I rented the mystery car. They wanted to give me a 12 person van. My other choice was the Genesis G 80 all electric I chose that car. I asked The Avis representative to show me anything about the car and he said it’s just like driving a gas car turned out there was a lot of stuff that is different and I knew nothing about how to charge the vehicle that became very difficult to do. The car had no adapter so I could not use a Tesla charging station. I only had 6 miles left on the battery and anyway that was very scary and challenging to try to get it charged and when I called Avis to ask about it, they hung up on me. I don’t believe that was accidental.

The car was fine, but the staffing of the rental counter was horrific. I walked up there and it was the only counter that had a line. The other rental car companies had very short or no lines. It took one hour of standing in line until I got up to the counter. I complained and the lady said, "yesterday the line was 3 hours." She said it in a way I guess to make me feel better or lucky. All it did was reinforce how poorly run the Pittsburgh International Airport Avis/Budget counter it. If you regularly have long lines then you need to adjust how you run your business. Never again will I rent from them when flying through Pittsburgh and I'll be very hesitant to rent from them period. Why risk having to wait 1-3 hours?

The first car they were about to put us in - the front tires didn’t have any treads left on them. Luckily they put us in another vehicle of equal value with no issue. However, the worker couldn’t give me a receipt because her printer was broken. She said she would email me one, but I never received one until we returned the car in Atlanta.

I had to extend my rental for 16 hours and they shafted me with a $150 dropoff fee plus a $50 change fee plus plus.. cost me almost as much as the week long rental. Disgusting. Completely unwilling to be flexible. Money gr ubbing company. Kayak was of no help. Using kayak effectively disables your ability to modify the reservation through the rental company, and kayak offers zero customer service on car rentals. Every time i tried to connect, call woukd regulary disconnect. Buyer beware of kayak and of fox

Couldn’t beat a one day rental for $22. Pick up was fairly easy although the guy in front of me in line took forever. Car was ready to go, clean, no cigarette smells or anything else that was obnoxious, full tank of gas. Return was just as easy and by the time I got in the shuttle, I had my receipt. Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes and the driver was a really nice guy and safely drove us back-and-forth. I’ve rented from this facility before and while it does take a little more time because you need to take a shuttle bus from the rental car center, you do save a lot more money.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at this car rental location. The desk attendant was rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. When handing over the rental keys, he practically threw them onto the counter rather than providing them courteously. Throughout the transaction, the employee repeatedly made groaning and irritated noises, making us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He also applied excessive pressure to purchase the additional insurance coverage. Even after we clearly declined, they continued with comments such as, “This is your last chance to get it,” “Are you really not going to get it?” and “Did you even read over it?” The most inappropriate comment was, “Don’t come back crying if something happens to the car. It’s going to cost you even more.” This felt more like a scare tactic than customer service. I understand employees are required to offer optional products, but there is a difference between informing customers and pressuring them. The entire interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training. When we finally picked up the car it was so dirty from the outside. Bugs everywhere. We couldn’t even see clearly out the windows. The mirrors were dirty as well. We could have gone and said something but we did not want to deal with the desk attendant again and there was no one at the car lot to be seen so we could have mentioned something. We drove out of there and took the car to the car wash

Quick and easy to rent. No one did a walk around inspection of the car. It was parked in a garage with poor lighting, so you couldn't see any scratches or minor damage. When dropping off the car. No one checked for damage.

I rent from the Ace counter at TPA fairly often, and they have it down to a science. The price is amazing, i am in and out fairly quickly, and the cars are clean and in good condition. I had accidentally made two different reservations for the same dates, and when I realized they had processed the more expensive one, the desk agent helped me switch to the better priced one. And by booking with Ace directly, I earn rewards!

The service during pickup was not good. The customer service representative was very aggressive and tried to get us to buy more insurance through ACE although we purchased additional insurance through Kayak for this rental and told her this. She also tried to get us to buy a policy ($15/day) to cover tolls in Denver and the surrounding area, warning us if we didn't, they'd charge us $50 plus all the tolls. We told her we weren't planning on being in Denver for more than a day and she said 'you're just not getting the math. This will save yo money.' However, we soon discovered toll roads (or express lanes) are completely optional (and rarely save any time) in Colorado. It was very deceptive and she was not friendly. Also, we booked an SUV and the car we got hardly qualified as an SUV and was not great at handling the roads/elevations in Colorado (it was more of a city car). I'll never use ACE again.

They added a $51.43 charge after the fact to my card because I declined to use their insurance while using my own like I have always done. They said because my policy was not zero deductible (who’s is?) that I had to be charged. They also said this was in the rental agreement which I didn’t see until I picked up the car because I rented and pre-paid through a third party. Of the hundreds of cars that I have rented all over the world I have never had this happened. Stay away from these guys. It’s an off/site shady operation. Their facilities in Newark are a hassle to get to and they are pretty scummy. They don’t even have a bathroom for their customers.

The car is a hatchback, but does not have a rear wiper. It made it very dangerous driving when it was outside. Cannot see how the back. Also if Avis is gonna require people to return a rental at 70% charge and they should send it out at 100%. I only got 85% to start.

I will never use easyrent again. The transit driver was unprofessional complaining about the weight of our suit case. Well I’m sorry you are 20 yrs younger than me and I lift it w/o problem. The wait for customer service was insanely slow. I was first in line and waited 30 minutes. The vehicles fuel tank wasn’t full and the car was very dirty. The drop off was fine. Again with the transit driver bitching about suit case weight, sorry find another job.

I left a poor review solely on the fact that o booked a one way to get home from Birmingham. The website said I had booked it and it would be waiting on me. When I got to Birmingham, the counter said national didn’t do one day rentals - which is fine, but please don’t tell me the rental is available while I’m in Amsterdam and then when I get to the USA, find out there are no cars available. That was not a good experience. Granted 2 days of canceled flights didn’t help. I just want you to know so no one else has their car rental canceled and gets stuck like I did.

I was never able to pick up a vehicle. When I arrived, I was told they only had cars available for people with reservations. I showed them my confirmation number from Kayak and was told they only had cars for people who booked direct. It was after midnight and the other rental agencies were closed, so I went without a car until the following morning. Very disappointing experience.

Overall it was great. The drop off at the Downtown location was very confusing though. We couldn't find the location and didn't know that a Sunday drop-off was considered after hours. We ultimately drove the rental to the LAX location and paid the additional $50 drop fee.

The order was placed through your platform with Europcar, in reality it was with FOX, which excluded themselves from any and all other arrangements. They could tell me if insurance was added to the rental. And after I had discovered that it in fact was not added, it could not be added later on. We took the car for 26 hours and ended up paying 210$ I will not use your service again.

The vehicle I reserved was not available, nor were any full-sized suvs. (I was parked directly in front of a Nissan Pathfinder in their inventory). The staff attempted to give me a compact suv, insisting it was full-sized. After asking for a cost adjustment, my reservation was switched to another company and I was rented a small suv. Upon returning the vehicle (hours early), I was told I had “smoked” in the vehicle based on a sensor and with no inspection to the interior of the vehicle. I do not smoke in any form and the passengers in the vehicle were elementary school-aged children (who also confirm there was no smoking in the vehicle). Given the multiple attempts to collect money from me in some way, this feels like a scam to collect fees from my deposit.

I drove an hour away, I parked the car. I came back to the car it wouldn’t start. I had to leave it to go to an appointment in the meantime, roadside service came and said that it had the wrong battery. There were a lot of other things, mandatory tolls, I bought extra miles, then the rental, and mandatory insurance. I got no relief no refund no grace. I should’ve rented with Hertz. Just messing around with the shuttle was a pain in the a**.

I did not get the car. This place is shady. They want $500-1000 deposits on cars. They wanted to charge me an extra $300 for the rental. Kayak should not promote this company, they are under investigation with the attorney general office in Florida. Unlimited miles was another $207.87 I was also told sunpass was an additional $207.87 I said I have my own account he said it was a Florida law. I went on line to check and that was not what I read. The Shuttle Driver was awesome , very helpful & knowledgeable. Staff was busy helping people who did not complete the online forms, but moved quickly through customers. Return was very easy and the shuttle Lady was right there to get us going. No hassle what so ever. Email instructions were clear and precise, pick up area was well marked and safe. Office was air conditioned and cool With plenty of seats. My midsized car was a Chevy impala , it was clean, ran well and was easy on gas.

The shuttle driver that picked me up was Amazing(Ella?)!!! The one that dropped me off was horribly rude! While trying to return the car(yes I read the extensive directions) I tried pulling into the lot and was screamed at to back up and when I didn’t immediately because there was a car behind, she started waving her arms and shaking her head. I finally turned into the lot and then she said I didn’t listen to her and parked wrong. And this is a very tight lot and I’m driving a big pick-up truck and there was no other place to park. The young lady who took the keys and checked me out was polite. Clearly this is not a rental car agency. The place is a weird location and looks more like a repair shop. I was given a very large work pick-up truck regardless that I said it was for only 1 person. And I get its dealer’s choice but had I known it could be this big truck, I would have booked elsewhere. When I asked for anything smaller I was told nothing was available. The truck was not clean and smelled of smoke, regardless that it says, no smoking. I would never use this place again as it set a very bad tone for the beginning and ending of my trip.

Very frustrating experience. I’m a local resident who needed a rental car for a few days. After arriving, I was told that Routes would not rent to me without a flight itinerary. If that’s their policy, it should be made much more clear during the booking process. I saw nothing that made it obvious that local renters would be turned away. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. Rather than trying to help or explain the policy professionally, they came across as rude and dismissive. After wasting time and making the trip to their location, I ended up going to NextCar down the street. The staff there were friendly, helpful, and had me on the road quickly. If you’re a local renter, make sure you understand Routes’ restrictions before booking. I won’t be using them again.

The shuttle was easy, nice and clean. The drivers were very nice and helpful. Once we got to the rental place, we all stood in line for over an hour while 1 person took care of all of us. The guy was borderline rude and the whole process of renting was painfully slow. Also, hidden fees! If you leave the state of Illinois, you pay an extra $30 a day! Ridiculous.

The wait for a vehicle was long. once they processed me, they said my car would be ready in 10 minutes despite the fact that due to delays I was there after my anticipated pick up time so my car should’ve been ready. It took 20. The first car I got smelled very perfumy and then as I left all the warning lights lit up so I had to bring it back. They said they’d have another car for me in 10min. It took 30. They said it would be cheaper NOT to fill the car with gas before return because their gas was cheaper. That was not true. There were a number of hidden fees including a “rate charge” and “tire and glass damage waiver” that I did not approve and that were not explained to me. Would never recommend this place and would never rent here again.

Vehicle was fine. Staff were rude, smug and arrogant. Tried to force me to take extra add-ons I didn't want and put me through to ringer to prove that I have the correct insurance with my credit card by making me pull up the policy, reading it line by line to them, showing them that this is the policy for the card I paid, then calling the manager over and doing it all over again. And even then, they still tried to tell me it wasn't the right coverage because it's a Canadian credit card and the amount wouldn't cover the vehicle price in USD when in fact the policy states that it would cover up to the amount of the full vehicle value, in the country it is being rented in. After all that, they still would not let me take the rental unless I took liability insurance through them stating that they do not take credit card coverage and wouldn't allow me to use my personal insurance. I have rented cars many times in other states and countries and have never dealt with this. It felt like a scam. Don't let the cheap rental price fool you because that is just the reason for them to get you in and charge you twice as much for the most basic insurance, plus whatever additional things they will try and get you for.

Customer service was ok even though she would continually stop to be on her cell phone. The quality of the van was horrible. It was dirty inside and out. Windshield had streaks and a film on the inside that we couldn't see through at times in certain light. Sooooo DIRTY!!! And the gas tank was empty. We told customer service and they said there was a gas station just up the street and that we should be ok. They didn't even come out to verify. Which means they knew the condition of the Van. We had to immediately stop, fill up the tank and clean the van windows and seats and run it through the car wash. The van also smelled of marijuana. DISGUSTING! We have never had this kind of experience with any of our rentals with other companies.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental agency. The car alarm repeatedly went off when we tried to open the car with the key. We contacted the company and they refused to bring us a new rental. Their solution was for us to go to an auto parts store to replace fob key on our vacation. Also the blinker did not work. Then the battery went dead and we missed 1 hour of my sister’s wedding reception. Also the communication about shuttle pick up was false causing us to have to walk from car rental depot to get rental. The company also does not answer their phones. Overall horrible experience. Do not use this company!

This was the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. Their directions were to call a number when ready to be picked up at Atlanta airport. They didn’t answer several calls. After calling a number I found online I talked to someone in California who had difficulty accessing directions. After asking numerous people at airport where the pickup point was we finally were picked up. All this took almost an hour. When we arrived at the lot, we found AVR in a shack that was in a very large lot that was owned/run by Jiffy car rental. We were the only ones waiting for a car and it took over an hour because the lady was unable to get us checked out because she said they were having WiFi problems. Ultimately, I had to go on their website and input all my information again. Rediculous! The return was also time consuming and weird. I had to go to the back of the Jiffy lot, take a picture of the car, and send an email to AVR before they would pick us up. THE WORST! Never again!

A couple of young entrepreneurs who own this business. Customer service was fantastic, and they were so very helpful. We had to extend our reservation and again it was such an easy process. They are off site however only 5 minutes away and they give you door to door service both ways.

No agents to help. You had to speak with someone in a booth on the phone. They couldn’t find my reservation and it took more than one hour to create a new obe. There was only 1 employee who left to pick up people at the airport and we had to wait for our car. In addition there was nobody to take me back to the airport so I had to pay an Uber. Very upset.

We were never picked up! I called after waiting for 45 minutes and the person who finally picked up transferred me back to the audio instructions before I could even finish telling her what was going on. The audio instructions says that the truck was clearly marked with the logo and there were no trucks with the name SURPRICE on it! When we tried to cancel after an hour and a half the site wouldn't let us. We ended up renting from another place because we saw that company truck come and go multiple times during our hour and a half wait on SURPRICE to show up.😡 Horrible experience!

Absolutely the worst experience. This company tried to force me to buy more car insurance based on my own personal car insurance deductible. They stated my deductible was too low therefore I had to pay for their daily insurance. Not knowing this ahead of time I would have never chosen this company. I have never used a rental company that requires this. This is not stated in any documentation until AFTER you pay to book. only to find out it is also non refundable. I cannot say enough, this company is a scam.

Convenient pick-up on airport arrival. Company charges $199.99 a day to use your own auto insurance. Can not opt out. They call it an administration fee. Attempted to force me to buy a toll road package. Very hard sell of add one and it cost an extra $233.00 after quoted price on written prepaid reservation. Would not recommend this company for car rental. Car rental is unmanned and you leave the vehicle in a parking lot with the keys in the glove box and car unlocked. You then text them a picture of the parking space of the vehicle so an employee can find it at a later time.

Website indicates that counter is in airport; it is NOT. After finally being shuttled to rental counter, rep said that my “PD limits were not high enough”. ($300K required”. Seriously?!? Just another scam in an attempt to have you buy their insurance.) Cancelled order and had to wait for shuttle back to airport. Then had to find a new car rental on the fly. The experience was horrible! First, they are not located at the airport. Although there is a shuttle, I only found that out after arriving at their office.Second, they advertise a very cheap price for what they call a “Luxury SUV,” but they provided an older Toyota RAV4 instead.Finally, while the price appears cheap at first, they charge additional fees for insurance (approximately $60 per day), $74 for SUNPASS activation only + tolls, and other extra charges. A $30-per-day car easily ends up costing around $150 per day. I strongly recommend avoiding their service.

The staff and car were fine. What I did not like was the fact that I was not aware of the $300 I had to pay. That was not disclosed when I booked online. Online it was one price but when I picked up the car they added another $300 plus held another $250. I really was not happy about that…..all fees should be disclosed when reserving the car.

This is essentially a bait and switch scam. They advertise a low price but when you get to the desk they will say that they have given your car away and you must pay an upgrade fee 4-5x the original price in order to get a new car. We saw them do this to other people while we were waiting. Even though they charge your credit card for the full rental period when you book, they will only hold your car for a single hour. Beyond the fact that you have already paid for the full rental period and they should therefore hold the car for the full period, when coming from an airport where transit times are unpredictable, this is completely unrealistic. Because their location is far away from the airport, they are banking on you being unable to return to look for alternatives, especially if it is late. This company is owned by an umbrella company called ColUSA that owns several of these seemingly low-cost rental companies that give the illusion of competition and legitimacy as well as taking the reputation hit when things go wrong. Avoid this company.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This America Car Rental company is a SCAM!!! They would not rent me a car without trying to charge me $65 additional to the Pre-paid rental cost and Pre-paid insurance cost I have already purchased in advance. Then they said my Pre-paid rental agreement had expired, because their airport shuttle driver was late in picking me up from the airport, and I would have to pay extra for another rental car + the $65 extra insurance charge!!! I already have $300,000 insurance coverage from my insurance carrier and another Rental Coverage policy they sold me when I pre-paid for the rental agreement 2-months earlier! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

My experience with State Van Rental was ok. The attended was professional and explained there process. What could have been better….. an updated van. I like how the attendant came and picked us up and drop us right off at the drop off area for our flight. In my next travel if a van is needed I will use them again.

We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.

There was fine print that required a round trip flight in order to rent from the provider they offered to us. We were not flying and were not notified until less then 24hrs prior to us getting the car so it had to be cancelled. There were no other vehicles available once cancelled.

My rental was 177$ and they charged me over 490. They explained that there was some 250$ added in case something happened. It took a long time to rent the car and they needed my car policy number, etc that was a first for me for all rental cars. I tried to reach them to get the correct amount charged. on the location they said they were working on it and 4 days later, my credit card charged me the wrong amount, so they have done nothing to correct it even after two emails to them. Please stay clear from this company, very shady and untrustworthy. I don't even know why they are still in business. They tried to sell me an upgrade for the only car they had- I had a compact but the only car they had was a van. they tried to make me pay for the upgrade... and eventually said" you were patient so we are going to give you an upgrade.... REALLY...

I was very disappointed. I filtered on Kayak for car rentals at the airport, specifically not ones that required a shuttle as I was traveling with 3 little kids. To my surprise yesaway was not at the airport and required a shuttle. To make things worse they do not have a shuttle and my wife and I needed to each sit with a child on our lap (both ways). Yesaway is also not the rental company they outsource to a different company called victory, which took 20 min to find our reservation. After. 13 hour flight I was planning to go to the rental center and get. Car, instead I had to look for the company, find the number of a victory and then they had to search for my reservation. We loaded the car with all the bags and car seat only to realize the care had no gas and then switch cars All in all it was a terrible experience.

The rental agency Victory would not agree to rent me the vehicle I had already paid for without taking 270$ of insurance, despite me showing proof that my personal insurance was covering me for any rental issues…Maurizio told me if I don’t pay it I cannot have the car! Then trying to reach anyone for drop off changes was very difficult and no refund offered on the insurance hen our trip was shortened and carrerurned 3 days early. Feeling scammed and disappointed

I needed the car to pick my mom up from the hospital. nowhere did it say when I was purchasing the rental car that I needed a round-trip ticket until the very next morning when it was time to pick up the car therefore it ruined my whole day trying to figure things out and quite frankly my whole trip!

Friendly counter staff, but they were making everyone scan a QR code and give them a 5 star review before they would give you a car. Very odd. They also charged way too much for this car but I needed it and they were the only ones with cars. It’s a fine line between charging what the market will bear and price gouging. The car was smaller (and cheesier) than what I ordered. It was like driving a Coke can. Finally, when my plans changed and I needed to return the car early, they would not refund the difference. They cited a paragraph in their contract, which was literally far too small to read. Overall not a good experience.

I booked an 8-passenger vehicle with Carwiz well in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they told me it wasn’t available. No explanation, no real apology — just a choice between a refund or a 7-passenger van. With 8 people and luggage to transport, we were left with no real option but to take the smaller van. As a result, one of our passengers had to sit on the floor in the middle of the vehicle — not only incredibly uncomfortable, but clearly unsafe and irresponsible. Carwiz put us in a terrible position and didn’t offer any reasonable alternative or compensation beyond a vague apology. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with transportation and safety. I won’t be booking with Carwiz again, and I suggest others think twice before trusting them with group travel.

I reserved a car for 4 days with a 300 mile per day mileage allowance on the Kayak site, through Expedia. After returning the car I was informed that there was a 500 mile fixed limit and charged an additional $280 for additional mileage. What sort of a rental car company does this these days. Beware.

Lots of communication and no wait at the airport. The SLI was very confusing to me since I spoke to my insurance prior to the rental and was assured I had everything I needed, so that cost, which almost double the cost of the rental, was confusing. The car was nice and definitely suited our needs. Drop off was a little difficult since I was given the wrong address in a text, but the took us to the airport right away.

What I liked: Despite it being a very trying time, the manager/owner showed compassion and kindness when my rental reservation had the incorrect pickup time and I did not have the extra funds to restart the rental. God truly moved on their heart — they dropped the fees and helped me when I really needed it. This was happening while my brother was hospitalized dealing with health issues, so their support meant more than they know. I am extremely grateful and can never thank them enough for stepping in during a time of need. I was extra careful to follow all protocols they saw my questions concerning the rental and was extra kind to easy my thoughts. I would rent again! What I didn’t like: I only wish they were open on weekends, as that would have made things a little easier just in returning home. Other than that, everything went smoothly even how to return the car.

Sorry was the worst experience ever no one at airport knew this company. I even rented a taxi to take me to the car rental and the taxi man drove me around around the airport charged me $40 and did not find a set car rental called them numerous of times never answered finally they answered pick me up 45 to an hour later went to pick up the car was not very happy with the car they wanted to give me so I had to walk out and leave and I’m just waiting for a refund. Absolutely terrible company. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have asked for a refund and had to go with a different rental upon landing in Florida. They tried to take a $3000 deposit even though we already had external insurance. They advertise that they're in the airport which they are not, and they didn't even offer a shuttle - they told us to Uber. Upon looking at reviews, many people said that they kept and wouldn't return the deposits claiming unreal damages. They also tried to do additional toll charges and other random shady things, that they communicated through text. Also, when they asked for the $3000 deposit, and we tried to escalate it since it was completely unheard of, they didn't say anything and changed the contract back to $500 without telling us (to delete the evidence). Terrible, terrible, terrible company. Pay more and go with a reputable service.

The good: they had a car as promised. The not good: they lured me in with a “too good to be true” price a week prior to arrival; then informed me I needed to carry an absurd amount of insurance on my policy, otherwise I need to purchase their insurance at $35 per day. No effort was made to make me aware of this policy prior to arriving. By then you’ve taken the shuttle way outside the airport; and your basically stuck with a huge bill you weren’t planning on. Better to be upfront with customers re: the real cost of the rental before committing to it. But again, they did have a car available.

Staff was very friendly !! Car was clean and very reliable. Although I was not expecting an extra $230 in fees that I had to pay when I got there. I paid $52 for the 3 days I was going to be there when I made the reservation, but when I got there I had to pay an extra $230. They advertised it to be $7/day + tax which was a great deal so I jumped on it. Because of that I won’t rent from them again. I’ll stick with the rentals at the airport.

Disappointed enough to not request more of your services because I closed the business and when I arrived at the agency they demanded a new insurance and asked me for an extra $650. Everything must be dealt with before, both the price, requirements and documentation and when the client pays, the business is closed, and it is criminal that we cleinyes are surprised when we arrive for what we buy or lease. President Baiden said that these bad practices must end so that there is confidence and business is generated in the country. You are ruining the system. Now I want my money back in full since I had to rent a car elsewhere.

When booking the rental car it was not clear that the rental car location was off the airport property. Also, we were required to pay for a toll activation fee of $20/day and had to purchase insurance for $30/day. These fees were not disclosed until we got to the desk. Also, there is only an hour pickup window, and we were hassled because our flight was delayed. There is a $500 security deposit. The additional fees charges at the time we picked up the car were an additional $350 on top of what we had already paid to reserve the car. Do not recommend booking with this company.

This is borderline not a real company. I am not a regular car renter and just pick from the top of the list on kayak for price. The ad said "in terminal" which was more appealing than taking the train and long shuttle. Not only was it not in the thermal, after getting to where all the normal major brands were located, there was no signs, no indicators of where to go. This caused some panic. I referent the booking receipt that was so vague it had just an address. I asked one of the floor brokers and he said he would call the guy and send someone to get me and to wait at a bus terminal. It was not marked or had any indicators of any kind. At that time I looked up reviews and it made me sick. Never more than a one star. I rebooked another common brand on the spot and wasn't going that route..
