Reviews about L'Escale
“Very friendly staff! Our daughter was tired and sad so we couldn’t come down to have our dinner so they brought it up to our room. Good service ☺️”
“Food amazing! Very traditionally French Very friendly and welcoming”
“The hotel was on a busy, noisy road and it was too hot to close the windows. The hotel is extremely simple, extremely welcoming and dinner and breakfast were better than we expected. If it wasn't for the noise, I would stay there again. We were treated very well by the owner.”
“Perfect location for a stop off to the south of France, very hospitable brothers who own and run the place and the food was lovely. Excellent value for money.”
“The Escale is a little roadside BnB, which I booked during a cycle holiday through France. I was able to store my bike safely for the night, and I loved the room I was in: it was small, but I found it cozy and clean. While the toilet was shared, the shower was in the room, which was nice and practical. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful, and he provided me with a nice vegetarian dinner in the evening and a very enjoyable breakfast in the morning. I had a great night's sleep and felt safe, which was great considering I am a woman who was travelling alone. I was on the road for 15 days, and I can say this place has stood out as one of the most memorable of the trip.”
