Car stunk, windshield was dirty on the inside, service was slack at best, and now they are sending me messages about the car not being dropped off with someone elses phone number. DO NOT RECOMMEND EASIRENT
They added alot of extra fee's and fine print to the rental. I felt completely tricked and could not fight what they charged, with finding out everything when picking up car and so too late to cancel without penalty or I would have as it was that bad. I never had this experience before through Kayak
The up-sale drove the price to double what was advertised. Further, the check out was terrible and lengthy. Poor customer service at check out. And, I still haven't received a receipt. At first, they had my email incorrectly entered. We called to correct and yet, we still haven't received a receipt. I need the receipt for travel reimbursement. I am so disappointed and will not be using Easirent again. Caution to newcomers about the up-sale.
Everything was great at the pick up the vehicle itself when I dropped off I left the key in the dropbox at the initial pick up. They told me the Customer Service outfront will give you a ride back. They didn’t tell me they were gonna charge me $15 for 3 mile ride they never said anything about that. The lady out front told me they (easirent)rent always tells his customers it’s free, EASIRENT should have someone there to bring their customers back to the airport
Pick up was awful. They nickel and dime you on everything. Mileage was unlimited change to 150 miles per day. We couldn’t use our own SunPass tolls device either use theirs or pay $25 fee per toll + toll fee. The deposit was more than the entire rental period. The car was filthy and stunk. Return was quick and easy. We would pay a bit more and have comfort, convenience, and a decent clean car.
Kayak did a terrible job informing that this was an off-airport location. Fortunately, I had no luggage, so I was able to scoot inside before anyone else so I didn’t have to wait long. Some people had to wait a really long time. The car was not clean. There were stains on the seats. It was advertised as a “Fiat 500 or similar.” I understand from the size of the car that a Corolla qualifies, but in reality a Corolla is not similar to an interesting Italian car. For the $15 savings over a bigger brand like Avis, it was definitely not worth it.
