The front desk agent was very put off that I was bothering her with a simple question…”where are the ice machines in the Blanca tower?”…. She told me *it* (yes, only one for the whole tower), was on the 4th floor…. THERE IS NO 4th FLOOR! Dealbreaker. And the pillows suck.

6.0 Okay
Refurbed rooms are great - except being an older building it is all concrete and steel and erected pre mobile phones and wi-fi. Unless it’s done well there will always be problems with radio comms. It hasn’t been done well at the new Sahara. Many public areas and rooms are just devoid of mobile signals and wi-fi. Just a bit rude when one of their touted benefits of the outrageous resort fee is wi-fi! Lack of signal also makes a joke of their mobile keys! But as I say rooms are nice - but I need more than that these days especially if I’m paying extra for it by way of the so called resort fee. Another quickie - they levy an auto house keeping gratuity beyond the resort fee - there is no daily housekeeping now (but the daily rates didn’t go down. I haven’t struck this one before.

2.0 Poor
Travel often. Terrible room, no amenities, horrible customer service, front desk never answers the phone and non friendly staff, noisy room. Never Again

10.0 Wonderful
The Marra Tower is my absolute favorite. This my second stay here and I was not disappointed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon earlier this year. We loved it so much we decided to stay again when we came back to the Las Vegas area. The staff is always gracious and fun. The rooms are clean and the beds are relaxing. It is a convenient location. On the strip but not dead center in the chaos. It is very centralized. I enjoyed the casino and the gift shop inside. This is a great place to stay.

There was no housekeeping and I kept running out of soap, body wash, clean towels, toilet paper and the number to text was delayed in response time.
