Pros: The size of the room, the cleanliness, the ease of location relative to the airport.
Pros: The quiet & calm environment of the Hotel itself..made for restful nights!
Cons: The Marina side was very nice, the business park side did not offer a nice view
Pros: The fireplace in the room makes the entire space so cozy. The staff are incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
Inn At Oyster Point puts you within a 15-minute drive of AT&T Park and features a free airport shuttle at scheduled times. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out SouthHarbor Waterfront, which serves lunch and dinner. Rooms offer up nice touches like fireplaces, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Pros: Smooth check-in. Found a nice spot for parking.
The receptionist even gave us two water bottles during both check-in and check-out
Cons: Nothing bad to report. Will definitely stay again.
Pros: All features of a high end motel
Pros: It was a very nice room, comfortable, clean, and plenty of room. The shower/toilet area was also separated from the sink, which allowed each of us to get ready without over crowding the bathroom
Cons: It was a touch on the expensive side for a 3-star hotel, but it was also World Series weekend so all prices were elevated

Cons: Several pillow cases were scented with perfume. Pillow cases had not been changed? Bed sheets??
Pros: Close to airport with free shuttle every half hour
Cons: Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.
Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive.
Room seemed clean.
Cons: Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver.
No complimentary breakfast.
Cons: I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid.
Cons: There was no complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it. But otherwise everything was great!
Pros: Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay.
Cons: Full size beds instead of queen, soft lumpy beds and mushy pillows that were not firm enough to support neck.
Pros: I'm glad there was a restaurant available. But I'm used to having a free buffet offered.
Cons: There wasn't a free buffet.
Pros: Everything was wonderful. Fresh fruit and cookies were much appreciated when we came into the lobby. Staff were so friendly and efficient, The room was very nice and quiet.
Cons: Couldn't get a second nights stay.
Pros: Clean room and polite staff.
Cons: No pool.

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Comfortable beds, feather pillows, full kitchen, extensive breakfast, and it even has a small DVD library available if you want.
Cons: Hardly any downsides. Setting up the DVD player in room was a bit of a mess and the pet fee was extremely high, particularly if you are there for only a day.
Pros: Loved your pillows and mattress
Cons: You need more seats/tablesl for breakfast
Pros: The hotel location was just far enough from the heart of San Francisco to get a good price, but close enough that driving wasn't an issue.
Cons: There was mold in the showers that my boyfriend had a pretty strong allergic reaction to, but overall the room was quaint and clean.
Pros: Very welcoming, great employees. Free laundromat, reasonable free continental breakfast.
Cons: Beds were not that comfortable...and no small frying/egg skillet to mske the kitchenette functional.

Cons: We arrived a day early. We were able to get a room, but the next day we were told we had to leave the room and couldn't check in until later in the day into a different room because our reservation was not for a "premium " room. Sheet checking in the standards room, the only difference was that our refrigerator did not have a freezer, night light did not phone chargers attached, and the tv was smaller. This was a huge inconvenience which could have ben prevented. Also on firts night if our stay, we did not receive a parking pass and were not asked for any mind of id when paying. There was hair in the shower of the "premium " room.
Pros: I have stayed in this Hotel on 3 separate occasions and they have all been quite pleasant. Its a convenient place close enough to San Francisco, the view is awesome both at the hotel and driving (unless your room faces the freeway). Facilities are upkept and the staff is friendly.
Cons: Walls are a little too thin, I can hear everything next door, including the crying kid which was a bit annoying. Also, we found an earring behind the bed.

Pros: The staff was friendly, I couldn't hear the neighbors and my room was clean. I issued some of my complaints to the front desk and they refunded my 8 dollar parking fee.
Cons: Creaking bed, broken light switch, single night stand between two people, unpluggable bath tub, being asked to conserve water when the toilet flushed in excess of 3 to 5 gallons a pull, the closed pool, broken floor number by the elevator sitting on the floor, very minimal exercise room, paying 8 dollars for a completely full parking lot, the hotel stinking of smoke on a non smoking floor, stairs don't lead to the lobby, etc. I paid over 100 dollars for one night and left underwhelmed.
Pros: clean room
usb charger in room (with the lamps)
Cons: missing disney channel on tv
Pros: Great breakfast. Hotel is very clean and there is plenty of parking ($8 per day)
Cons: WiFi was very slow or no connection at all
Pros: $100 a night
Cons: Didn't feel like a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2. Breakfast not good. Very bare bones room.
Pros: Good location. Close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service to/from airport.
Cons: Booked a room with 1 King bed. When I arrived, I was told they any had rooms with 2 Queen beds available. They seemed more like twin beds.
Pros: One of the best dinners I've had at an airport hotel. Friendly staff. Good shuttle service.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. I asked for a special room and they gladly moved people around so long could have my choice.
Pros: The room was clean and they had a great breakfast.
Cons: The staff was un friendly and unwilling to help when I asked to switch rooms due to our room being located on the 8th floor next to the roof access. Apparently we only booked a queen bed that's why we were in that room. When I asked what could be done about it he told me I would have to pay extra to move my room IF they even have any available. Also, we had to pay for parking $7 a night which I was not aware of or else I would've stayed else where. We had to put a parking permit in front of the drivers seat window so our car wouldn't get towed. A hotel like this is taking all your money and yet they aren't willing to make your experience nice enough to get you a better room.
Pros: From the first contact by phone, to checking out on my day of departure, my stay was great. I came to visit my daughter and two grandsons, ages 3 and 5. We all stayed in the hotel. I had chosen a room with a single king bed as the boys are used to co-sleeping with their parents. The hotel staff upgraded me to a disabled accessible room with two queen beds when they discovered I had disabilities. There was no extra charge for this. The boys were rambunctious and noisy but the rooms were insulated enough that the noise does not appear to have bothered any of the other guests. Once day the maid vacuumed our room twice as the boys had made a mess on the floor. They brought us extra towels within minutes of my call to the front desk and when I discovered the hair dryer was damaged, they replaced it while we were having breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it was tasty, varied and nicely presented. Plenty of options, including a large rice cooker filled with rice for the many Asian students who were in the hotel. Nice touch. Once the wait staff saw that there were children in our party they had a high chair at our table before we got back from the buffet. When I was checking in for my flight home, on the computer provided by the hotel, I got a little confused and staff graciously and quickly helped me.
I was impressed with the value of the hotel as well. Using Booking.com I found a rate of $120 per night. This fit nicely into my budget.
One other thing I want to note is that my brother has traveled all over the world for his work but when he is on personal trips he says he books Best Western as he feels the hotels provide a high level of service, nice accommodations and value for dollar. Very pleased I followed his recommendation.
Cons: The shower in the disabled accessible room has a low tile rim around the shower pan to allow for wheelchair access if necessary. It is probably not something that can be solved, but the rim allows too much water to splash over onto the regular floor and requires a lot of towels to soak up the water. Otherwise everything else was good
Pros: The housekeeping staff provided a clean room and nice sheets.
Cons: I had a room on the top floor, overlooking the nearby 101 freeway. The noise from the freeway was unbelievable and I barely slept the entire night. My room was equipped with a large unlocked sliding window with no balcony or railing (Seriously? On the ninth floor?), and I thought maybe it wasn't closed all the way, but it was, it just let a lot of noise through.
In addition, there was a door right next to the bed that connected my room to that next to it. This door also lacked proper soundproofing, as I could hear the TV playing over the freeway noise until after 2AM.
Pros: Good breakfast
Pros: The staff was very accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: I enjoyed the healthy options such as steel cut oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. Omelettes were great as well.
Cons: I didn't like that I thought I booked through kayak only to find out I booked through booking.com and price given via confirmation was not the same as when checking out. I was told by front desk to check with booking.com for refund/ change. Don't like that I have to go through hoops to figure out why I wasn't being charged what I was originally going to be charge but instead higher and I have to figure it out.
Pros: Beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: Room furniture was A little outdated
Pros: Good hot breakfast and selection.
Clean, comfortable and spacious room.
Cons: Way overpriced parking, specially since there's plenty of street parking.
Quality of snacks during happy hour could be better.
Cons: I just hoped it would look more new and not so worn down.
Pros: Hotel has old fashioned railings everywhere that a small child could fall through. The hotels breakfast makes you feel like you are in some kind of prison cafeteria. They need to redesign it completely to handle the flow of people. Ridiculous to wait 1/2 hour, no ice ever with soda machine - pool was col all day
Cons: Hotel has old fashioned railings everywhere that a small child could fall through. The hotels breakfast makes you feel like you are in some kind of prison cafeteria. They need to redesign it completely to handle the flow of people. Ridiculous to wait 1/2 hour, no ice ever with soda machine - pool was col all day
Cons: Parking was plentiful but they gave codes and noted rules even though there no barricade. A bit confusing but it worked...
Pros: Room was clean and staff was friendly at front desk.
Cons: Price too high for a Monday and Tuesday night.
Cons: The refrigerator in our room leaked and they said they would have it looked at but still leaked - carpet was wet. I was told they couldn't compensate price for room due to it being purchased through a third party. We were there because of a death in our family. Very disappointing.

Pros: Rooms are very large and clean. All my needs were met. Breakfast was light but good enough for our needs.
Cons: Smoking area was right in front of our room. There was no lingering smells but it was still unpleasant to be around if you stepped outside while someone was in the middle of a smoke. Maybe move the area to the center of the courtyard instead?
Airport Inn puts you within a 15-minute drive of AT&T Park. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Dated building, breakfast was low quality and sugary. Felt more like a motel than a 2-1/2 star hotel.
Cons: Over priced. Did not meet star level
Pros: It is close to the airport
Cons: Needs to be updated. Not what I expected for the price.
Pros: Room clean, able to get late checkout after late night arrival
Pros: Friendly staff, size of room, microwave and fridge.
Cons: Some construction work being done a little too close to my parked car.
Cons: There were bugs which I believe were bedbugs in the room I stayed. I got a dozen bites overnight.
Pros: Great staff - accommodated late arrival and early departure with alternate free shuttle.
Cons: Not easiest location for transportation without vehicle. But hotel was accommodating with shuttle. Public transportation nearby too to get into the city.
Pros: quiet and clean
Cons: distance from downtown SF
Pros: Everything from the lobby, elevator, hallways, and room was clean.
Cons: Not a very comfortable bed.

Cons: I thought it was like a boutique hotel, but turned out to be a like a motel.
Pros: The room was cute and cozy! Didn't get bothered daily.
Pros: Nice room, bed, bathroom.
Cons: Large tv with no HD, bad quality. Noisy staff in morning. Noisy A/C next door. Very flaky Wi-Fi
Pros: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, and pretty quiet. The other guests appeared to be tourists or business travelers. Good rate, in an expensive area. Will stay there again
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean.
Cons: I was next to the custodian room so I was awaken by all the noise.
Cons: Surprise charge at check-in $10
Bed could have been a bit more comfortable
Pros: The room was nice. Big TV and an updated bathroom. Front desk was friendly. It's a bit of a drive from other places, but it wasn't that bad where it isn't manageable. Free parking, never had troubles finding spaces but you might if you come back to the motel later. The beds were comfy but a bit squeaky.
Cons: Not for those with family. Sketchy neighborhood. Saw a drug deal go on right below me (I was on the 2nd floor). There's a lot of young people there who seem sketchy. Parking lot was too active for 1AM. Drunk guys try to cat call. Seems like people who use drugs stay there. Wifi sucks. One of the beds had stained sheets when we first got there. Curtains were stained too?? Don't know how, but they were.
Pros: Clean, newly remodeled rooms. Nice beds. Pricey, but this is what you get for San Francisco. I think the older reviews were posted before the hotel was remodeled from Howard Johnson's to Hotel V.
Cons: Little loud due to free way and other guests, but not too bad. This is why give it 4 stars rather than 5.
Pros: + Room was clean & bed was comfortable.
+ Room appeared to have undergone recent remodeling / improvements, slightly upgraded fixtures
Cons: - Inadequate parking! Not enough stalls for # of rooms. Pkg lot was full to overflowing when we arrived @ 11:00pm (even with prearranged late check-in). Industrial area, no other street parking nearby.
- Hotel is a 2-story walkup, NO elevator. Be prepared to carry your own bags upstairs if you have a 2nd floor room.
- Bathroom lighting is VERY dim, even w/ upgraded fixtures.
- Note: As of 7/12/15, this hotel changed its name to "Hotel V" & now markets itself as a "boutique" hotel. A more accurate description would be "industrial area MOTEL."
Pros: Price was OK, not bad if you're just looking for a bed for a few hours before flying in the morning
Cons: Not the cleanest place in the world, but thwn again, you get what you pay for.
Pros: Bathroom was nice
Cons: The place looked run down , noisy could hear others opening there doors (sound like someone was trying to open ours )
Pros: Location, airport shutel
Cons: The bloody hand print in the shower, moldy bathroom ceiling, and some ants in the shower.

Pros: Location; well sound proofed from highway and airport noise; double queen beds
Pros: Staff was excellent and the restaurant food was delicious!
Pros: Convenient location by the airport. Lobby and dining area were adequate.
Cons: The room was an awkwardly apportioned, two story renovation that the desk clerk referred to as "the penthouse suite." In terms of comfort and functionality, it was poorly thought out and did not represent the Sheraton brand well. If grading feng shui, this room would receive a zero.
In the morning, there was a "discrepancy" resulting in no breakfast service at the time I needed it. One staff member said something about them trying to find a cook. The kitchen seemed poorly organized and under staffed.
I will not return to this hotel.

Get a great night’s sleep on a plush Four Points signature bed. Treat yourself and upgrade to one of our new two-story lofts.
Cons: The hotel is in a neighborhood where sensible folks would hesitate to walk outside after dark.
Pros: Besides being clean and the location great for me, I love the fact that this is the only hotel in the Bay area that has SMOKING ROOMS. Doesnt mean much to some but I appreciate this and the fact you can still find a clean and safe hotel with this feature.
Cons: Not a thing.
Pros: Friendly staff, the breakfast was good, the tv was nice. Parking was perfect!
Cons: The water to the shower was hot only about a tenth of the time. The rest of the time it was cold. When we called to report the water, the front desk said to let it run longer. We did and it only got colder. You could hear everything through the walls. The chair at the desk was broken.
Pros: Traveled from Fresno area to Uber drive for thanksgiving week and the location is perfect! Close to airport and close to city. Room was huge for the price and clean and comfortable. Staff was cool and friendly even asking if I was hungry and suggesting places to eat. Freeway access is a breeze and gas stations nearby even a Costco gas station! Next time I drive in Bay Area this is the place I hang my keys for the night!
Pros: Close to the freeway.
The beds were surprisingly comfy.
Cons: Very dated.
Carpets were dirty, towels had seen better day in 1980. When asked for cleaner towels, we were given an assortment of bath mats.
Pros: Late afternoon man at reception desk best ever. I have traveled a lot and he would take the #1 award for his excellence.
Good shuttle service, BIG room.
Cons: Shower curtain on tub side had mold at bottom and blood stains.
Pros: staff was kind..concerned..friendly..helpful and knowledgeable ...the location was great, very quite an the price was awesome ...we will be returning soon
Cons: my room was to cold...no fitted sheet on my bed...a flat sheet was used for both top and bottom
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Lift not operated till the parking
Pros: The lounging chair.
Cons: The hallway wreaked of Marijauna.
Pros: Fine compare to what you pay
Pros: Location was good for getting to the airport and for a quick trip into the city as well. Staff was helpful and room was clean.
Cons: Freeway noise. If I were to stay again, I'd ask for a room on the back side.
Pros: The room was nice and the ladies that clean the room were wonderful
Cons: We had a first level room and the person upstairs seemed to have very HEAVY feet. When we asked for another room upstairs, the front desk lied to us and told us that this person was gone. We went through 2 extra days of noise before Godzilla finally moved out. Another thing was the limited parking space as it seemed that there was not enough space for the hotel guests. If you came to park later than 8 p.m. you incurred the risk of not having a parking space and parking on the street where a sign specifically states no parking allowed between 2 AM and 5 AM. So We had to come back early enough to the seemingly omnipresent Godzilla...

Cons: Price is completely unreasonable and is about 2 - 3 times too high!
Nice welcoming staff
Pros: Right off the 101. Very clean. Gas station within walking distance.
Cons: Right off the main drag, so there was a lot of car noise.
At Travelers Inn, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of San Francisco State University and San Francisco Zoo. Guests will have free perks like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Cons: Staff, cleanliness . The intereror . Room smells.
Pros: They offered a decent breakfast spread, microwave and mini-fridge in the rooms, decent open space in the room. nearly 24 hour shuttles to the airport for free.
Pros: It was good for the price. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.
Cons: I did not like that it was a half hour away from everything that we wanted to do in the heart of San Francisco.
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The hotel is directly beside a railroad, (something of a switchyard), and very close to a major highway. The noise was inbelievable!!
Adding the noise was the hotel itself. The noise from people walking above my room or along the walkway beside the room was ridiculous.
My co-worker in the room beside me put it best; it was like being inside a snare drum!
Pros: Rooms were very clean a d staff was excellent
Cons: Internet wouldn't work in my room. Shuttle to and from airport was horrible waited over an hour at airport, called desk three times and got the same reply, traffic was heavy. Every other hotel shuttle came by three times while we waited.
Pros: rooms are very clean and comfortable. very good for the price you pay
Cons: close to railroad, train will wake you up by 6:00
Pros: very clean
fridge and microwave
very comfy bed and pillows
Cons: Hotel is next to a train station, amtrak screeches to a halt every half hour, throughout the night. I didn't mind, I'm a very heavy sleeper but beware depending on where you get roomed.
Parking at the hotel cost $6! That seems odd to me
Hotel staff was mediocre at best
Pros: Very clean room and very confirtable matress and pillows.
Cons: Not a good atmosphere.
Pros: The room was a nice size
Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area directly under the freeway and right next to train tracks with a train that runs literally every 15 minutes. With a newborn baby, the train kept her and us up all night each night. Had we of known that, we would've stayed elsewhere.
Pros: Close to all such as shopping stores, dining , close to downtown, close to other city very convenient location service are good , staff are nice esp the front desk nice to have ref, microwave even didn't use it decent size room
Cons: People comes & go, hears foot step even so early in the morning between 12 am-4am
Cons: Parking lot was flooded, so disabled parking spaces were not available. Instructions for the shower in the accessible bathroom were printed on the building/room map which I left in the car once I found the right building. Instructions should be in each room.
Pros: The train is right across from the hotel making it easy to go to and from the city. We couldn't afford a hotel right in the city so this was the perfect compromise. The room and bathroom were all clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker right in the room. Both gentlemen I met at the front desk were polite and accommodating. The breakfast was good - waffle maker, pastries, yogurts, cereal, etc.
Cons: Our room was a little tricky to find as we were all the way in the back and the signs weren't showing where our room was.

Cons: all ok, just dated. Overall, I've always been a La Quinta fan
Pros: convenient to sfo
Cons: room heater inop, even after i told them, they said they'd fix it, they didn't
Pros: The breakfast was great although it could use some donuts. The hot tub and pool were also very nice.
Pros: It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. For the price and it being in SF, it's a deal though. We just needed a place to stay before catching an early flight and this did the job.
Cons: The shuttle makes additional stops along the way to get more people, so it takes longer than it should being that the hotel is only 3 minutes away from the airport.
Also, our room smelt disgusting. Sort of like wallpaper glue, except their was no wallpaper. The smell was so strong it woke me up continuously throughout the night. I've stayed at La Quintas before and this was definitely not up to the standards of the others.
Pros: Breakfast was decent
Cons: Airport Shuttle was slow and late
Wait times to check in too long
Urine soaked in bed
Pros: friendly staff
room well lit
Cons: paper thin walls
Pros: I liked the price and location. The staff were friendly too.
Pros: Rooms were simple but clean. Spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 small children. Rooms were very quiet even though it seemed full. Fast and easy access to hwy 101. You'll be in downtown SF in 15 minutes. Wifi worked great. Would definitely stay here again if I just need a place to stay that's clean and close to downtown to enjoy the city.
Cons: Not enough parking for everyone. You can park in Denny's parking lot shared with the hotels parking but they have signs for towing which was worrisome. Clerk said it would be fine and my car was still there in the morning. Warehouse business right next door which didn't look so attractive.
Pros: nice waffle set up, easy shuttle to airport
Cons: have to walk across train tracks/through a recycling center warehouse parking lot to a separate building for my room, not particularly accessible.
Pros: The room
Cons: There was a small parking lot not enough for all customers. I arrived at 1am on October 25th, 2014. Internet was not working well, they need to improve it, at front desk it works great.

Pros: Loved the big room and it was the only place we could find at a reasonable price that also had plenty of parking and was close to the city. The staff were great also. We'll be staying here again.

Pros: Cheap, easy to access. Mostly used Uber to get around as the surrounding area is not the greatest, but there were plenty of Ubers available everyday. Room was ok.
Cons: Breakfast was pretty skimpy (a few packaged danishes and Nutrigrain bars with coffee and OJ) and the neighborhood is not all that great. Airport shuttle service ends at 10 pm.
Pros: We were flying out early the next morning so it did the trick
Cons: Thin walls- there was an argument outside in the middle of the night that woke us up
Pros: If you're only looking for a place to leave your stuff, sleep and shower then this is the place.
Cons: I really wouldn't consider what they offer a breakfast. Their "breakfast" consists only of Fruit/Granola Bars and packaged Danishes...all which were just sitting on a counter in the tiny office/check-in area.
Pros: One block from freeway.
Cons: One block from freeway so could hear noise.
Cons: Noise from next door after midnight for over one hour not from human noise but like I was next door to an workshop with moving equipment s and trolley, door open and closed noise.

Cons: When I the shuttle dropped me off at the international terminal and missed my flight
Cons: It was a run down motel ^ with a poor coat of paint and a 90 year old elevator. Mattress was paper thin.
Pros: Decent price. Not a bad drive to downtown SF.
Cons: Dirty. Found dirty women's underwear from the pervious guest in our room. Maids just did a very poor job.
Pros: I was pretty happy there was a fitness facility. I really like to get in a workout every day so I was really excited it was available. I liked that there was coffee readily available also. That's always a plus.
Cons: When I called to ask where to find the shuttle at the airport, I got a very vague answer. The person answering the phone just kept saying "at departures," over and over (like three times) and wouldn't give me anything more specific than that. I wish she had said "up the stairs from baggage claim out door one" or whatever. That would have been a lot better. Honestly, I probably could have figured it out, but it was late and I had my young son with me so I just ended up taking a cab.
Pros: Pros.. (it's tough to think of any but..) The room was clean, the furniture was not damaged, the a/c worked, check in was quick, located right next to the fwy entrance.
Cons: Cons.. Located next to dark industrial buildings, saw many vagrants at night. parking is not included; $10 but no security guard. reception area floors damaged at entrance. elevator seems to have been repurposed industrial type, got stuck inbetween floors and doors opened (used stairs the whole time). Carpet in hallways dirty. Doorlock handle very loose feeling and bar latch inside of the door, very loose(almost falling off). Room had only two electrical outlets, behing the bed and tv(very inconvenient when trying to use the iron). No mini-fridge available.
Cons: Bed was hard and no fridge as advertised.
Pros: I liked that it was close to the city for day trips but not the city hotel prices, which is why I chose this place. The flowers in the courtyard were lovely.
Cons: I didn't like how damp and humid the room felt or that it was super hard to keep the room at a certain temperature. My fiance and I were broiling/freezing quite a bit throughout the night. Also there wasn't much to offer for breakfast and it was super small in the dinning room.
Pros: It was close to the airport and the front desk woman helped me get an item to a friend. Nice rooms.
Cons: That only one staff member was working and could have used help. Elevator is poorly highlighted and hallways need yo be remodeled. The computer system was not working and the hotel could not even charge me, & waiting still for Bill. Ridiculous that parking is not included in bill. Never would suggest or go back to hotel.
Pros: I GAVE COURTESY PHONE CALLS TO ADVISE WE WOULD HAVE A LATE ARRIVAL... GENTLEMAN ON PHONE WAS POLITE... BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED WE JUST DIDNT FEEL THE WELCOME... ALTHOUGH THE CLERK WAS NOT RUDE IN ANY WAY BUT THERE WAS NOT A WELCOMING FEELING.... THE ELEVATOR NEEDS SEVERE UPDATING... I COULDNT FIND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST.... SO WE ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT ANY BREAKFAST AT ALL WHICH IS WHY WE STAYED THERE TO BEGIN WITH... THE PICTURES IN THE INTERNET ARE SO MISLEADING TO WHAT THE ACTUAL BED/ROOM ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE...
Pros: free continental breakfast
Cons: I decided to stay an extra day, the hotel charged a lot more than the regular charge.
Cons: Space too small for 2 adults. Contenental breakfast too difficult to take advantage of in the small space to get to it.
Pros: Had a shuttle to the airport, Not outragously priced.
Cons: Rock hard bed. Elevator behind dooor???? Pull up on door handle to open, not down (won't work), among other things.
Hotel Focus SFO is 3 miles (4.8 km) from San Francisco International Airport and a 15-minute walk from So. California Caltrain Station. It's a half-hour drive to the Golden Gate Bridge, and there are great retail and dining options at The Shops at Tanforan, a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
Cons: Everything was worn and should be replaced. Stained sheets, big holes in multiple towels, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. They really need to renovate and clean up the place.
Cons: The dirtiest hotel I have ever stopped in. Please avoid at all cost. Bathroom full of mould and dirty towels. Filthy carpet.
Cons: A bit pricey to what you get after all but it is nothing unusual in San Francisco.
It is basic motel. It was clean with no frills. The bathroom was spacious
Pros: I liked the location. It was reltively close to the airport and the price was affordable
Cons: The room did not have a safety latch, so I was concerned that an intruder could gain easy access to the room.
Pros: Nothing, worst hotel experience I've had in a long time!
Cons: This place is a dump, can't believe they had any good reviews. The room honestly reminded me of a $---- a night place I stayed in in Mexico, At least down there they had better customer service.
Pros: Clean room. Clean things. Convenient location. Close to freeway. Close to Mall and restaurants. Good parking lot!
Cons: No free breakfast. Wifi password wasn't given or provided within room. Office manager has this grumpy looks >(.
Pros: The rooms were really clean. The area was pretty nice. Close to the freeway.
Cons: No free coffee.
