Pros (+) Location was excellent, convenient, multiple food options in walking distance, and highway access. Front desk staff and maids were super helpful and friendly. Very large refrigerator and decent microwave with outlets on front to make up for lack of access to outlets in rear near TV. Good wifi.
Cons (-) Some other staff were not so nice. Wouldn't want her to be fired, but the lady the breakfast area wasn't so pleasant. Worse, she seemed to be selectively helpful to guests serving themselves - not sure about her criteria for who was deserving of courtesy.
