Proximity to town, cost; very adequate re cleanliness, wifi was ok and important to me, bed comfortable Am older adult traveling with pretty heavy bag. There should be a warning about this for older adults. We were on third level (1/3rd of units are there). There is no lift, the stairs are steep and there are 2-3 inch " small steps" in unexpected places that create fall risk. I'd say I'd stay again but only as an overnite pass thru and only if they keep the price low so as to justify stair inconvenience and fall risk
