It was an average stay nothing really sttod out. We were only there one day
Most restaurants around the hotel (Down Town Lansing) closed at 7:30 on a Friday Night.
Staff was helpful and friendly! I loved that the hotel was right next to the river trail.
The hotel was on a one way street, which is totally irrelevant to the rating of the hotel, just a thing.
Room was nice
The hotel does not have its own parking.Parking is city owned and very, very expensive.Couldnt reach wife on phone so parked in parking garage for less than 30 minutes.Cost was $6.00. Most times was around $12.00 for overnight.Wont use downtown anymore.
Dirty all over. Reminds of the motels I stayed in as a poor undergraduate student.
Room cleanliness. $5 bagels from a subpar hotel. Hallways were dirty. House cleaning only cleaned one bed out of the two.
Bed was very comfortable.
Carpeting is a little beat up.
Staff was very friendly. The room itself was very clean.Nice location.
Water never got hot! Everyday was a lukewarm shower!ADA bathroom had no seat in the shower.Locked us out of our room when we had one more day on our reservation.
We were able to enjoy the pool till after closing.
The area around the pool was very slippery, I was careful but still fell and twisted my knee. I'm still sore,. It was also pricey for what was offered
Reliable internet. Perfect downtown location. Nice fitness center. Good views.
Housekeeping skipped our room on one of our days, but staff was quick to apologize and bring towels/coffee.
A nice, clean, comfortable room in a well maintained hotel.
The pool was a little cold, and the hot tub would not switch on.
Needs some decor and furniture updates
Charging me $50.oo in case something happen to the room not right ,And chargeing me before we stayed
Amazing location. It is as central as possible to everything in downtown Lansing. Great fitness center. Large rooms. Fast and reliable internet.
Hotel is showing a bit of age, and is tired in some places. Housekeeping also skipped our room because we didn't remove the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before 9:30am. Other then that, no real complaints.
Could see the fireworks at the baseball game from our window

Location is excellent, staff are attentive, and room was extremely clean
Some hotel infrastructure (e.g. Elevators) are clearly out of date and need updating.
Good location. Comfortable beds and nice soaps. Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff.
Bathroom door stuck.
Bed was comfortable.
Carpet was dirty and stained in public areas such as by the elevator doors and hallways. Food was cold and I left it.
Had to park on the street.....wasn't too happy about it. Pay per view movies were $18...just a little high
The staff at check in and Valet were great! I liked the personal touch of coming around the counter to give you your room key.
Hated the beds, the sleep number bed was the worst nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. On top of that I never understand why hotels put feather pillows as a standard?, in my opinion a hypoallergenic would make more sense.
Nice location, good looking hotel. Friendly staff.
Was $--- for one night though which is ABSURD for a room that didnt even have a mini fridge in it.
Location, helpful and friendly staff.
Few amenities for the price.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Room was overpriced. Have been in better for less.
Parking fee/ Internet charges
One free bottle of water.
Didn't have continental breakfast and we had to pay twelve dollars for parking.
Downtown Lansing was almost vacant. Like a lot of old downtown areas. I would stay at the Radisson again.
The downtown location.
Self parking was a bit inconvenient having to carry luggage down the narrow stairs of a parking ramp then across the street to the hotel.
In town for a wedding, rooms were clean, staff friendly. It was New year's week-end, no open restaurants, even coffee shops closed!
we had a very nice stay at this hotel. All of the staff was very pleasant. the pool area was very clean. and the room was very clean and quiet.
When we arrived, we had booked one room. We decided to book another room for our son whom we were visiting for his graduation. We went to the room and it was filthy dirty. We went back downstairs and complained and received another room equally as dirty, if not more. It was a change shift of management. In the meantime we called travel website to try to move our reservation to another hotel. After this failed attempt at getting anything done, I spoke to the new oncoming manager, Moses, who was delightful. He gave us a new room, a suite, and we immediately decided to get another room for our son. He gave us another room on the refurbished floor for our son that was very nice. We had a slight problem with his bed having food and spiders on the bedskirt, but that was fixed immediatley by the cleaning staff. The manager Moses, made our stay enjoyable and saved the hotel $*. The surrounding area was very pleasant with great restaurants (Troppo) and good coffee shops. After the room change, pleasant stay.
The bathroom ceiling had a dinner plate size patch of BLACK mold on it. The floor had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The phone jack was exposed and wires hanging out everywhere. House keeping did not clean my room and I called twice about it. Finally a big man from maintenance showed up to atleast remove my room service tray at 9 pm that evening. My evening meal from the on site restaurant was very poor quality and not served according to the menu. Fries became mashed potatoes with 4 shrively green beans. The one perk was that the Valet staff was OUTSTANDING, the one bright spot in a 3 day business trip.
We stayed here for a football game, as all East Lansing hotels were booked. We were pleased that it wasn't that far from campus, and the hotel was very nice. No frills, but a good clean hotel that could be visited for fun or business.
The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean. The combination of the sleep number bed and the plush bedding made for a great night sleep! I later learned, however, that not all rooms have these amenities. Check before you book you room. As a whole, the hotel staff was helpful and professional, and the banquet manager was especially great to work with!
This is a nice place, however the rooms could be nicer for the price you pay.
