An okay experience
I really liked the set up of the room. It didn’t feel like a typical hotel room.
The room didn’t feel too “clean”. There was some dust on certain things and stains on some of the furniture. The rest of the hotel felt stuffy and claustrophobic. No fridge to place personal items and you will be charged if you move items out of the mini fridge to put personal items.
It was very classy and clean. Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly.
We reserved a King bed, but once we got there they only had 2 full beds. They did offer to upgrade us the following day.
Location and your staff.
Everything was good. No dislikes.
Close to Stratosphere
Sheets dirty, response to housekeeping request poor, too far from action of the Strip, common area wreaked of smoke
The whole feeling of the property is fresh and new. Instead of going with classic marble and mediterranean garb, they went with modern and NOW feel.
The kick in the wallet for room service breakfast. Waffles and pancakes with some coffee and Oj shouldn’t be $77. That’s just brutal! So on day 2 we left the property and gave our money to another place (a fraction of the price). Word of advice, you want more capital flowing through your facility? Make it some what reasonable for this service.
Fun modern touches. Very cool vibe.
Customer service. Some of the front desk staff were too bothered to help or answer questions.
The service and food were amazing. We almost lived at the pool. Cabanas we're fairly affordable compared to other properties. Most comfortable bed and linens ever.
Story tower rooms were quirky and small. Definitely preferred world tower. Hidden fees with cabana. Vague mini bar pricing.
go somewhere else
half price happy hour specials at Katsuya and Bazaar Meat - restaurants in the hotel
no dresser in room. ugly lobby. terrible pool environment with horrible live dj music
It was very modern Fun We enjoyed the complementary minibar
the room could have been cleaned a little better.
Bed is super comfy, room is modern and I love all the mirrors. Ive had a couple of different rooms now and they're all great. Great rooms for couples.
