm. Continental Breakfast was just the best ever.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nice place to rest for 2 days, if you explore Cote d'Azur. Monaco, Nisa, and Cannes access comfortable with trains, and Saint Paul du Vince it is a masterpiece in proximity.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Generally clean and quiet place for family vacation.
Cons: You can not do anything if you don’t have your own transportation around there. Bus services are not frequent enough there and host is not willing to offer you a ride and always wanted to charge you for a fee for anything you ask, sad enough, isn’t it! At last, be aware of mosquitos during the nights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast, nice house with a pool and beautiful garden around
Cons: Beautiful couple make our 3-night stay as pleasent as they could, despite of language barrier
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect. We stayed there just one night it was in and out but Francis who welcomed us was a very nice host. Everything was easy clean and very spacious! Wish we could have stayed a bit longer to try the breakfast and enjoy the pool! Definitely recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, beautiful house, garden and pool. A very nice room, well in fact rooms, which opened onto a really lovely terrace with several places to sit, a table for breakfast, chairs to relax in. And last but definitely not least, absolutely wonderful hosts.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Kind owners. Good breakfast. Nice area full of green.
Cons: There was nothing close, no restaurants, nothing. You needed a means of transport to go everywere. The wifi didn't have a good signal. There were so many mosquitoes. There was a communication problem as the owners spoke very basic English.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely peaceful house and garden tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly and helpful hosts and great restaurant 2 minutes away.

Cons: Safebox is stolen with the money inside from our room!!!! Never ever stay in this hotel! We stayed in Hotel Alain Llorca with our family for 4 days. It went well till the horrible incident happened. We had put big amount of money ( 3000 €) to the hotel safe box in our room and locked it. On our last day, we left the room after locked our room and balcony door as usual. When we got back to our room ,we realized that safe box is stolen!!!! We immediately contacted to hotel management. First they blamed us not locking doors. Then, police came and investigated the room. They said, there was no force at any of the door and that the safe box wasn't attached properly. Hotel management didn't take any responsibility. When I complained to the Hotel Management their attitude was terrible. They defended their housekeeping and other staff . They do not care about customer satisfaction! We expect at least courtesy gesture. They just wanted us to pay our bill and leave the hotel. They also called the police in case If we refuse the pay the bill. This was a shame for the hotel. So to sum up, in a European country which we came as tourist/visitors on our holy holiday timing as a family to have some peaceful time , we had to go to our homeland feeling insecure . Because we were victimized by the Hotel Llorca.

Pros: Hotel very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Location convenient close to main train station and on tram line. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Michaels, David, and breakfast chef (who helped with our bags on morning of Sept. 9.
Cons: Elevator doesn’t work at night and needs to wait until after 8AM for someone to arrive to turn it on! We were told this was true throughout France.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, VERY close to train station, and an easy straight walk to the promenade and beach. Beds were very comfy, staff were very lovely and the FREE access to drinks (water bottles, soft drinks and coffee machine) was awesome!

Pros: Staff fantastic Great linens Wonderful duvet Loved free water, soda, coffee, tea in breakfast room 24 hours
Cons: Nothing
6.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Key disadvantage: no refrigerator. Small spaces, non-functional bathroom, Bad air condition, old and cramped elevator.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very close to the sea (approx. 15 minutes walk or two stations only), as a highlight we got a nice balcony next to the street and could enjoy some fresh air every night - great! Altogether clean rooms and quiet stay.
Cons: Due to the extremely positive feedbacks we expected something special, in our case the balcony was definitely a great surprise. Without that you get a normal 4* room without special comfort, cupboard or minibar (in our case). One negative aspect is certainly the breakfast room which is VERY small and narrow, luckily we had not booked any breakfast before.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable superior room with lot of natural light. Christo at the reception was very helpful .
Cons: There were no tea making facility in the room. Would be nice to have an electric kettle.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good aircondition Very friendly staff Central location I got a balcony
Cons: It was not sound proof The bathroom was impractical, one had to go in behind the toilet to close the door so that you could access the shower behind the door.

Cons: Notorious area for pick-pocketers - which we experienced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and chef for breakfast exceptionally friendly
Cons: Elevator out of sorts

Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very cosy apartment-hotel. Fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and the seaside. Very pleasant personnel.
Cons: Everything was fine. :-)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Changing the sheets more often
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated for all attractions
Cons: Prepayment well before arrival
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice terrace, nice appartment
Cons: Far from train station
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, clean room and a friendly and helpful staff. We liked our stay at Villa Velvet very much. The place s close to the beach and restaurants, yet conveniently far from the main street and thus silent and quiet, enabling for a nice terrace breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and supportive, we received umbrellas and some extra beach stuff for free to enjoy the sun time. Building and rooms are clean and modern, cleaned every day. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen (the larger room had a washing maschine which was totally cool). Villeneuve-Loubet is a small town which looks as a typical summer seaside village, but once you discover the old village you will find it amazing. Also, it is very close to Nice, Moncao, Eze and also some fantastic cities like Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne (totally recommended!). Overall, a very good location for a vacation stay!
Cons: We had two rooms, the smaller one had a great terrace for morning breakfasts or evening wine discussions. The larger was more comfortable due to size, but the two points potentially worth mentioning: there were a separate toilet room and a separate shower room (located at opposite parts of the apartment). This was ok, but in the toilet there were no sink to wash hands, so you need to go the shower room. Kinda weird design I must say. The other thing you should be aware is that the room located on ground zero at the back of the building is a bit dark - it has an own small garden patio but is a bit hidden from sun. Not a huge disadvantage but clearly visible as compared to front side rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was excellent. A small studio but lovely and clean. The small kitchenette was well appointed with excellent oven and microwave - mind you we only used it to heat our morning croissants! The women at reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, slightly better then my French. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby. We had.a car so getting to Nice was not.a problem but public transport was not quite so frequent as the location is outside the main Nice bus routes but there is a train station not far away. All in all an excellent place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, Villa Velvet was in the perfect location. Our apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - their English was far better than our poor French! The apartment was very secure - we had our own key and a code to come and go at our leisure.
Cons: The room was a little small - we stayed in a studio apartment - but we did have 6 weeks worth of luggage with us!

Pros: Charming villa with even more charming hosts!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, very well cared for by its family owners. The pool area was fantastic - lots of lovely areas to sit and relax, and great air conditioning in the rooms. A wonderful breakfast with homemade yoghurt and fresh fruit followed by eggs. And just beside a bus stop which connects you to both Nice (including the airport) and St Paul de Vence. So perfect destination if you don’t have a car but want to stay outside of the city. The little village of Colle sur Loup (walking distance) also has a number of little restaurants for dinner. Would love to come back :)
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely sophisticated hosts Anne and Etienne. The grounds and the space are filled with interesting art. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a very large, comfortable, completely private cottage. We enjoyed the views, the large swimming pool, petit dejeuner avec croissants deliceuses, and their friendly, very large Burmese Mountain dog. Anne and Etienne provided us with some good restaurant advice in St. Paul de Vence, and upon our departure, even provided my wife with a few previously read English novels from their traveler's library. Magnifique!
Cons: Everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breadfast was perfect! Location is wonderful! The owners are very pleasant and helpful. Very nice feeling to the place!
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast Comfortable bed Lovely owners!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Eugene and Anne were very friendly hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around their delightful property. There is a lovely small pool with several seating and lounging areas to enjoy the ambiance. Our room was small but perfectly formed with a nice terrace and super views of St. Paul de Vence. The breakfast was delicious with homemade jams by Anne and scrambled eggs made by Eugene and lovely fresh and flakey Croissants. They have two friendly cats and Faust the dog is a real gentle giant. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa 45.
Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and attentive staff are unparalleled.
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the food, the personel, the elevator
Cons: The whole hotel has more feeling of the old luxury hotel from last century. Hotel needs a complete fresh up. On the other hand it would be a waste of a piece history and old fashioned taste.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decor of room and hotel was magnificent as always The staff were friendly and efficient which made our stay very pleasurable and the revamped La Ronde looked great and the food was terrific
Cons: The bathroom flooded when having a shower over bath tub which was simply unworkable and irritated me immensely at the time making me reluctant to stay again although our previous stays have been great with Thierry indulging my wife with photos each year
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fresh buffet breakfast is served each morning at the ' La Rotonde restaurant' but its a shame they have refurbished it recently, i was so badly wanting to see the Carousel in its glory which would have added to the quirkiness of the hotel. We sat on most days on the terrace, outside the restaurant to be able to enjoy the views, our table overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The food and the views were worth it !! The few best things about this hotel are its excellent location , its also beautifully decorated inside with art and antiques everywhere and has a beautiful period fully functioning lift from a by gone era of quality. They also have a relationship with the beach across the street so you are able to just walk a few steps and be on your sunbed in no time. From Grace Kelly and Micheal Jackson, from the Beatles to Liz Taylor, the list of internationally known stars that have graced the Negresco is impressive. This has been listed by the government of France as a National Historic Building and you can see it on most postcards of Nice .Your always in awe, thinking whether this is a Hotel or a Museum.
Cons: Our Rivoli rooms were the nicely refurbished one albeit the air con was difficult to operate and the room was very warm. Also the staff at the check in was a tad bit grumpy maybe she had a bad day other that that , but other than that , it was great!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location , good food.
Cons: Stuff were very dismissive and unhelpful at all. Very disappointing. Rooms weren’t clean enough.
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We received a room with a sea view which made it hard for us to leave it every day. Hotel is doing a great job in maintaining the authenticity of the rooms. Valet service was always prompt irrespective of the time of day/night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, stuff friendly , hotel beautiful itself
Cons: Bed and pillows could be more comfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.

Pros: The owners were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of things to choose from, and it was nice to sit outside in the garden to eat. Secure onsite parking was nice and appreciated, and for 5 Euros, was a good deal! Exceeded my expectations for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, greeting us with smiles always! The double room was very spacious, immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was again extremely clean with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We were able to make use of the Chantilly's parasols and beach mats for free which made our time on the beach much more comfortable. On our last day we took the breakfast and it was fantastic! Home made cakes, fresh bread, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, meats....the list goes on! We would not hesitate to return to the Chantilly on our next visit to Cagnes Sur Mer.

Cons: The bathroom dose not have a ventilation system!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast comfort bed!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Frederique and Gerard were great hosts. They were so welcoming. Try to remember when an owner helped you with your bags to your room or showed you around the breakfast buffet. The location id superb. Close to train station and beach. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for me bit my wife was just fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, city centre and train station. Lovely terrace to have breakfast. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful and considerate. Comfortable, clean and good size room.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming hotel beside the Hippodrome, where there are sulky races on hot summer nights. It's a short walk to a nice, although rather pebbly beach, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hosts are welcoming and polite, and the breakfast - outside in a secluded front garden area - is simple but pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast buffet area is rather small and if there are other guests staying, it gets a bit crowded. At one point in our stay there was a strong odour from the toilets.

4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Over-priced. Really basic uncomfortable room for 350 euros a night! Unwelcoming staff. Uncomfortable beds. Unresponsive management—we told them we were unhappy with room, but they didn’t care.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely hotel, very attractive and pleasant ambiance, wonderful convenient location near the old town, charming professional efficient pleasant staff, we had a superior double room which was spacious, elegant and with a small private enclosed terrace... couldn't have been nicer.... good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool was a bonus.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Huge room with huge balcony. Very friendly staff. Restaurant on site. Nice pool. You could order drinks at the pool, but not food. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, sight seeing.
Cons: Restaurant was expensive. Tiny rooftop gym was actually charming, but equipment was outdated, no water, no circulation. I suspect it doesn’t get used much, so I appreciated that it was even there.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great view from room overlooking the sea and seafront. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hotel rooms were tired looking, hotel needs to be modernized. Breakfast selection was not great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Responsiveness of staff to our needs.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic air conditioning - rocked all the boxes for us.
Cons: Location and room fab. Great pool area too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Our room felt warm and a fan was promptly provided. The old town was a short walking distance from the hotel and the elevator up to castle hill is next to the hotel. The pool was wonderful and nestled among the cliff side. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is great, cannot beat it really. Right next to Old Nice, in front of the beach and still walking distance to the main shopping street. I also liked the balcony of my room and the roof (not the "fitness center" though).
Cons: In general my stay was disappointing. Firstly, it is a terrible value for money place. The only great thing is the location. I paid 550 Euros for a small okay room (with a great balcony however). The breakfast was okay at best. I am a big eggs in the morning guy and they just looked watery and ill. I did not even try them. The other hot option was sausages, and what am I going to eat sausages without eggs?! I was there for a night so I also had dinner. I had work to do so ordered room service. Next morning I woke up with an upset stomach and still have one. I ordered a caesar salad and smoked salmon. Clearly something was not clean.. (I did not eat something else). I had to drive all the way to Cinque Terre the next morning and that was not pleasant at all. The fitness center is outdated with one treadmill, one bicycle and one elliptical. I felt like I was going to fall off the elliptical. In my eyes, management feels complacent due to the location, the views (yeah it looks great in photos) and history of the building. My advice is sell it to someone that can do a better job of taking care of their guests. I actually noticed in Nice that a lot of hotels are not part of a chain and have a great location but just look sad. It defaced the city. Seems like a problem to me. I am not particularly a fan of large chains, I have been to many great independent hotels and boutiques (one the previous night in Aix, called Maison d'Aix gave it 10/10). But when the original owners and management grow complacent, it is not a great look for the city. A 7.1/10 is a gift when taking into account the value of money.

Pros: The location was amazing, I had a room with a balcony so it was quite nice. The location is very prime, within walk of distance to the beach, shops and about 3 minute walk to the train station that goes directly to the airport. The service was also quite nice, very warm welcome.
Cons: I ordered in room service for breakfast, and there were quite limited options which were mostly just bread considering the price. I would have been better off getting breakfast from a nearby cafe. rooms are quite small , but I guess it value for money.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were super friendly and the bed was incredibly comfy.
Cons: The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no one knew what was going on. We were all out of our beds wandering around. No communication from the hotel about this and no compensation was offered. (there was no fire)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Hotel Villa Victoria and we had a brilliant stay. The hotel is In a great location approximately 15 minute drive from the airport; 5 minute walk to Pedestrian Street where there is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars; 10 minute walk to the promenade / beach and around 15-20 minutes into the Old Town. When we arrived the reception staff were extremely friendly and informative and provided us with a map and suggestions for dinner. The room was slightly on the smaller side however, it was perfect for what we needed as we mainly used it as a base for our trip. Each day we were provided with clean towels and clean bed sheets and complimentary bottles of water. Sadly I only got to meet the resident cat once, but the garden is lovely to sit out of an evening.
Cons: The rooms were slightly on the smaller side

Pros: Very good location, and with a special garden. It was very nice to have the breakfast outside, and enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Cons: The rooms are quite small. I would suggest more homemade food for the breakfast.

Pros: This hotel was a perfect choice for our 4 nights getaway and my birhtday vacation! The welcoming was unexpected and a very pleasant surprise, there were a birthday surprise in room when we arrived. The room and the hotel were very clean, it was cozy, breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect - not a far from beach, restaurants and from railway station if you want to go to Monaco or Cannes like we did. I can honestly recommend this hotel. We even met the hotel manager and she was very friendly - like we'd know each others!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: La Malmaison Nice Boutique Hôtel An Ascend Collection Member is a charming small little hotel. I love the big balcony windows and a tiny ledge for admiring the city. Location is amazing, you can walk down to the beach in less than 5 minutes. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants dotted around the hotel. We are on our Euro trip around and easily found a self service laundry shop for our clothes nearby the hotel. The hotel has a unique decor and we were happy to stay here instead of big chain hotels.
Cons: When we arrived - to our dismay., the air conditioning did not work in the hotel due to a break down. It is ,I’d summer with 40 degrees celcius temperature so it was a bit of a let down. But they provided us with a standing fan and we opened the window during the night . Temperature was a lot cooler but we were unfortunately woken up by drunk people creating a ruckus on the street on the way back home.

When you stay at Villa Saint Paul de Vence Angels in La Colle-sur-Loup, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Chateau Grimaldi and Promenade des Anglais. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay in Villa Angels was something really unique. The house is surrounded by a very beautiful garden for the pleasure of senses: the eyes with big trees such as palm trees of different species, the flavors with orange, lemon and pomelos trees and several roses of many kinds. The villa is not close to the road and as a result an amazing rare silence just broken by birds singing strikes you immediately. The owners are very welcoming, they communicate with reactivity and try to help you with anything you need. The flat is clean, nicely furnished and designed with real paintings on the walls, with a separate entrance that gives a nice privacy. The best time was the breakfast by the swimming pool. We had the choice of the warm drinks, and the variety of the components was really a must. Our car was safely parked in the property. The surroundings are properties with big gardens, and unexpectedly we had everything very close such as a restaurant at 400m, a huge supermarket at 800m ... the art galleries of Saint Paul de Vence 10 minutes away and the beach at 15 minutes only! The ratio quality price is really good. I recommend this fabulous place, in an extraordinary location.

Pros: Wonderful house and garden, very quiet, breakfast was superb, friendly host. Would definitely stay there again

Pros: Very kind people, excellent room and bathroom. Very good breakfast
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Beautiful and peaceful location (a previous guest rated it as having a poor location - I suggest they rate their ability to choose the location thy want, not the property!); immaculate decor, excellent views, very hospitable and kind hosts. The hotel only takes one room of guests at a time, and the hosts are very unimposing, which makes you feel you’re staying at a luxury private resort. The jacuzzi and pool were bliss, and breakfast in the sun with views of the Provence countryside were fantastic. We were also able to walk to beautiful Saint Paul de Vence, Colle-sur Loup for the flower festival, and back along the beautiful Loup gorge. Nights out in nearby Nice and Antibes provided a good contrast to the stunning and relaxing days of tranquility. I’m delighted to have found this hotel, and would recommend it as one of the top of the many places I’ve stayed in.
Cons: That we had to leave and return home :)).

7.1 Good
Pros: Location was great, staff were friendly, lockers in the room were large, common areas had plenty of seating, beds had privacy curtains, beds were fairly comfortable, modern interiors, AC works well
Cons: The 5 EUR breakfast was very disappointing, do yourself a favor and get a fresh sandwich from a cafe nearby for 3-4 EUR. The 4 bed mixed room was very tight on space, there wasn't enough room for more than one person to move about. The price was fairly expensive for what it was. The bathrooms were uncomfortable and the tiles had a significant amount of mold. During my stay, there wasn't much feeling of welcoming in the hostel. There weren't any hostel events and the bar was generally closed/empty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: frendly staff, clean room and good location
6.3 Good
Pros: Free coffee
Cons: Very expensive for a bed in a small room. The city was full fir the WC 70.3 Ironman so I feel they took advantage if this and raised their prices.

Pros: I booked this hotel mostly for the pool which was perfect in every way. However, the staff were also great and very helpful. The breakfast was nice but could do with a bit more options although the croissants every morning were delightful. I would definitely come back again.
Cons: No fridge in room!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very confortable
Cons: I had To take a taxi To go To train station, however the reception called a táxi, the táxi driver was Not very honest regarding the change of money. The hotel must have attention To advise the clients about. Tks
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were outstanding.
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. Bedding was nice. Parking garage below could be purchased from desk at 15 euros/day. It was a very reasonable price compared to the regular garage parking.
Cons: The hotel was very difficult to find. Getting from the parking below to the hotel was complicated as there is no signage in the garage as to where you need to go to get to the hotel. The temperature in the room was very cold and could not be warmed up as they had switched to air conditioning mode only. Had to go to the hotel next door and ask for ice. The printer did not work to print boarding passes. Only a couple TV stations were in English and all but Disney was news.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast buffet with an airport shuttle and very close to the train line that goes directly into Nice with a 10-15min frequency
9.6 Excellent
Pros: So close to the tram, bus & airport. Great free shuttle
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location swimming pool
Cons: Small room
6.0 Good
Pros: Great hotel for overnight stay before an early flight. Helpful staff. Basic but spotlessly clean room. Very good value
Cons: Location close to the airport is good, but it took almost an hour to find the hotel. Local construction work isn't helping, so we could see the hotel, but couldn't work out how to get to it. Would be helpful if hotel posted better directions on their site
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly and supporting staff. Really liked and had good time. Staffed helped with whatever we asked and it gave us great stay.
Cons: There was no cattle inside room and no small fridge to store some vine or food for the day. But it wasn't the deal breaker to us. Our price for the room wasn't cheap, though, everything in Nice is very expensive, so can't complain too much.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean easy great breakfast and nice location more like a Youth Hostel without frills bunk bed style single beds. We came later from overseas the maid walked into our room at 9 am without a knock! Awkward
Cons: Pass
