8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the living room area with a bar, microwave, and refrigerator. The beds were excellent and comfortable - loved the bed spread.
Cons: I didn't really like the shower it was hard to keep the curtain inside so a lot of water escaped outside toward the toilet. Maybe have a slightly higher shower rim instead of a low one or even a tub/shower combo?
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I loved when I walked in the environment felt like I was in an expensive hotel. When we reached the room that's when everything surprised me. From when I unlocked the door. I loved the room set up. The couch with the chase attached. I fell in love with the beds it really made me feel like I spend so much on my room. I love the bathroom and kitchen area. Breakfast was great and the staff was eager to help. I will definetly come back over and over.
Cons: Their was only one thing I did not like that when I was about to shower it had hair on the walls and on the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY TRAVELER LOOKING FOR A GREAT HOTEL TO STAY AT A DECENT PRICE.

7.1 Good
Cons: We had been assigned a room in the lower tower... Not sure is that my room is booked in a discount rate.
5.7 Okay
Pros: This is a great location. On major road near to LAX, beaches and downtown L.A. I got a good last minute rate on Kayak. There was renovation going on at the time and staff made sure they let me know and picked a room away from construction.
Cons: -I was traveling with children and there were no other families I saw -many airlines (domestic & international) crews stay here overnight from LAX -smoking hotel so you can smell the smoke wafting in the lobby and pool area, which was gross for my children to smell -geared towards international visitors who like to smoke -pool area on older side; did not make me want to swim in there with my children -my room was not renovated yet, so it was feeling worn; bed was ok. I've had softer, better beds -walls were very thin and I could hear everything in the hallway -my key card into the hotel floor was not working twice, which is so annoying given I had small children and the lobby was a 5-10 minute walk away (with children, slow walkers!)
4.5 Okay
Pros: Good exercise facility, good location for me (close to the company I visit). Self-parking is nice. Many hotels in this area have the "hidden fee" of parking charges, up to $30 per night.
Cons: Where to begin. First off, the hotel is getting very old. The rooms are fundamentally small compared to more modern hotels. To the point that the bathrooms are very small. The vanity is tiny, and the only place for towel storage is within the shower (at the back). Also, the mirror had some strange black stains on it. Second bad thing was the "view". My room was at room level for another part of the hotel, so when you opened the sliding door, you were actually on the roof. And the view (other than looking at roof) was a wall. Maybe a roof and a wall wouldn't have been too bad, but throw in the 4 or 5 satellite dishes and it was pretty unattractive. OK, so pull the blinds and keep them closed. Except here's the worst part of all... The A/C unit sounded like a small dump truck at idle and hardly cooled at all. So to keep the room tolerable, I had to open the sliding glass door. But because you could walk in right off the roof, I had to close it every time I left the room, and then the room got hot and stuffy. I'm an HHonors member, and I try to be loyal to Hilton branded hotels, but this one makes it tough.
6.5 Good
Pros: The location was good and the facilities were OK. The staff was very good and friendly.
Cons: As a Hilton member I did not expect to put in a room with the smallest bathroom I have ever stayed in at a Hilton Hotel. The bed was way to soft and I woke up with a terrible back pain. The room was number 310 and I would hope that Hilton members would get better treatment than I received.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful
Cons: No bottle water in room
7.7 Good
Pros: Staff in all areas was excellent, friendly and helpful.
Cons: The pool and area. Good amount of space but chairs in shade and really to heavy to move hot tub not clean. Was very disappointed in that aspect and would not stay there again if pool situation was same!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Room was very clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Room service was fast and surprisingly affordable. Hotel is next to shopping, dining, movies and short drive to the beach.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and clean rooms. Also free self parking.

5.1 Okay
Cons: The mattress was very uncomfortable, did not sleep good at all. The mattress was very old and woke up with a soar back both nights. We booked another hotel the third night because of this. And the sofa sleeper was even more of a joke i felt bad letting my three year old sleep on it. No fan in the restroom, phone did not work, no sheets or pillows for sofa sleeper, a/c was not working and the tv cable was super slow it was almost like it was buffering or running on dial up internet. Book another hotel even if your spending a little more because you will probably be disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is clean friendly staff
8.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a good hotel with a comfortable bed and amenities. The breakfast (for purchase) was good, however they were understaffed (and apparently the oven was not working), leaving people waiting a long time for food. Desiree was amazing in the way she worked with people during the challenging breakfast rush. The courtyard with the pool in the middle of the hotel is very pleasant. I recommend asking for an inside room (even numbered room) that overlooks the courtyard rather than an outside room (odd numbered rooms) that overlook the parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay, they were able to accommodate my early check in request which gave me ample time to rejuvenate and explore the town before peak traffic. Hotel is fairly priced, my room was very clean, comfortable, quite and lots of parking. I'll definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area again.
Cons: Not able to stay longer at this beautiful place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The suit was really big, living room + bedroom, super clean, very friendly employees, excellent experience
5.7 Okay
Pros: free parking.
Cons: Why is there no breakfast included. It's not all about making money sometimes.
6.3 Good
Cons: Room next door's TV was on and the noise could be heard through the walls. We think they fell asleep with the TV on so the noise went on the rest of the night.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice and beds were super comfy
Cons: Had a room cleaned and the cleaners dumped out multiple ash trays or dirty water in out bathroom sinkand left it like that, not such a clean place to brush your teeth after that.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Tv was not high def...bad picture
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was courteous. The bedroom was clean.
Cons: There was work being done on another room and when walking the hall it smelled weird.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a typically good Courtyard property
Cons: The room furnishings were fine but could use an update
7.7 Good
Pros: Bathroom clean
Cons: AC/Heat very loud
5.1 Okay
Pros: I like to cleanliness and comfort level of the bed. I also used the gym and it was relatively clean in there as well and that's about where it ends.
Cons: The first thing when we walked in the room you could tell it hadn't been vacuumed entirely and there was a white towel slightly stuck to the floor in the corner next to the couch. Next was the tiny pool in the middle of the entire hotel. It only received sun light for a few hours in the day so it was chilly to get in even on a warm 80+ summer day. Then the elevator went out for some reason. I guess it was just unfortunate for my family and I that we had a room right next to the elevator and the stairs were about 100+yrds from our room. Then the sink water stank like rotten eggs/sulfur and when I brought it too the front desk receptionist's attention she just said, "I will make a note for the plumber to check it out after you leave."

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Clean - ready - no issues at all
Cons: I liked every things - only the elevator is slow
6.2 Good
Pros: The price of the room was quite satisfactory, less than $100 a night. Torrance is definitely not a sightseeing location, but that's not why I stayed there. The surrounding neighborhood is also relatively clean and safe. If you're staying in the area for business purposes and don't intend to spend too much time in the hotel itself, then I have no problems recommending this hotel. In fact, I do plan on staying there in the future for just that reason.
Cons: The room I stayed in had ants, not a lot of ants marching in formation; rather, just a few ants here and there in the bathroom, along the walls, etc. I didn't have any open bags of food or sweets lying around, so I was wondering what they were looking for, especially in the bathroom. I didn't keep anything in the bathroom at all. Also, the continental breakfast did not have any meat or cooked food at all. It's just cereal, cook-your-own waffles, bread, and ready-to-eat pastries. Finally, there's no washing machine at all. So if you stay there long, you'll need to hop on over to the local laundromat to wash your clothes there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel.. the check in process was very quick. Our room was spotless and the maid service was excellent. The continental breakfast was very good and organized. . It included waffles ,fruit , cereal, pastries coffee and lots more.. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's convenient to all of Torrance. .
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Outdated and poor breakfast

Pros: The location was nice for what I needed and the cleaning staff delivered anything we asked for quickly and were very friendly.
Cons: The manager has absolutely no customer service skills. I was charged an extra night that I did not use and she REFUSED to speak to me about the charge. I understand if I did something wrong but at least have the customer appreciation to talk to me. There was a clog in our shower from hair. Another group's shower knob freely spun so they were unable to change the temperature of their showers. I won't stay at a Ramada Inn again.

Cons: The place was grungey- several lights and outlets did not work. The towels were gray. Even worse, this place felt totally unsafe; even the key card read "Do not open the door without checking the person's identification. Report suspicious people". For 87$ you could stay at a much nicer place.
7.4 Good
Pros: The staff was available and ready to help although we did have to bother them late at night.
Cons: Had to go down and ask for replacement sheets because they were stained. Had to do the same with one of the hand towels. I work the hotel before and no that sums things will just not come out thanks to yes and you're cleaning at its, but it still text me to see stained or unclean Sheets.

Cons: It was dirty, old, and like a roadside motel 6 for over $100. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had plenty of space to unpack and walk around without running into furniture. There was free wifi available and a good amount of channels to watch on the large flat screen tv. It was definitely an upgrade from a previous visit to California and it was only $10 less than this hotel. Glad that I spent the extra few dollars because I had a much better experience with this location.
Cons: Parking lot was a little small to pull in and out of spaces but it was manageable. The shower didn't have much pressure so it was a little difficult to wash my thick hair. Overall the negatives really are not so big that it takes away from the positives of this hotel. I would highly recommend this establishment and will most likely be staying again next time I visit California.

Uncomfortable towels Limited breakfast items, should be more than just cheap bread, frozen waffles and 2 kinds of cereals The hallway smells bad There are exactly one table and 2 chairs in the office for breakfast. I didnt have anywhere to sit down. Creepy looking staff in the morning.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Everything was terrible
Cons: The staff is extremely rude. The do not let you check in until 3 even though it says on there website it’s at 1:00. They ask for $20 to check in early. Sounds like a scam... place smells like cigarettes the staff were all smoking in the garage so that’s probably why. Please don’t stay there spend the extra 20 and stay somewhere nicer

Pros: It was close by to the beach
Cons: Very limited amenities
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The amenities included like the small kitchen
Cons: The overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the hallway that found it's way into the room.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Girls at front desk were friendly
Cons: There was a small child screaming and crying for hours from 11:30pm until 1:00 am next door to us. We called down to the desk and asked that they check to see if all was ok next door. When the crying and loud noises continued and we couldn't sleep we called and the front desk went down and knocked on the door..finally the crying stopped around 1:00am but we were exhausted that next day. We felt that we should have been compensated for that but no offer from the hotel staff.
