They tripled the price when I came in to get the car. Did the same thing to everyone else in line and most everyone refused and left, as did I. Place is a scam and should be put out of business. I'm filing a report with the BBB to try to warn others. Hopefully get my money back at some point.
It was a bait and switch, they advertised a very cheap rate but when you get there a load of insurance and other fees makes the price very high.
The original price was very good but the company obliged us to pay their own insurance even if we had already paid the insurance in Kayak. We definitely do not recommend this service.
Be aware of extra costs that they are adding /trying to add after you have booked the car from Kayak. Car shape was very poor (scratches, leaking tyre etc.)
Mandated that I accept the collision damage insurance when my premium credit card offers that insurance. I’m addition, I had the declaration form. This was not specified by Kayak or the rental company when booking the car. Third party liability was approved.
Hello, I'm extremely unhappy with the car rental I paid for online. When I arrived at the chosen time and location, the company didn't exist. It was a scam. I was told to go in Morgan City, 60 miles away. I had no way to get there. I then called the company, which confirmed that I couldn't pick up the car in Houma because it no longer operates there, and they told me I just had to cancel the reservation. However, by canceling my reservation at the last minute, I won't receive a full refund. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the amount initially paid for this car rental, which was not possible, as well as compensation because I was forced to find another car rental agency, which cost me more than I had planned. I also had to pay taxi fares to get to the meeting point and to go to this other agency. I am very disappointed with this bad experience.
