They cancelled my rental and did not bother to inform me. They claimed they have the wrong number yet when they showed me the number on their system, they have my correct cell number. Disappointing!!!

Customer service at the West Orange Enterprise was EXCELLENT. Everyone there was friendly and so nice. Even though it was very busy both times I was there, everyone who worked there was still so nice and patient. Will definitely use this Enterprise anytime I need to rent a car!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but the car was infested with roaches and they didn’t notice, or say anything. I returned iit two hours after renting it and the team was incredibly nice and understanding but didn’t have a replacement of comparable size to lend me

The van wasn’t available, and they said I didn’t have my phone number on file, so i was not informed. So, I had to make last minute changes on my trip. Tried to rent another van but to no avail. Everybody is sold out. Except this snellville location again showed up as one available. But obviously, their inventory is off. Very stressful , had to waste two hours just to wait and run around to get a rental car. Fortunately, I have my own vehicle I could use and just made it work as I have a cruise scheduled to board the next day. Nevertheless, it’s unacceptable to make a reservation months ahead only to be let down and say they didn’t have the vehicle. Not did not notified me. Very unusual to not have my contact info on file - neither email address nor phone number. Where these are usually what are being asked upon reservation online, so idk.

I rented a car and was told that as long as I return it on the same day, and drop off the key in the lock box, there would be no charge. When I received my invoice, I notice that they have charged me 1 hour extra. Contacted them and they assured me that I would receive the refund and the refund never arrived. Would never use them for a rental again.
