Pros: Friendly service, hotel is new , stuff is still learning how to operate, they are friendly in general. Swimming pool is super clean, all facilities new and clean.
Cons: It says they offer bike rental, but in fact there is only one bike rental in Thaiwoo, I had a very unpleasant experience with them.
Pros: The hotel definitely faces significant peak and off-peak challenges and i think it did well to manage despite low crowds on weekdays. I loved the pet-friendliness, the upkeep of a great pool (for bad weather), and the overall level of service. Great location too - doorstep from the ski station.
Cons: The size of the rooms could be bigger. We asked for a room with a kitchenette but there wasn't any cutlery.
Pros: Total experience was fantastic. Being a non Chinese speaking person, the staff did everything they could to answer any question I had.
Pros: The small ski town Thaiwoo is really good and very comfort & cool die to the high altitudes (above 1600 meters of sea level). But, the way to there from the county seat is really challenging due to the construction for 2022 winter Olympic Games.
Cons: There is no safe guard in the swimming pool
Pros: We loved the room and the location. Pool was also nice.
Pros: Very close to the ski mountain. And the valley of it is very good.
Cons: That is less of other support beside the sleeping room. No SPA. Not all day dinning. No laundry services.
Pros: Gréât staff, very comfy beds, spacious rooms and good breakfast. Highly recommend
