The hotel was ideal for my overnight stay to catch my flight the next day. Only drawback was there is no airport shuttle bus service. Warm, clean comfort room. Friendly, helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was ideal before going to the airport. My room was spotless.

Car Park £10 outrageous. Parking is charged for which wasn’t clear in the initial booking. Charged £12 for carpark when it stated £10 on website. Got a parking fine for leaving my car in carpark for 52mins whilst I was checking in there was a que, i asked the lady on reception about leaving the car whilst i check in and then move it. Her response was yeah thats fine, dropped bag of in room quickly got changed, then left in car. Got 100quid fine!

Breakfast included was amazing! Very good breakfast. The breakfast was good. Got late checkout for free clean and friendly. The breakfast was continental. Ok but would preferred something hot.

Very welcoming and friendly staff! Staff is the best. Helpful and understanding staff. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was absolutely fine. The restaurant staff and the meal we had were very nice.
