Great for transport as just by Warren Street tube station and good breakfast but my single room was ridiculously tiny even by London standards. Basic gymnastic skills were required to use the bathroom.

Pros (+) Great breakfast and friendly staff
Pros (+) Bed, breakfast, staff and Steak and Lobster
Cons (-) 1st floor you can hear chairs and tables being moved in the restaurant .. so not the quietest room 160
Pros (+) Location was excellent. Rooms were spotless clean
Cons (-) Room and bathroom very small
Pros (+) Marena (server in the restaurant) really hustled and kept good cheer despite being very busy. Other staff offered very good service, as well. Breakfast buffet was well appointed and tasty.
Cons (-) Very poor value for the money. The room was quite cramped, awkward layout, and noisy (even though the front desk said it was the quiet side of the hotel). Seating in the room and throughout the hotel common area is old and uncomfortable. I won't go back.
